🗨  Comments

This page provides updated Simple Mobile corporate office and headquarters information, including the Miami brand address, customer support phone number, Verizon Value ownership context, complaint guidance, 611611 text support, number-transfer help, fraud warnings, and related wireless resources.

Simple Mobile Corporate Office and Headquarters Information

Simple Mobile is part of Verizon Value through TracFone Wireless and Verizon. Readers often search for Simple Mobile office, Simple Mobile headquarters, Simple Mobile address, Simple Mobile Miami FL, Simple Mobile zip code, Simple Mobile corporate office phone number, and 9700 NW 112th Ave Miami FL 33178 when trying to contact the company beyond a normal prepaid wireless support issue.

Corporate-office note: Simple Mobile is no longer best understood as a separate independent wireless company. It is a prepaid wireless brand within the Verizon Value / TracFone family. The Miami address at 9700 NW 112th Avenue remains a useful brand and legacy office address, while most customer issues should start with Simple Mobile support, the app, chat, 611611, or the account-specific support route.

About Simple Mobile

Simple Mobile provides prepaid, no-contract wireless plans, phones, SIM cards, eSIM activation, international calling features, mobile data, rewards, refill options, and online account tools. The brand is part of Verizon’s prepaid and value wireless portfolio, alongside other brands such as Tracfone, Straight Talk, Total Wireless, Visible, SafeLink, Walmart Family Mobile, and Verizon Prepaid.

Because Simple Mobile is a prepaid wireless service, many customer issues involve activation, refills, plan changes, number transfers, SIM cards, eSIM setup, device compatibility, account PINs, porting, coverage, data speeds, international calling, Auto-Refill, lost phones, and account security.

How to Contact Simple Mobile About a Complaint

If you need to complain about Simple Mobile, start with the support route tied to your phone number and account. For wireless service issues, Simple Mobile will usually need to verify your phone number, device, SIM or eSIM, account email, ZIP code, service plan, payment history, and security PIN before discussing the account.

  • Activation complaints: Keep your IMEI, SIM or eSIM details, service plan PIN, order number, receipt, and activation date.
  • Refill or plan complaints: Save the refill card, service plan PIN, receipt, transaction number, payment confirmation, and service-end-date screenshots.
  • Number transfer complaints: Keep the old carrier account number, transfer PIN, billing ZIP code, port request date, and any Simple Mobile ticket number.
  • Transfer PIN complaints: Document the date and time of each request, the support route used, and any case or ticket number.
  • SIM or eSIM complaints: Keep the SIM number, eSIM details, device model, error messages, and screenshots.
  • Coverage or data complaints: Include ZIP code, device model, signal details, data-speed issues, APN settings, and troubleshooting already completed.
  • Escalation: Ask for a ticket number, written confirmation, supervisor review, or status update when a porting, activation, refill, refund, or account issue remains unresolved.

Simple Mobile 611611 Text Support

Simple Mobile offers 611611 text support for many self-service account and troubleshooting tasks. Customers can text keywords to 611611 to receive account information, start common support actions, or get help with wireless-service topics.

Number Transfer, Port-Out, and Transfer PIN Issues

Number transfer and port-out issues are among the most important Simple Mobile complaint topics because a delayed or failed transfer can leave a customer without working phone service. Before moving a number, keep your old service active until the transfer is complete.

If you are transferring a number away from Simple Mobile, ask support for the correct account and transfer information required by the new carrier. If you are transferring a number into Simple Mobile, verify that the old carrier account number, transfer PIN, phone number, and billing ZIP code are correct before submitting the port request.

Visible reader comments on this page include complaints about transfer PIN delays, lost service during phone transfers, account email or PIN changes, and difficulty reaching a supervisor. If you experience a similar issue, document every call, chat, text keyword, ticket number, and failed port attempt.

Billing, Refill, Refund, and Auto-Refill Complaints

For prepaid wireless billing issues, save all receipts and payment confirmations. If a refill card, plan PIN, Auto-Refill payment, or online purchase does not apply correctly, contact Simple Mobile before buying another plan. Keep the transaction number, last four digits of the payment method, store name, purchase date, and plan details.

Simple Mobile’s terms may limit refunds or transfers of unused service, so customers should review the current terms before changing plans, cancelling, or requesting a refund. If support opens a case, ask for a ticket number and expected resolution timeline.

FCC Escalation for Wireless Complaints

If a Simple Mobile complaint involving billing, equipment, coverage, number porting, unlocking, service quality, or phone-service access remains unresolved after contacting Simple Mobile, customers may consider filing an informal complaint with the Federal Communications Commission.

Before filing with the FCC, gather your phone number, account details, support ticket numbers, porting records, billing screenshots, receipts, device information, and a short timeline of what happened. Do not post private wireless account details publicly.

Fraud, SIM Swap, and Fake Support Warning

Be cautious with fake Simple Mobile phone numbers, fake support agents, phishing texts, SIM swap attempts, port-out scams, fake Verizon migration messages, fake refill offers, fake free phone promotions, and social media replies claiming they can fix your account for a fee. Scammers may ask for your account PIN, transfer PIN, service PIN, IMEI, SIM number, payment card, password, or one-time security code.

Use only official Simple Mobile websites, the Simple Mobile app, 611611, verified support pages, and the customer support number listed by Simple Mobile. If your phone suddenly loses service and you suspect SIM swap or port-out fraud, contact Simple Mobile from another phone and secure any email, banking, payment, or social accounts that use the phone number for verification.

Privacy and Wireless Account Safety

Do not post private wireless information in a public comment. This includes your phone number, account number, account email, address, transfer PIN, security PIN, service plan PIN, IMEI, MEID, SIM number, eSIM details, payment card, order number, screenshots with personal data, or porting documents.

CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com cannot access Simple Mobile accounts, phone numbers, support tickets, refill records, porting requests, transfer PINs, SIM cards, eSIMs, rewards accounts, payment records, or Verizon/TracFone account systems.

Simple Mobile Customer Service Issue

February 26, 2024

Listen people (Dot Not) waste your time with this carrier! February 25th, 2024, at 11:30, I reached out to Simple Mobile Tech support to provide me a transfer PIN so I could take my number to another carrier that is not on the Verizon Network. I spent 8 1/2 hours on the phone with them and they were still unable to provide me a PIN to transport my number to another carrier. I thought I would have been done and on my way to another carrier well by 1:00 PM. Unfortunately, 8 1/2 hours later they still could not provide me with a transfer pin. I should have known better from the start that my phone is Unlocked and not a Verizon-compatible phone. As for their Tech Support, I give them a (C) for their effort in trying to help me with my request. I suggest for anyone who relies on their phone for a living you better start looking into another reliable carrier. I suggest the top three. One more note somehow they (lost my number) and both SIMS cards are now not working. The new card never worked from day one.
