Red Roof Inn Morehead KY- could not process my card at the desk first through the reader then manually. Clerk said the charge wouldn’t go through not to worry no charge was processed. I left and went elsewhere to check my account and find they charged me twice for a weeks stay when I only wanted one night!!! I am out $929.52. The manager says she can’t help and directed me to corporate- corporate transferred me back to the front desk in Moreshead KY. No One! Will help me. I am currently contacting Better Business to file a dispute.

Red Roof Inn, totally inept at crediting account with points. I stayed at 2 different Red Roof Inns during June 2024. We have been given the run around for 3 months and still no points and no one there capable of clearing this issue up.

Red Roof Inn, bad General Manager and front desk employees. They prefer smokers, druggies and thugs. Grounds are in bad shape. Rooms need upgrading. Internet hardly ever worked and was being hacked. Computer “meeting” room was always locked. Hallways were filthy from guests throwing their garbage in the halls, or sticking large bags of garbage in the ice machine room. They’d also throw their dirty sheets / towels in the hall, let their dogs go the bathroom in the hallway. Carpets haven’t been cleaned if ever. The GM Brandi was horrible, so was Lorrie, Randi, the late shift woman and the new housekeepers. The Hispanic housekeepers are great and nice, maintenance too. Rooms are not worth the overpriced. They price gouge. I do Not recommend the Red Roof Inn West- Energy Corridor in Houston, TX. There are some very shady ppeople staying there. Smoking and doing drugs nonstop. The rooms and hallways reek of the cigarettes and weed. Alot of dogs…more than guests, that bark nonstop for days and go the bathroom in the rooms and hall way. No outside lighting…a lot of people doing / dealing drugs. Front desk had g*** pulled on her numerous times and grabbed numerous times. Do not stay here!

Red Roof Inn Statesboro GA Worst Experience

Red Roof Inn, the room could not be more dirty. Every linen was stained from the towels to the bedding. Tub looked like it had lever been cleaned. Stained and mold. The laminate flooring was raised and soaked. The corridor to the rooms needed pressure washing it was disgusting. I don’t know how your corporation allows such unsanitary conditions. In all my years of traveling I have never seen anything this bad. If your linens are that stained you must discard them. Maybe you should revisit your company standards requirements because this location missed the mark. The location is near Georgia Southern University 316 S Main St. I would have given them a 0 star but it wasn’t an option.

Red Roof Inn in Bellmawr, NJ location not good at all

Checked in 2 adults and 3 little children, double beds. The room looked decent. We got the kids washed up and ourselves, let them eat, played in the room. Put the comforter back in both beds to settle in and noticed both the beds were covered in little black specs, almost like coffee grounds, and realized we had bed bugs in the room. Went to the front desk and was told we don’t have bed bugs, did you take pictures? Like o, we have a 3,2, and 4-month-old in the room that we need to get packed up, you come look we said. We were told that because 2 hours had passed, I guess so, we didn’t hop right under the covers, that we would not get a refund. Then a younger man came to the room, did not realize I was still in there trying to get the things packed up, my adult daughter had taken the 2 toddlers to the car and I showed him and told him this was a disgrace and we are being told no refund. The younger man said he would get us a refund, did not happen. We had to drive in the fog in the dark and find another place with 3 upset little ones. Very, very disappointed. I never experienced anything like this before, and I have stayed in many places.
