Raley's Customer Service Issue

Let’s get down to basics and good in person customer service and less technology gimmicks! Why can’t Raley’s go back in time and provide real “sales” without requiring the customer to go through Smart phone apps and learning how to add apps and to navigate through your apps to select certain “on sale” items? It is truly frustrating. I’m sure Tom Raley didn’t require his customers to go through all these new technologies and apps in order to get something on sale. Plus, your software doesn’t work that well even with skilled customers. I think Raley’s would be wise to drop all the tech gimmicks to stay in touch with its customers – simple, in person good customer service will do more to establish and maintain a relationship than these software apps and requirements to select those weekly digital coupons in order to benefit from your sales. Let’s face it, the older generations are less likely to buy from Raley’s if you continue to make it difficult to buy items on sale.

Raley's sells fraudulent gift cards

I purchased a $100 Macy’s gift card as a birthday present, which was fraudulent. There was no money on the card. Someone had taken the card numbers, sealed it back up, and placed it back on the rack for purchase by unsuspecting customers. Raley’s takes no responsibility for selling tampered gift cards. I believe this makes them complicit in this practice.

I’m a senior citizen I went to Raleys on North Texas Ave in Fairfield, CA. When the sale was on I was told I could not have the sale unless I downloaded the app we seniors cannot do this why can’t we have that without having to download the app it’s becoming more and more difficult to shop at your store Raley’s when you keep layering information from us in order to get the sale price I cannot or my friends or family shop there anymore because you no longer will provide us with proper sales I will let social media know this that you don’t allow senior citizens to shop there without Advocate download an app to get the sale item I’m sure all of us what should know this you should do something about this allow that

Your store on Freeport has drunks roaming aisle during the hour. No one seems to care. Well I do. I will no longer shop at any of your stores!
