Reach PayPal Corporate Office 

PayPal, I used PayPal for an online purchase that was never delivered. After the tracking number provided led to no delivery, I contacted UPS, who verified the tracking number belonged to someone else’s shipment. Despite this, PayPal refuses to resolve the issue, stating the tracking number shows the item as delivered. I’;ve spent three days and countless hours trying to reach someone in the U.S. to address this, but to no avail. This company seems to side with dishonest sellers!

PayPal, Delayed refund and no help but lots of wasted time. 3 people told me 3 different answers. 3 times I was put on hold for a supervisor, 35 minutes, 30 minutes, and 25 minutes. No supervisor ever. Not using PayPal ever again.

I wanted to let people know that the information in this listing is wrong and does not work. This is a horrible site for getting information about companies.

I’ve been using PayPal for well over 20 years and have been a loyal customer, recently it has been very frustrating buying stuff through PayPal and this morning I finally made a call. The first call (10:26 AM) I get I started by asking your rep a Man I was told named Mike) “why is it such a pain in the Ass’ that’s as far as I got and he says “Why are you such a pain in the ass, I don’t know go ask your wife and hung up on me, I’m like stunned, to say the least. I called back and the first lady I spoke with was nice and polite but I asked for a supervisor in which she sent me to one this supervisor was no better than the first guy I spoke with, she told me to calm down and sometimes I speak loud because my hearing is bad but I was not screaming at her just a little upset and rightfully so. She continued to tell me to calm down which did nothing but make me more upset and eventually, she hung up on me. If this is your new customer service I am canceling my account and I will never return, as it is because of these 2 individuals you lost a transaction, I will now be going to Amazon and that may be my new platform. I have to speak highly of PayPal over the last 25 + years and if this is how I am going to be treated then I will no longer do business with you and I most certainly will let everyone I know about this.

Being how hard this has been and the fact it’s been over an hour dealing with this and how frustrating it’s been to buy online with PayPal and the fact they have treated me this way I am canceling my account after 25+ years and will talk very poorly of this company from this point on, screw PayPal, many other ways to pay for things.

I have repeatedly been called by PayPal regarding the return of money from our account. Several weeks ago someone hacked into our checking account via your company and attempted to take monies out illegally. then the bank twice took out the amount that was illegally taken from our account.

the error was on the part of the bank but they refused to deal with the return of the funds. the checking account was frozen and we no longer have access to the funds. I have repeatedly told this to your representative who continues to call and demand that we return the money and refuses to contact the bank and work with them. The error was not committed by us and because the account is frozen we do not have direct access to the money.

I am willing to send back the monies and close this account permanently but I need to verify the address and receive from your corporation a written request and address and contact number before I can complete the transaction.

Given your company’s reputation for fraudulent transactions, I think this is only reasonable.
