Ramada Tampa FL Disappointing Experience

Ramada Tampa Airport, Unsafe, Unclean, and Unresponsive. We checked into the Ramada Tampa Airport on April 28 and checked out less than an hour later due to extremely poor conditions. The room was filthy, with visible roach activity, mold throughout the bathroom, a sink that wouldn’t drain, a toilet that continuously ran, and a large gap under the exterior door—large enough for pests or small animals to enter. Outside the room, the environment felt chaotic and unsafe, with excessive loitering and noise throughout the parking lot and hallways. We genuinely felt unsafe and uncomfortable, which is why we left immediately. I was directed to contact someone named Jamie to request a refund. Despite multiple attempts, including several phone calls, I have yet to receive any response. This location clearly does not meet acceptable hospitality standards and should be reviewed by corporate. I am requesting that this charge be removed from my credit card immediately, as the service and conditions were completely unacceptable.

Ramada Frustrating Over Charge Issue

Ramada, Charged for rooms not used due to checking out early! We had booked 2 rooms for a number of nights, due to work being completed early they checked out early. The manager at Ramada Limited Merritt took it upon themself to decided to keep the booking open and charge us for the 3 extra nights when they had already check out. We will no longer book or stay with the Ramada with their shady practices!

Request for Refund Due to Unsafe and Unsatisfactory Stay. Dear Ramada by Wyndham Anchorage Management, I am writing to formally request a refund for my stay on March 16th at your establishment located at 115 East 3rd Ave, Anchorage, Alaska, 99501. I stayed in adjoining rooms (117 and 119) with my daughter, and our experience was deeply troubling and unacceptable. In Room 117, outdoor disturbances persisted until 2:00 AM, with loud partying that made it impossible to sleep. Furthermore, my daughter and I felt unsafe throughout the night due to the environment. The condition of the room itself was appalling: we found only dirty towels, and there were no basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, or even a trash bag liner. In Room 119, an unhoused individual reached their head through the window while we were present, further exacerbating our feelings of insecurity. Additionally, I attempted to contact your team for assistance using the phone lines associated with the hotel, but no one answered. Some lines stated they were no longer in service. This experience left us feeling unsafe and underserved, especially with a nine-year-old child in my care. The lack of basic hygiene standards and the unsafe environment are far below the expectations set by Ramada by Wyndham. I kindly request a full refund for this deeply unsatisfactory and unsafe experience. I am happy to provide further details if needed. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. Ramada Disappointing Refund Issues

Ramada, Refused Refund for issues beyond our control! My husband wasn’t feeling well on the 28th (our flight to Miami was on March 1st), he ended up blacking out and fell around 10pm and was taken by ambulance to the ER where he was admitted with RSV and severe dehydration, also come to find out he had a heart issue which warranted a heart cath on the 3rd of march, he was discharged later that evening around 8pm. Called the hotel first thing in the morning, said they would not refund due to 24hr notice policy, well it’s not like we planned this, I feel we should be refunded due to the circumstances, we also had to miss my birthday cruise starting the 2nd, was no fun around here for sure, my husband is also under 10 day quarantine, mandatory, he is highly contagious.

Ramada Inn Bismarck ND Disappointing

Ramada, Building and Grounds upkeep. The Ramada Inn at 1400 Interchange Ave, Bismarck, N.D. should maintain the property. The public sidewalk snow does not get removed. What used to be grass near the East parking lot is over grown with weeds and is littered with booze containers. The shrubs do not get trimmed. The homeless have camped out on the Northeast end of the property.
