Checkers Corporate Office, Headquarters & Phone Number

🗨  Comments

Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc. is the parent cod in Tampa, Florida, and operates and franchises more than 700 restaurants across the United States.

Consumers commonly search for the Checkers corporate office address or phone number when they need help with an incorrect order, food-quality concern, refund, restaurant employee interaction, rewards account, unwanted marketing message, franchise inquiry, or unresolved complaint involving a particular location.

How to Contact Checkers Corporate Office

Checkers maintains separate contact options for customer feedback, corporate matters, franchise opportunities, employment, and media inquiries. Complaints involving a specific restaurant should generally begin with that location’s manager before being escalated to customer service or the corporate office.

The corporate headquarters telephone number is intended for general business and corporate matters. Customers with restaurant, order, food, refund, or service concerns should normally use the customer-service number or online contact page.

How to Escalate a Checkers Complaint

The best complaint process depends on whether the issue involves a restaurant visit, online order, delivery service, rewards account, employment matter, or franchise inquiry.

  1. Contact the restaurant where the issue occurred and ask to speak with the manager or general manager.
  2. Keep the receipt, order number, restaurant address, date, approximate time, photographs, and names of employees involved.
  3. Explain what occurred and state the resolution you are requesting, such as a corrected order, refund, account adjustment, or management follow-up.
  4. If the restaurant does not resolve the issue, call Checkers customer service at 1-800-800-8072 or submit the complaint through the company’s online contact page.
  5. Ask for a case or reference number if one is available, and retain copies of all emails and messages.
  6. If the matter remains unresolved, request that it be escalated to the appropriate district, franchise, regional, or corporate support representative.

Many Checkers and Rally’s restaurants are independently operated by franchisees. The local franchise owner may be responsible for employment, restaurant management, refunds, and other location-specific matters, while the corporate customer-care team may help route or document the complaint.

Do not publish complete payment-card numbers, account passwords, home addresses, employee identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information in a public review.

The brands are known for hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, wings, milkshakes, and Famous Seasoned Fries. Many restaurants use compact buildings with drive-thru and walk-up service instead of large indoor dining rooms.

The restaurant system includes both company-operated and independently franchised locations. As a result, employment policies, restaurant management, local pricing, operating hours, and complaint handling may differ by location.

Yes. Checkers and Rally’s are sister restaurant brands operated and franchised by Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc. They generally use similar menus, restaurant designs, promotions, and operating systems.

Checkers Reviews, Complaints and Customer Feedback

Reviews submitted to CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com and CustomerServiceNumbers.com describe a range of experiences with Checkers and Rally’s restaurants. Some customers praise the seasoned fries, burgers, affordable meal deals, late operating hours, and convenience of the drive-thru format.

Complaints and lower-rated reviews have commonly mentioned:

  • Incorrect or incomplete orders: Customers report receiving missing items, incorrect toppings, or food that did not match the order placed.
  • Food temperature and quality: Some reviews describe cold burgers, poorly prepared food, or items that did not appear fresh.
  • Long waits: Complaints sometimes involve extended drive-thru waits or delays while an order is remade.
  • Employee and management interactions: Some customers describe rude responses, dismissive behavior, or difficulty reaching a manager.
  • Refund handling: Reviewers have reported delays or confusion when requesting a refund for an incorrect or unsatisfactory order.
  • Marketing messages: One review described difficulty stopping promotional emails after asking to unsubscribe.
  • Complaint follow-up: Some consumers report difficulty obtaining a response after contacting a restaurant or attempting to escalate a concern.

One visitor also submitted an employment-related complaint involving allegedly unpaid working time. Employment and wage concerns should be documented carefully and directed to the restaurant owner, human-resources contact, or the appropriate state or federal labor agency when necessary.

These complaint themes are based on individual visitor submissions and do not represent every Checkers or Rally’s restaurant. Customer experiences can vary considerably because locations may have different franchise owners, managers, staffing levels, and operating practices.

Checkers and Rally’s Competitive Landscape

Checkers and Rally’s compete in the quick-service burger market, where price, convenience, drive-thru speed, menu variety, digital ordering, and restaurant availability influence customer decisions.

Three of the company’s largest national competitors include:

  • McDonald’s Corporate Office – McDonald’s competes through its extensive restaurant network, drive-thru service, mobile ordering, value meals, burgers, fries, and breakfast menu.
  • Burger King Corporate Office – Burger King competes directly in flame-grilled burgers, chicken sandwiches, drive-thru service, mobile offers, and value-focused meals.
  • Wendy’s Corporate Office – Wendy’s competes in burgers, chicken, fries, late-night meals, digital ordering, delivery, and value promotions.

Checkers and Rally’s also compete with smaller or more regionally concentrated restaurant chains, including:

  • Krystal Corporate Office – Krystal competes in value-oriented burgers, late-night service, compact restaurants, and Southeastern markets.
  • Sonic Drive-In Corporate Office – Sonic competes through drive-in service, burgers, hot dogs, drinks, desserts, and late operating hours.

Checkers and Rally’s distinguish themselves with compact restaurant formats, double drive-thru designs, bold menu flavors, seasoned fries, and a strong emphasis on affordable meals.

Checkers O'Fallon MO Disappointing Experience

June 26, 2026

Checkers, In the drive through on June 24 – in O’Fallon, Mo. There was no one to take my order, so I pulled to window – a man said, he couldn’t take my order. The manager was outside in car; had turn off the order system. He could not do any business. This is not right, several cars behind me. Checkers needs to review their customer service. About 2 week ago a lady said, couldn’t buy just one double fish – cash register would only let her sell 2 for $7. Not right. Poor Management and service.

Checkers Frustrating Solicitation Issue

February 7, 2025

Checkers, Won’t stop sending me solicitations. Don’t ever give Rally’s or Checkers your information on review. They will never leave you alone even after numerous attempts at asking nicely to be unsubscribed. I’ve asked everyday in everyway and they just won’t leave my inbox alone. My recommendation is to never get involved. I’ve tried marking them as Spam and they still get into my Inbox. I have never eaten there again after giving a poor review on their fish sandwiches and they just keep on soliciting me.

Checkers Gainsville FL

December 13, 2022

I just went through the drive-thru on 13 th at in Gainesville FL, I ordered two double-checker burgers with just cheese and mayo, and when I got to the window I went over my order with the person at the window. So it should have been right, I called and they said to bring the burgers back up there and they will fix them, I would waste more money on gas to go back up there, I don’t live around the corner and I told him he needs to watch the orders that they get them right. He told me no one is perfect and he is sure I’m not either. I told him people order food and they should get it right, he hung up on me. I worked in the restaurant business, my family has owned restaurants. The name of the game is to get people’s orders right, if you have to take out the way people order because it’s better to talk to a person so the order gets right. People used to care about their businesses and without customers you have nothing. I don’t know if I will go back there, you should know what’s happening, it was part machine and part human. I went over my order at the window to make sure because it has happened before and I just let it go. Don’t think people should just have to let it go, put pride back in a business TY for your time
