Reach Out To Chilis Corporate Office – Review and Complaints 

Chilis, Please see the Yelp review I left today. I sent an email to the Nevada health department regarding my horrible experience and I would like cc a copy of the email to corporate. I need the correct email address to do so. The food was Old and Undercooked. Pork is not a product that can be served to the public in such a manner. I am requesting an investigation into this matter and a visit to the actual location to see the uncleanliness of the entire establishment. I never visited this location before and I never will. They don’t even wrap the food in foil at curbside! I want more than a refund and a cliche’ apology. I want to know where this meat came from. I visit Chilis in other states and I never have a problem.

Chili’s Lost My Jacket and Lied About It. I’m a regular customer at the Brownwood, Texas Chili’s. While there during Christmas, I accidentally left my jacket on the back of a barstool after having a few drinks. My regular bartender, who I always tip well, told me he put my jacket in the manager’s office for safekeeping. When I returned to pick it up, the female bartender and manager claimed no jacket was turned in and that they had never seen it. I even asked them to call my regular bartender, and they pretended to have a conversation with him, only to tell me he said I hadn’t left a jacket there. Last night, I went back, and my regular bartender immediately remembered and said, “Hey! You forgot your jacket last time you were here. I put it in the manager’s office.” So, what happened to it? I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this location, and I’m extremely disappointed by how this was handled. It was a black Spyder jacket with a vivid red Black Widow logo on the chest, made of a unique web-like material. It’s frustrating that my jacket mysteriously disappeared despite being placed in a secure area. I expected better from a place I’ve been loyal to for years.

Chilis, Yesterday a visit to Chilli’s was very disappointing. I ordered the four small burger bites with mashed potatoes. The burgers were to come with bacon but instead came with “snibbles of bits of bacon”. There was not a ‘piece’ of bacon to be found. The potatoes had the ‘skin’ of the potatoes all through the potatoes. They did not advertise “bacon snibbles” , they advertised bacon. They did not advertise potatoes “with skins” , they advertised mashed potatoes. And this was $16.00????

Chilis, Latest commercial. Your latest commercial states ‘it’s not Rocket Surgery’. Who performs surgery on a rocket?? The phrase is Rocket Science or Brain Surgery. Please make it stop.

Chilis, Amazing service and food! My mother and I had dinner at Chilis in Rome, GA #538. Ashley our server was amazing! She greeted us as soon as we were seated, got our drink & appetizer order. She suggested a few items on the menu and gave us a few minutes to decide what we wanted. She got our order and the appetizer was already on the table. Ashley kept our drinks full, table cleared of extra dishes we no longer needed. She went above and beyond for us and all her other tables. Our food was prepared correctly and was delicious. We had a very positive experience and Ashley was a huge part of that!
