Trader Joe’s Location Request Naples FL

April 6, 2025

Trader Joe’s, It’s time to open a Trader Joe’s on 41 & Bayshore Naples, Florida. It’s a long way from thus end of Town to your store on 41 North😩 It would be terrific if you were to open a store on the corner of 41 South & Bayshore. There is an empty Big Lots store with great parking available. Great catchment area with many new communities that have been and are being built.. We have written to Trader Joe’s before and were told on of your real estate team would reply, but never did. I am not a Real Estate broker not just an eager customer who loves your store. Look forward to hearing from you. Thank you

Trader Joe's Disappointing Whole Milk Issue

Trader Joe’s whole milk spoils days before ‘best by’ date! I have now had 4 quarts of Trader Joe’s whole milk spoil 4-7 days before the printed date on the bottles!

Trader Joe's DIsappointing Contact Issue

March 18, 2025

Trader Joe’s, I attempted to contact your customer service using the email address provided on your website, but all three of my emails were undeliverable. The delivery failure message indicated that I do not have permission to send to the specified distribution list. I would appreciate it if you could verify and update the contact information so customers can reach you efficiently. While I have your attention, I would like to raise a concern about a recent experience at your store. I believe it is important to instruct all cashiers and employees to refrain from making comments about SNAP/Food Stamp purchases. Such remarks are not only inappropriate but can also be deeply embarrassing and disrespectful to customers. A particular incident at Store #70 stood out. After I declined a paper bag, the cashier loudly insisted multiple times that I should take it because, as a SNAP customer, the bag would be free. Her tone was condescending, and she continued to draw attention to my use of Food Stamps. The store was busy, and the comments made me feel humiliated in front of other customers. In another instance, a newer cashier excitedly pointed out that I could visit the Crocker Museum for free with my SNAP card. While I understand the intention may have been positive, the assumption and public announcement of my financial situation were uncomfortable and unnecessary. I have been a resident and worker in the U.S. since 1991, often working multiple jobs to support myself. I apply for positions regularly, including at Trader Joe’s, without success. It is disheartening to experience judgment or insensitivity when using government assistance during difficult times. I urge Trader Joe’s to provide additional training to employees on appropriate customer interactions, ensuring respectful and professional service for all patrons. Addressing this matter will go a long way in creating a more inclusive and considerate shopping environment. Thank you for your time and attention. Sincerely.

Trader Joe's Excellent Packaging

March 16, 2025

Trader Joe’s, Fruits and Vegetables Packaging. One of the things that have deterred me earlier from shopping at your store is that everything is packaged to facilitate the payment at the register. Although you are offering biodegradable bags to place loose vegetables (or paper to take them home), the rest comes in bags, nets or boxes made out of plastic. Having said so, I noticed you are starting to package some things in paper and cardboard (i.e. potatoes and tomatoes.) I just wanted to say thank you for all what you do to help our environment to thrive. Also for keeping the eggs at a reasonable price! Best of luck to you, for whatever is worth, you have my blessings!
