Dodge, Poor service. I have purchased three vehicles over the past. Never had any issue with the service until now. I brought in my truck 1500 RAM for service the tech say need to the part. But it has been about 3 months now for the parts. All they can say on back order just for a radio. So what? Thank God it’s not the engine, can someone help me? Dodge Challenger Fuel Pump Issue

Dodge Challenger, Fuel pumps. I purchased a 2013 Dodge Challenger in 2020 and have not been able to drive it for over a year because it would not start. I pay a monthly payment of $530 and full coverage insurance for a car I could not even drive when I called the dealership, they said I would have to have it towed to dealership to have it fixed and the cost was outrageous. I had a neighbor check the code and it said it was fuel pump. The replacement parts were $250, $175 for one assembly and $75 for the secondary pump. I had to replace by myself because I could not afford car and insurance payment and dealership fee to fix. I was furious when I found that the secondary pump was disingrated and all the plastic was brittle and broken, I could not believe Dodge made all the challengers car like this! This should have been recalled! I plan on following up with the attorney general, this should not be and I would venture to guess many others have had the same Issue!
