Family Dollar, Unprofessional Behavior by Soperton, Ga. Family Dollar Manager. Zero Stars! The manager is extremely unprofessional and mean. She has bad behavior and she should not be allowed to work with the public.

Family Dollar, Zero Stars, Family Dollar must not pay their employees well at all. I am a vendor and no matter what Family Dollar I visit in my area, (I have 22 Family Dollars) NOT ONE is open when the sign says they are supposed to be! I’m currently sitting in the parking lot of one that says open for 8-10. Wrong!! It is 8:51 AM and I’ve been here since 8:14 AM. Lights are off and no one is here. Does corporate even care about these employees or the customers?? What is going on? It’s beyond ridiculous and completely unprofessional! I would never shop in these stores, if I didn’t have to be here to set my products in,I sure wouldn’t!!

The Family Dollar store in Adel, Iowa, has become a disappointment. The manager, Heather, and some of the younger employees don’t seem suited for customer service. They’re often outside smoking together, leaving the store unattended at times. The shelves are disorganized, and inventory is frequently scattered in the aisles, making it difficult to shop. The staff doesn’t seem familiar with the products the store carries. On one occasion, I asked about an item, and the cashier claimed they didn’t sell it. When I searched myself, I found it but chose not to buy it due to her lack of knowledge. I now prefer shopping at Dollar General, but I’ll still visit Family Dollar when Vicki or Michelle is working since they provide better service. If changes aren’t made soon, I believe the store will continue to lose customers. A better-organized store and more attentive staff would make a big difference. Please take action to improve the Adel, IA Family Dollar!

Family Dollar, I went to use the bathroom and there is sign on the door says out of order and the. Bathrooms clearly work and they said it was no public bathrooms they were very rude to me I do not appreciate being talked to like that unacceptable I am a very valuable customer I will not be coming back.
