Reach Trader Joe’s Corporate Office Headquarters 

I have been going to Trader Joe’s on 14th and 3rd Ave in Manhattan NY. I use a pretty large bike to get around. The staff there has let me bring my bike there for the last 4-5 years. I park it out of the way ensuring other people can shop. I hear my bike going off(the alarm) and the security is touching my bike instead of asking me to move it. This is a 2000-dollar bike that I use to transport my food home. All I asked is to let me know if there is a problem you see now it’s my bike. well, that guard disrespected me to the fullest ready to fight. Talked to the manager she told me to put it in another place out of the way, I complied. When I come back the next time park it in the location set for me by the manager. This tyrannical worker grabbed my bike which was locked with a disc lock so no one cant take it. So he grabs my bike causing damage to my front disc. Now I am upset. $30 for the parts. breaks have to be changed and labor. I am so disappointed with how this store treats there customers. I feared for my life because this guy was big, the worker TY.and he threatened me. I’m looking to have these repairs done by TY or Trader Joe’s as now I don’t feel comfortable going in that store even though it’s the closest.

Trader Joe’s, Love your food but not its packaging! Nearly all of your foods are wonderful and of course the price is right. But so much of the packaging defies easy opening and/or closing. Thinking of all the supposed zip-lock type bags that just don’t zip back into place. Or the cartons of dairy (milk, 1/2 & 1/2, etc) that don’t have caps but have to be pulled open like those in the 1950’s – they don’t open cleanly or easily at all. I sure wish you’d find other suppliers!! [PS I shop at the Chicago TJ’s on Diversey and the Scottsdale TJ’s on Frank Lloyd Wright.]

Trader Joe’s Corporate Treats Employees Terribly. Terrible company for not supporting unions and the actions you take to stop those who want one.

Trader Joe’s, Ajika Georgian Seasoning Spice! Help!!! Please Bring Back Your Ajika Seasoning Blend Because It Was Fantastic!!!!! I’m Sure Many People Would Pay Double Or Triple For It, If You Bring It Back!!!

Trader Joe’s, Integrity times 10! Today was my wife and I first time shopping at 9020 Covenant Ave. We had just gone to our local bank and got 4 $100. bills which I stuck into my front vest pocket. Where I keep my phone.. We scan your products to see if they are good for a renal diet.. Well while putting my phone in and out of my pocket that money made it’s way out of my pocket to the produce area unknown to us.. We finally realized it when at the car and we were shocked,, My wife went back into the store and to our amazement one of your employees (last name) Bliss, had turned it in to the office…We went back into the store to give him a reward but he had left for the day. The lady said he would in no way accept it.. His character and integrity is off the chart…. We live 2 hrs away but when in or near this store we will definitely shop there, God Bless You If you have an Outstanding Employee Award we certainly would recommend Bliss..
