Reach Out To Chilis Corporate Office – Review and Complaints 

Chilis, Best service, hot food, friendly and efficient staff. Thank you to our server Angel Rodriquez and our Food Runners Antonio Aviles. Wife and I have traveled the world for the last 54 years, can’t remember when we received “piping hot soup” and “hot to the touch French fries”. Your competition served warm food at best. Your staff was pleasant and courteous; professional above a much more expensive and snobby restaurant. We are extremely pleased and hope you will recognize these fine folks, they represent you well.

Chilis, Employee pay. Chilis “loses” pay checks for the minor kids working for them and doesn’t want to do anything about it, they just say not to worry about it, it will be on your next check. When the parents get involved, they start to look really hard for this paycheck and give you false promises and say it has been deposited into their bank account when it hasn’t. We have been promised an overnight check, we have been promised this will be resolved, and also have been told it has been put into your bank account, none of this has happened, almost 4 weeks and no check still. Chilis managers have not taken any accountability and it’s always someone else’s fault, until it happens to them, then something will be done. Fix this, before the labor department gets involved!!

Chilis, terrible customer service. We arrived. 4 of us stood 15 mins no one welcomed us then one in our party went over to the bar and asked the women is anyone that we been standing a the door 15 mins she said find a seat and I will wait on you, Then we waited and 16 mins and she is making drinks and we said that’s it we left and we told the people at the door waiting and they left behind us. This is the first time, but it is the last time, and we do blame manager his name is Shane Stonexing at the Virginia Beach location 4085 Virginia Beach Blvd. This place has gone down what a shame.

Chilis, Bad service. Chilis in Ogden UT on Washington and 400. The place was empty except for 2 other tables They tried to put us all together by the kitchen. We asked for a different booth and after 15 min of no service, we left.

Chilis, over charged. My Family and I had dinner at chillis on August 11th. When I got home I checked my receipt only to discover I had been over charged. I talked to the manager the next day and was told, I would receive my refund In 7-10 days. On Firday August 22nd I called customer service and reported I had been over charged. and was told the computer system was down. when it came up I would receive an email, and my money would be refunded. As of today I have not received an email or a refund. I’m a senior I don’t have money to just give away. We used to eat at your restaurant a lot. after being over charged, and no refund. I don’t know if I will be back.
