Request for Refund Due to Unsafe and Unsatisfactory Stay. Dear Ramada by Wyndham Anchorage Management, I am writing to formally request a refund for my stay on March 16th at your establishment located at 115 East 3rd Ave, Anchorage, Alaska, 99501. I stayed in adjoining rooms (117 and 119) with my daughter, and our experience was deeply troubling and unacceptable. In Room 117, outdoor disturbances persisted until 2:00 AM, with loud partying that made it impossible to sleep. Furthermore, my daughter and I felt unsafe throughout the night due to the environment. The condition of the room itself was appalling: we found only dirty towels, and there were no basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, or even a trash bag liner. In Room 119, an unhoused individual reached their head through the window while we were present, further exacerbating our feelings of insecurity. Additionally, I attempted to contact your team for assistance using the phone lines associated with the hotel, but no one answered. Some lines stated they were no longer in service. This experience left us feeling unsafe and underserved, especially with a nine-year-old child in my care. The lack of basic hygiene standards and the unsafe environment are far below the expectations set by Ramada by Wyndham. I kindly request a full refund for this deeply unsatisfactory and unsafe experience. I am happy to provide further details if needed. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. Ramada Disappointing Refund Issues

Ramada, Refused Refund for issues beyond our control! My husband wasn’t feeling well on the 28th (our flight to Miami was on March 1st), he ended up blacking out and fell around 10pm and was taken by ambulance to the ER where he was admitted with RSV and severe dehydration, also come to find out he had a heart issue which warranted a heart cath on the 3rd of march, he was discharged later that evening around 8pm. Called the hotel first thing in the morning, said they would not refund due to 24hr notice policy, well it’s not like we planned this, I feel we should be refunded due to the circumstances, we also had to miss my birthday cruise starting the 2nd, was no fun around here for sure, my husband is also under 10 day quarantine, mandatory, he is highly contagious.

Ramada Inn Bismarck ND Disappointing

Ramada, Building and Grounds upkeep. The Ramada Inn at 1400 Interchange Ave, Bismarck, N.D. should maintain the property. The public sidewalk snow does not get removed. What used to be grass near the East parking lot is over grown with weeds and is littered with booze containers. The shrubs do not get trimmed. The homeless have camped out on the Northeast end of the property.

Ramada South Padre Island TX Disappointing

Ramada, Roach Infestation/Dirty. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Ramada, located on South Padre Island, TX. On 10/13/24. During my stay in Room 129, I encountered a significant roach infestation, which severely impacted the hygiene and comfort of my experience. Upon entering the room, I discovered multiple roaches in various areas, including inside/behind the microwave, desk, counters, walls, and by the window, and some were killed and left smeared on the wall. I immediately reported to the front desk, and he did offer to switch rooms. But my kids were already asleep. So I opted not to make it more uncomfortable for them. The next morning, while checking out. I mentioned to the man that this was the second time it had happened to us. But last time we did change rooms because it was not late at night. All he said is pest control comes twice a month. But honestly, that doesn’t look like they are really going to fumigate. To top it off, the room itself was not clean. The bed skirt had black stains, I thought it was mold. The bathtub walls also had mold on the grout and under the desk by the baseboard. All baseboards that were visible to us were dirty too, with dust and who knows what else. The microwave was left with cheese melted on the glass plate from previous people, sheets and sink had hair. In addition, the bathtub curtain had stains on it. As of now, that’s all I can remember to mention. I do have pictures that I took with my personal phone. If you require more of them, I’ll gladly send them to you. Thank you and please have someone inspect this facility thoroughly.

I see you let a Busload of Migrants stay at your hotel in San Diego CA, but you don’t offer free rooms to Vets, never again will I stay at your Dirty, Stinky, run-down hotel again!!!!!
