Metro, (Buying a new phone). I went on Friday 1-24-25 to buy a phone, because my screen broke. (Been with Metro 6 years) My first question to the clerk was: Am I due for an upgrade? He stated that Metro doesn’t do upgrades any more. (Let me put this in there before I get to far into this) I walked a mile to get to the store. I arrived at 9:45 it was suppose to open at 10:00. Well let’s just say at 10:45 I was calling customer service. Customer Service told me I could take the phone to Any Metro. So I walk another mile to the other store. I get there he tells me no i have to take it back to the store I bought from. So I walk another mile Back to the store that was still closed at 10:45. I get there and it was open. (I have a representative on the phone he wants to talk to the guy that sold me the phone) The clerk says no. that customer service don’t know anything and it don’t matter what they say. He’s not talking to them. (I forgot to state that Sat, Sun I tried to go to the store but were never open when they were suppose to.) The supervisor that got on the phone (Customer Service) told me that he would mail me a different kind of phone at no charge and pay the bill for Jan. I would have to change my number. (same number for 6 yrs) I told him due to my job that I really couldn’t do that. Well then he hung up. Well we all know you don’t get the same supervisor. Well I was so stressed out that I ended up having a seizure and staying the night in the hospital. So now I have missed 3 days of work due to phone not working right and being in the hospital. (- $600.00 in wages) Talked to a new representative supervisor. She said yes they would mail me a new phone for a small fee of $155.36 for fees. I told her no I shouldn’t have to pay Anything. She said its policy. So after walking a total of 6 miles missing 3 days of work -$600.00 going to have to pay a emergency and ambulance bill I have No Phone and close to getting fired. I wish there was a way to leave a sign on all Metro PCS buildings so customers can read it before they go in. If your reading this Please find a different carrier because this one will carry you right to Nothing. Oh, and corporates # don’t work imagine that.

Metro, They are terrible!!!They won’t recognize my number, so I can’t get through on my App, or by dialing *611 or the Metro number, but they manage to take my payment out of my account!!! I’m trying to change carriers and I can’t because Metro won’t release my number!!!

Metro, Terrible Phones!! Constant Issues. Bad Connection!! Poor Customer Service! Brunswick, GA Location Says Store Opens At 9Am And They Are Never Opened On Time. Waited 2-3 Hours And Still Store Is Not Opened 12/8/24.

Metro, Trying to get assistance with Amazon Prime. I called to get assistance on 14 November 2024 at approximately 8:00 pm. The first customer service rep had me to call Amazon Prime three way. She said she could not do I had to. The Amazon Prime customer service rep said they could not be on a three way with us, before she got off the phone she said Metro PC had to give me the link to set up the Amazon Prime account. The Metro PC customer service rep hung up the phone and she did not call me back. I called again and talk with another customer service rep and after she got my information I was saying hello, hello and she didn’t answer so after a while I hung up. I spoke with Grace and she was helpful and she tried to help me but I was given the wrong link. I asked for a supervisor and after about 25 minutes a female came in the line at approximately 9:08. She told me that I needed to call the Amazon Prime rep back and let her know I had spoke to a supervisor and they needed to assist me with the Amazon Prime account. The next thing I know I have a recording. First she didn’t identify herself and she got off the line without saying anything. I stay in the line and 20 minutes or later a Customer service rep supervisor named Carlene came on the phone and was very helpful nothing like the first (alleged supervisor). I hope all of other customers service reps aren’t as rude as the first two and the first supervisor. They need to be retrained.

Metro PCS, worst cell phone service. Metro PCS, sold my elderly mother a tablet that she cannot use and charged monthly for the bill and refuses to cancel the services. I have called customer service several times to get this removed off her account because she is paying for services she cannot use and no one refuses to remove the line, I have been to several stores and they tell you to call the 1800 number and when you do that you get someone from a foreign country that does not speak very good English and is reading off a script and keeps telling you the same thing over and over this is ridiculous worst phone company ever.
