Wawa Coffee Special Issue

February 10, 2025

Wawa, I received an email on 2/9/25 that there was free coffee on Super bowl Sunday. When I went there, they said only for Wilmington customers and some other site. I don’t think this is fair. I am a valued Wawa customer and I do use my points, etc and specials. Dunkin Donuts gave free coffee to its valued customers for free. I don’t think the Dover, Smyrna area should be singled out. I appreciate the specials but that is for everywhere Wawa through 2/12.

Wawa, Avoid the female manager. Watch out for. The female manager there..she’s Rude Vicious Down Right Nasty Disposition. Enough To Ruin Your Week. And for me to take the time to write this. Everyone else that works there is pleasant and helpful!

Wawa Excellent Customer Service

Wawa, Long time customer. Just wanted to tell you that I have been purchasing from Wawa since the early 80′ & for over 40 years I have enjoyed coffee, salads, hoagies & the convenience service & value….however that being said I have purchased a 4th home in Punta Gorda, Florida….I have been asking people about the Wawa pizza & everyone just raved about it..so the other day I purchased a medium mushroom & a few sandwiches from my local store…to my suprise the pizza was awful. From the sauce to the dough I can tell you that it was the first and only bad experience for me. I can’t imagine that with all of the good reviews I received this would be the case, but honestly it really was. Just thought I would report this to you as I know you would be able to correct this. I am a 77 year old retired executive with a substantial net worth. I don’t normally review food or services however I love the enhancement Wawa has made to my life over the years…hope in some way this helps you.

Wawa Rewards Program Issue

Wawa, summarizing Wawa rewards program. I frequently stop at 3 Wawa stores in my South Jersey area, EHT. Very Few staff members actually know the details of the program from ordering to managing the program on the App. I have paid, out of pocket, for 3 rewards orders strictly because no employee knew how the program actually worked. One commented it was a stupid program and I whole heartily agree. I will no longer participate. I sill continue to be your happy customer just not the program.
