Zaxby’s, I can’t believe you served this! Location 35404. Sunday March 9, 6:45PM. Ordered 2 sandwiches and fries. Got home opened carton of what was supposed to a healthy grilled chicken sandwich. I got a totally Burned piece of chicken! You have my permission to use my photograps in your advertisements to show the outstanding quality of food you serve. Regards.

Zaxby’s, Complaint. I have tried using your App it didn’t work on any of the phones or pc I lost out on my $5 reward.

Zaxby’s, so I came in one day and got a Zaxby’s salad get back to work and the salad has no chicken on it so I go on vacation for 3weeks I work nights too so I come back in today and I was honest and brought in my receipt and who I talked to that night to get another salad and because they saw it was over 30 days she said she can’t honor it. I could’ve come in and said I talked to Cameron a week ago and got another salad so Im out $11 bucks.

Zaxby’s, undercooked. 13th St St Cloud FL. Sandwich wasn’t cooked at all.

Zaxby’s, worst salads ever. I have been a customer since the salads were less than $8 and excellent. NOW, they are almost $11, and probably half the quality they once were. Twice, in the last week and a half, I have had to return four salads due to Rotten lettuce. The manager said the lettuce is “prepackaged”, so I believe this is a Corporate issue! Please salvage your company reputation and correct this. Future business depends on it. I will be thinking long and hard before spending my money at Zaxby’s, if things do not improve. I find that very sad.
