Urban Outfitters Unauthorized Charge Issue

Urban Outfitters, Credit card unauthorized charge on my credit card. Urban Outfitters Inc. 5000 S BROAD ST, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19112 Re: Notice of disputed charge. Dear Urban Outfitters, I am writing to dispute a charge of $206.93, to my Relay Bank Debit Card account on December 20, 2024. The charge is in error because Your company charged my debit card and it was, “Unauthorized Charge,” “I was overcharged,” “I did not buy any items from your internet or store location. I am requesting that the error be corrected, that any finance or other charges related to the disputed amount be credited to my account, and that I get an accurate statement. I have talked to your customer service and chat line. I have also emailed service@urbanoutfitters.com. This warning letter is to warn Urban Outfitters that your conduct is likely unlawful and that they can face serious legal consequences, such as a federal lawsuit, if you do not immediately stop. Enclosed are copies of Email documents, bank statements, Screen shot of actual charge on December 20, 2024. Please correct the error on my account promptly. I also would like a payment of an additional $200.00 for the unauthorized charge to my account, because this considered theft and fraud. Please complete the $406.93 ach chargeback to my credit card. Urban Outfitters has 3 days to complete this action matter .. If I don’t get my chargeback of $406.93, I will be forced to settle this in Court Action and report to BBB, IC3.GOV, FTC.

Urban Outfitters Awful Customer Service

Urban Outfitters, I purchased items on website and paid. I started contacting Urban Outfitters on 9/22/24. No package. I called, texted, emailed. Nothing I’m still out the $115. Do Not Buy Online Urban Outfitters Will Not Respond!! It’s been a month and still nothing. Urban Outfitters gets your money and keeps it.
