GE Refrigerator Model# GWE19JSLPFSS Serial# MS311397. I bought my GE Refrigerator in July 2020. It had an annoying sound to it from the time I bought it. After taking several videos of the noise and multiple technicians coming out to install different parts and it still wasn’t fixed they replaced it in 2021. The new one has had a problem with the left door side panel leaking water down the side onto the floor and has been replaced twice in two years and now six months later from the last replacement the part is bad again. Luckily, I bought a five-year warranty on this refrigerator, because the part alone is about $250. I am now waiting for a tech guy to come out for the third time in three years to replace the same part. They have canceled my appointment twice now at the last minute. I am beyond frustrated with the constant problems I’ve had every year with this refrigerator. I will never buy another GE appliance. I would like GE to give me a totally different refrigerator at this point, because one more year and my warranty is out and it’s going to be expensive to maintain the problems it has.

We purchased a new GE Washer less than six months ago. When you wash sheets the machine gets out of balance and walks around the laundry room. We talked to a GE repairman he said all GE washers don’t like sheets or blankets. He suggested we add towels to our sheets to help balance the load.He also committed that the design of washer causes it to get out of balance easily. My Wife and I are elderly and on a fixed income and not able to purchase a different washer.We know GE won’t do anything thing to help so we have decided to give them some free advertisement.

Purchased GE stove and oven model JB735ST5SS and was installed Nov 28, 2023. On May 2, 2024, loud bang and a flash of red while cooking on right front burner. I called and tech was out pretty quickly but said it needed total rewiring (on back order) and if I use it it could start a fire so he left breaker off. Today May 24 he rewired it but red light saying stove is hot stayed on. They are working on fixing it and say I can now use it without causing a fire. What is going on with GE??? They used to be a good company! They need to look at quality controls and need to replace my stove!! (Compensation for having to eat out or eat less healthy would be good too although buying a stove that works would be better!). Fix your electrical issues, please!

Oven went out on Dec1. Called everyday and was given the runaround

The technician refused to come out unless we paid the service charge – refrigerator is still under warranty – bought Lennar home on march 16, 2023 – photos of all appliances that came with the house, including the dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and washer, and dryer serial and model #’s were taken and emailed by john mcrae to ge for warranty protection months ago after we moved in warranty on all appliances are good until march 2024 – this is a total outrage – the technician never came after we told him that we would not pay the service charge – this visit should have been free!! What the hell is going on over there?? I then called the ge care # and waited on the phone for over 2 hours and hung up – never got to speak to a live person or rep. What are you people doing?
