“I had a disappointing experience at W Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. The service was far from satisfactory, and I felt it was not worth the money I spent. To make matters worse, there were several unauthorized additional charges on my bill, which felt quite questionable. The room had issues with water leakage, and whenever I tried to reach out for assistance, nobody responded to my service calls. Overall, it was a frustrating stay and not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber.
