GE Corporate Office Headquarters, GE Aerospace Address, Phone Number and Complaints

🗨  Comments

GE corporate office headquarters information has changed because the former General Electric Company is no longer the same Boston-based conglomerate described in many older listings. Today, the remaining GE public company operates as GE Aerospace, with principal executive offices at 1 Neumann Way in Evendale, Ohio. People often search for the GE corporate office when they need the General Electric headquarters address, GE Aerospace address, GE corporate phone number, executive contact information, investor relations, board contact information, supplier support, customer support routing, or escalation guidance for unresolved GE Aerospace, GE-branded appliance, energy, healthcare, shareholder, product, service, or complaint issues. GE Aerospace’s board and investor contact phone number is 1-513-243-2000.

GE Corporate Office and Headquarters Contact Information

The GE corporate phone number is best treated as a headquarters, board, investor, and corporate-office contact route for GE Aerospace. For appliance repair, healthcare equipment, energy products, employment verification, supplier invoices, or product-specific support, customers should use the correct GE-branded company or department rather than assuming one GE phone number handles every issue.

GE Headquarters Address and Current Company Structure

GE Aerospace’s principal executive offices are at 1 Neumann Way, Evendale, Ohio 45215, in the Cincinnati area. This is the current headquarters address readers should use when searching for GE corporate office, GE headquarters, General Electric headquarters, GE corporate address, GE Aerospace headquarters, GE main office, or GE corporate phone number.

The older GE corporate office address in Boston, Massachusetts, is no longer the best current address for the remaining GE public company. GE completed a major transformation in which GE Aerospace, GE Vernova, and GE HealthCare became separate standalone public companies. GE Aerospace retained the GE ticker symbol and represents the remaining GE company. GE Vernova focuses on energy, while GE HealthCare focuses on healthcare technology.

GE Corporate Office vs. GE Customer Service

The GE corporate office is generally used for headquarters matters, executive-level correspondence, investor relations, board correspondence, legal correspondence, corporate governance, media inquiries, supplier issues, and unresolved company-level concerns. Most product, repair, warranty, appliance, healthcare, energy, employee, or supplier issues should begin with the correct GE-branded company’s official support route.

GE-branded customer-service confusion is common because the GE name appears on multiple companies and product categories. A home appliance issue is usually handled by GE Appliances, a Haier company. Healthcare equipment issues should go to GE HealthCare. Energy, power, grid, wind, and electrification issues may involve GE Vernova. Aviation, engine, aerospace, investor, and remaining GE corporate matters usually involve GE Aerospace.

Choose the Correct GE Support Route

  • GE Aerospace corporate office, investor, board, or shareholder issue: Use GE Aerospace investor relations, board contact, or corporate contact resources.
  • GE Aerospace customer, aviation, engine, or supplier support: Use the official GE Aerospace contact page and select the correct customer support or supplier portal route.
  • GE Aerospace accounts payable: Use GE Aerospace’s accounts payable contact route listed on the official contact page.
  • GE Aerospace employee benefits: Use the employee benefits route listed on the official GE Aerospace contact page.
  • GE Appliances repair or service: Use GE Appliances service and support, including 1-800-GE-CARES / 1-800-432-2737 for appliance service and repair.
  • GE Appliances product questions: Use GE Appliances support for appliances you own, parts, accessories, filters, service, repair, or warranty questions.
  • GE HealthCare product or service issue: Use GE HealthCare’s official contact and service support routes.
  • GE Vernova energy, power, grid, wind, or electrification issue: Use GE Vernova’s official contact or business-specific support route.
  • Media inquiry: Use the media or press contact shown on the official GE Aerospace or relevant GE company contact page.
  • Careers: Use the careers page for the correct GE company before sending employment-related questions to corporate headquarters.

What to Have Before Contacting GE Corporate Office

  • Your full name and contact information
  • The GE company involved, such as GE Aerospace, GE Vernova, GE HealthCare, or GE Appliances
  • The product, service, business unit, or department involved
  • Serial number, model number, engine program, part number, invoice number, order number, or service case number, if relevant
  • Supplier portal, accounts payable, purchase order, or contract details, if relevant
  • Appliance model, serial number, warranty record, service ticket, or repair appointment, if relevant
  • Healthcare equipment service record or account reference, if relevant
  • Energy, grid, power, or renewable project details, if relevant
  • Previous emails, support tickets, repair records, invoices, receipts, or written notices
  • A short timeline and the specific resolution you are requesting

Do not post private information in public reviews or comment sections. Avoid sharing serial numbers, contract details, employee records, payment information, account numbers, proprietary business information, medical-equipment records, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or confidential documents.

How to Escalate a GE Complaint

Start by identifying which GE-branded company controls the product or service. GE Aerospace, GE Vernova, GE HealthCare, and GE Appliances are different routes, and using the wrong support path can delay the response. For GE Aerospace matters, use the official GE Aerospace contact page, customer support route, supplier portal, investor relations page, or board contact route depending on the issue.

If your complaint involves a GE-branded appliance, start with GE Appliances service and support. If the issue involves a medical device or healthcare system, contact GE HealthCare. If the issue involves energy, grid, wind, or power technology, contact GE Vernova. If the issue involves aviation, aerospace engines, suppliers, shareholders, or the remaining GE public company, contact GE Aerospace.

If the issue remains unresolved after using the correct support route, organize your complaint before contacting the corporate office. Include the company involved, product or service, dates, support history, case number, documentation, and the specific resolution you are requesting. A clear, factual complaint with records is usually more effective than a long complaint without documentation.

Common Reasons Customers Contact GE Corporate Office

  • Finding the GE corporate office or headquarters address
  • Looking for the General Electric corporate phone number
  • Trying to understand whether GE is now GE Aerospace
  • Searching for GE Aerospace headquarters or investor relations
  • Trying to reach GE Aerospace customer support or supplier support
  • GE Aerospace accounts payable, purchase order, or supplier portal issues
  • GE appliance service, repair, warranty, parts, or product complaints
  • GE HealthCare product, service, equipment, or sales questions
  • GE Vernova energy, grid, power, wind, or electrification questions
  • Investor relations, shareholder, board, or corporate governance questions
  • Employment verification, benefits, careers, or HR-related routing
  • Legal correspondence, media inquiries, privacy concerns, or compliance questions

GE Aerospace, Supplier, and Investor Complaints

GE Aerospace complaints may involve aerospace customers, suppliers, accounts payable, purchase orders, engine support, aviation programs, investor relations, board communications, shareholder questions, media inquiries, or corporate governance. These matters should be routed through GE Aerospace’s official contact page, investor relations resources, supplier portal, or board contact information.

Before escalating a GE Aerospace issue, keep purchase orders, invoices, support tickets, contract references, part numbers, business-unit contacts, supplier records, and written correspondence. Corporate correspondence should focus on the specific business issue, the department already contacted, and the resolution requested.

GE Appliances Service, Warranty, and Repair Complaints

Many readers searching for “GE customer care” are actually looking for GE Appliances, not GE Aerospace. GE Appliances is a Haier company that manufactures and supports GE-branded appliances under trademark license. Appliance complaints may involve refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, washers, dryers, microwaves, filters, parts, warranties, service appointments, or repair delays.

For GE Appliances service and repair, use GE Appliances’ official support pages or call 1-800-GE-CARES / 1-800-432-2737. Keep the model number, serial number, purchase date, receipt, warranty information, photos, service appointment details, and repair ticket number before escalating.

GE Vernova and GE HealthCare Routing

GE Vernova is the separate GE-branded company focused on energy, electrification, power, grid, wind, gas power, and related industrial technology. GE HealthCare is the separate GE-branded healthcare technology company. These companies are not the same support route as GE Aerospace or GE Appliances.

If your issue involves GE Vernova, use GE Vernova’s official website and business-specific contact resources. If your issue involves GE HealthCare products, service, sales, medical equipment, imaging systems, ultrasound, patient monitoring, or healthcare technology, use GE HealthCare’s official contact route. Do not send patient information, proprietary hospital records, or confidential healthcare documents through public comment sections.

GE Reviews and Complaints

GE reviews and complaints vary widely because the GE name is used across several different companies and industries. Positive comments may mention GE’s long history, aviation technology, healthcare innovation, energy infrastructure, appliance service, industrial engineering, and global brand recognition. Complaints often involve appliance service delays, warranty disputes, parts availability, supplier issues, accounts payable, customer-service routing confusion, product support, or difficulty determining which GE company handles the issue.

If you leave a GE review below, include which GE company or product category is involved, such as GE Aerospace, GE Appliances, GE Vernova, or GE HealthCare. Also include the support route used, whether the issue involved a product, repair, supplier account, invoice, service ticket, warranty, corporate office, or customer service, and whether the matter was resolved. Do not include private account, contract, product serial, payment, medical, employee, or personal information in a public comment.

Scam and Fake GE Support Warning

When searching for GE customer service, GE corporate office, GE appliance repair, GE Aerospace support, GE HealthCare support, or GE Vernova support, make sure you are using official GE, GE Aerospace, GE Appliances, GE HealthCare, or GE Vernova websites. Be cautious with search ads, fake repair numbers, fake warranty offers, fake employment offers, fake supplier-payment messages, and third-party pages asking for payment or personal information before providing support.

Do not provide passwords, one-time passcodes, full payment-card numbers, bank login details, employee credentials, gift card numbers, wire transfers, remote access, or confidential business documents to anyone who contacts you unexpectedly claiming to represent GE, a repair department, a warranty department, a supplier-payment office, or customer service. If unsure, go directly to the official website for the specific GE company involved.

GE Competitors and Related Corporate Office Pages

Customers researching GE corporate office information may also compare related industrial, appliance, technology, and manufacturing corporate office pages. For appliance-related issues, readers may also review Samsung Corporate Office, LG Corporate Office, Electrolux Corporate Office, and Haier America Corporate Office. For broader industrial and technology comparisons, GE Aerospace competes in aviation and aerospace markets, while GE Vernova and GE HealthCare now operate as separate companies in energy and healthcare technology.

GE Disappointing Customer Service

May 12, 2025

GE, No response from multiple phone calls and numbers! I am told the 800 432 3450 is not a working number. I am a GE retiree. I have tried to call for help from but all your numbers are not responding. What gives when a retiree can not get help? Please someone from “Benefits” contact. There is no excuse for a company as large as GE that can not respond to an employee or retiree.

GE Frustrating Unresolved Refrigerator Issues

April 29, 2025

GE, My GE refrigerator has had the same issues with the freezer for 3 years, GE doesn’t care. This is my last email to GE: I contacted GE via email & was responded to on 04/22/25 stating I would hear from someone in a few days, but I have not been contacted. I sent a detailed explanation with attachments of on going repairs of the last 3 years for my freezer. I further explained I was in a position now where my freezer was maker loud grinding noises, like it was ready to explode or go on fire, and needed someone to come out to look at it for peace of mind, but no-one at “GE Cares”, (as your company advertises.)It ap pears my freezer has now died electronically, and is defrosting, keep my food at refrigerator temperatures. I have an immediate need to buy a new refrigerator. I was asking because this refrigerator has been a Lemon half the time I have owned it, for a depreciated deal on a new one, but no answer. I signed up to buy on line from GE sales and was approved for a military discount, but even that seems to be an issue. Your site does not have the color or model number I am interested in, and the prices are higher than Home Depot on line. I am at the end of my rope with GE, and if I am not contacted immediately I will never buy a GE product again, including the refrigerator I am forced to buy on a income of Social Security at the age of 75. Plus, I will let friends and family know about this experience on social media. I am so surprised at GE!

GE New Stove Gas to Propane Frustrating Issues?

March 31, 2025

GE, Stove still not working after over 6 weeks!!!!! I bought a new GE gas range stove from Lowes in Greenville Texas. When the stove was delivered at the end of the week, they informed me I needed to convert the stove to propane. I followed the instructions step by step and the stove caught on fire. Called GE support and a technician came out a week later saying I had the wrong orifice, and he needed to order new ones. A week and a half later the orifice came to my house. The package said convert from propane to gas. The technician came out a week later and said GE sent the wrong orifice. Another week went by and put the right orifice in. When the technician tested the stove, it almost caught the house on fire. I called Lowes to come get the stove and they said too much time passed and would not take the stove back. The technician said the stove must be fixed and I could not get a replacement stove. A week later more parts came to the house and another week the technician showed up. He installed the new parts and tested the stove. The stove did the same thing. My wife got in touch with GE and the only thing they would tell her is the stove would only be repaired not replaced. We still don’t have a working stove today 03/31/2025. keep in mind all this time and even today we have to use a hot plate and a BBQ pit to cook our food. I’m a disabled Vet and can’t afford to buy another stove or I would have and dropped the GE stove at Lowes doorstep.
