Where is Ramada Corporate Office Headquarters HQ 

UNACCEPTABLE!!!The hotel exterior and interior look nothing like the advertisement. High crime area, People were all over the place violent language and behavior. Unsecure area-dark stairwell; approach by an unkept stranger in dark hallway while taking luggage to room. NO door latch, used dead bolt lock and prayer. Did NOT sleep and stayed inside till daylight and until I could no longer hear outside activity. Told front desk (management) my concerns who told me I needed to contact the third party I reserved room. So I checked out immediately. Ragged wires dangled where smoke detector should have been. Filthy, painted over filth; ragged and holes in baseboard especially behind the toilet. The tank top did not fit toilet tank. The Ramada Baltimore West Hotel should be condemned. I want ALL my money back! Trying to determine which commission to send photos supporting above-cited claims.

In addition, Although I clicked “terrible” (1 star) on review, “acceptable” (2 stars) showed when I reviewed what I had submitted. Therefore, I added UNACCEPTABLE!!! to my complaint when I replied to Agoda’s (the reservation company) email. Awaiting Agoda’s response/resolve.
