Value City Furniture, Very Very poor delivery service from Value City Furniture. When I realized that I could order a living room set online I was so thrilled. I ordered a sofa and loveseat on October 4,2024. I loved the set because it came with pillows. I was given a delivery date of 11/27/2024. I received only the sofa and was given a December 15th delivery date for the loveseat. Two days before the December delivery date, I received a call saying it was not sent. I received another delivery date, January 17, 2025. Again, it did not arrive. I received no call this time. I emailed them and told them that the date on their website had been changed to March 7, 2025. By March it will be almost a half year since I ordered. The reasons I have been given have been ridiculous at times. “They might have run out of material and couldn’t make it or there were so many orders for that item.” I was later told by someone at the distribution center it had to do with maritime shipping issues or longshoreman’s strike which I thought had been resolved. Needless to say, I don’t know if I will ever receive it. I am actually making payments on the set and all my payments have been on time. I also paid $189.00 for the 5-star delivery. I plan to talk to Corporate to see if I can get some answers before contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Value City Furniture, Horrible service. I spent close to $20,000 over a month ago only to still be waiting for items to be delivered. Already canceled an entire bedroom set due to no guarantee on delivery. Waiting on two end tables that are now pushed out to at least November 27, 2024 which will be 2.5 months after the order was placed. And I was not contacted about this change in delivery. It wasn’t until I called them to get an update. Will be canceling the order for these two tables and purchasing elsewhere which is unfortunate as they will now not match the other pieces of furniture I purchased. I wish I would have read these reviews before even walking into the store. Do not but from Value City Furniture, ever!

Value City Furniture, Promised a delivery of couch that was told that was instock .not delivered. Then promised the second time. Supposedly came in but had a blue streak on the leather. Canceled again. Then told not until February! That’s 4 months of waiting. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄! And told the Manuel version non power recliners on sides of couch was in stock. Turns out the color that we chose doesn’t even come in power!

Value City Furniture, delivery foul up. Sold my family a bed, cost $2,000 dollars, delivered the bed on correct date without the slots that hold the mattress and BOGO board in place. I get the same run around every time I call them and ask where the slots for the bed oh, they are in a different location call this number. I spoke with the salesperson at the other store, oh your slots will be delivered on the 28th of August at 12pm. No show delivery man sick. Now I am supposedly getting the slots tomorrow at 8am. So long story short, I’m speaking to the Headquarters complaint department to see if they can resolve this matter. Missed work x2 days. Stand by: cross fingers.

Ordered a bedroom set in June. The bedroom set was just of stock. Delivery was August, the next date was September and October, and now November, and I do not get until December. The bedroom set is being displayed in the recent Designer’s Catalog. Poor stocking issues.
