La Quinta El Paso TX Unacceptable

La Quinta, Need a refund! I arrived at the LaQuinta by Wyndham Inn Loma land in El Paso, Texas on 1/15/25. I got the key card and went to room 122. Upon opening the door, the sheets, blankets and pillows were all over the floor, there were two plates of dog or cat food on the floor that were overflowing with some sort of liquid and there were huge dirt smudges on the walls. I went back to the front desk and advised the young lady what I experienced. I asked her to go see the room but she did not. She said I would have to call the front desk number later to seek a refund. However, when I called the front office later in the day, no one answered and I could not leave a voice mail message. Completely Unacceptable.

La Quinta Gainesville FL Disappointing Customer Service

La Quinta, Assigned a room with sopping wet carpet due to A/C unit. on Newberry Road, Gainesville Florida. Arrived October 8, 2024. Upon checking in and entering our room the smelled of mold is overwhelming. I noticed the carpeting felt slick under my feet. When I touched the carpet it became apparent that it was sopping wet and encompassed haif the room. The moisture appeared to be originating from the A/C unit. Called the front desk, no answer. Personally went to the desk and explained to the clerk that the room was uninhabitable. She refused to assign us another room stating that it would not be fair to the arriving incoming guests to assign them this room once we were transferred.!! She said her manager was not available since it was after hours. She explained that the room had been on hold for repairs prior to it being assigned t us ( so they were aware of the problem). She stated she would send up a maintenance person in the morning. I asked about room availability so we could transfer to another and was told there were 15 available, but we’re all reserved. She refused again to reassign us. My wife is currently undergoing therapy for strong allergies including mold. When the clerk was told this she still refused to transfer us. We have patronized this hotel many times over the years since it is close to our doctors offices here in Gainesville. Worst we have ever been treated. Very disgusted. Will never come back. Will be requesting a refund in the morning.

La Quinta Hawaiian Gardens CA

La Quinta, Major disappointment. 9/26-9/28/24: La Quinta in Long Beach- 12441 Carson St. Hawaiian Gardens, CA 90716. There is a serious problem with the management of this hotel which leads to problems with staff and hotel upkeep. I have stayed at many wonderful La Quinta Inns which is why I was so disappointed and frustrated with this one. The elevator shakes and makes a loud noise so we took the stairs the entire stay. Stairs were filthy because no one cleaned them! Staff at front desk hid in the back, on her phone instead of vacuuming the stairs! or couldn’t find them. Sign on the front counter said: “Be back in 10 minutes”. Not true. Coffee was not hot, just lukewarm. Never had lids for coffee cups. No hot water. Microwave in our room did not work. Hot water in bathroom sink took a looong time to get hot. Check out is 11 am. I also prepaid but… I was cut off from internet hours before checkout! I went to find front desk staff( bang on counter and yell) she denied having the ability to cut me off or put me back on, wouldn’t contact manager but I continued to persist, had an attitude toward me, gaslighted me, laughed at me. Basically no respect, not professional, not cooperative and lied. I went back to room and it was turned back on! Isn’t that interesting? This is unacceptable. I will never stay here again. You need to look into the management because they are responsible for running this place and behavior of staff/upkeep.

La Quinta Receipts - Why Can't Hotel's Email Them To Me?

I need receipts for my stays on the dates below. This is very important to me because I’m not able to complete my smart voucher in the defense travel system until I have these receipts. I’m moving to LA and the Army adjusted my housing allowance as part of this process. This is going to cost me nearly 2,500 this month. I will get it back eventually but, it has been a month and all three of the hotels I stayed at had problems sending me electronic copies of my receipt. This is making me look foolish. I’m a leader in my organization and right now I can’t explain why I’m not able to provide basic travel documentation. My explanation from all 3 hotels after nearly a month of working on this is “I don’t know why?”. Deming and Collinsville have found a workaround to send me receipts. Deming went above and beyond on this with the reception person printing the receipt out and taking a picture, sending it to her email, and then sending it to me. The Colony has tried 3 different emails including their front desk with no luck. I really cannot recommend La Quinta for official travel and will not be using Wyndham properties again for my work travel. I have reached out to customer service and was told that only the hotels can send me receipts. I can see my activity on the website. I received confirmation emails for all my stays. I’m not able to drive/fly back to the DFW area to pick this up from the hotel which was something that I was told I should do. Please help me get my last receipt so I can be reimbursed for my travel.

La Quinta Corp. - Desk clerk refused to allow me into my room

I walked out to get coffee about 3:30 am, November 17. The desk clerk was on the phone, I mentions needing my key after I got my coffee. She refused to look up my record, refused to look at a copy of my confirmation from my phone and ignored my request for a manager. And stated I would not be allowed in my room. I had to call the police to get my room key. I am and actor and travel to shoots all over Florida. I prefer LaQuinta Inns and had stayed in another one in Clearwater Florida on November 14 before driving to this location. I know you guys have procedures for guest forgetting their keys. I gave her my name and room key, offered to show her my confirmation (I think she even had my credit card on hold.) She seem to be in a bad mood! I know this is not normal behavior of your staff, but I wanted you to be aware of it. PS: I did make several call to your corporate offices that evening, hoping to connect with a call center or someone. She refused to get me her supervisor or to give me her name.
