GE Disappointing Customer Service

GE, Wow, a whole bunch of 1 ratings, no surprise. My product is under warranty, I was referred to a GE authorized representative to do the repair. I asked for an invoice and receipt of service from the repair person, no response. I called GE’s customer service department and they said they don’t have one even though they paid the repair person. I can’t get anyone on the phone at the corporate office, this is absolutely crazy.

GE All in One Washer Dryer Junk

GE, GE All in One Washer Dryer – Junk! This unit keeps throwing error codes, turning on and off. You can turn the sound on/or off but the machine does it by itself and of course it doesn’t dry the clothes. This machine was very expensive and is abosulte garbage, I paid over $3,000.00 for it and regret it.

GE, Hunk of junk washing machine. There was no fabric softener dispenser & when I paused it to add softener, it started the wash over. What a cheap bottom of the barrel washer. I live in an apartment building, so I had no choice about having a GE washer, but who makes a washer in this day & age without a fabric softener dispenser? It’s me, the end user who gets the Hassel of trying to use this hunk of junk.

GE Refrigerator Issue

GE Refrigerator Model# GWE19JSLPFSS Serial# MS311397. I bought my GE Refrigerator in July 2020. It had an annoying sound to it from the time I bought it. After taking several videos of the noise and multiple technicians coming out to install different parts and it still wasn’t fixed they replaced it in 2021. The new one has had a problem with the left door side panel leaking water down the side onto the floor and has been replaced twice in two years and now six months later from the last replacement the part is bad again. Luckily, I bought a five-year warranty on this refrigerator, because the part alone is about $250. I am now waiting for a tech guy to come out for the third time in three years to replace the same part. They have canceled my appointment twice now at the last minute. I am beyond frustrated with the constant problems I’ve had every year with this refrigerator. I will never buy another GE appliance. I would like GE to give me a totally different refrigerator at this point, because one more year and my warranty is out and it’s going to be expensive to maintain the problems it has.
