Moe's Disappointing Quesabirria Taco

February 21, 2025

Moe’s, Quesabirria Taco flat and almost Empty. I purchased this BOGO soft taco and it was nothing like the picture which I do expect a deviation, but in my opinion this was total blatant false advertising, being a loyal Moe’s customer I was appalled when I opened the bag and seen these 2 soft taco’s that were entirely flat and almost empty, and I did take a photograph.

Moe's Disappointing Customer Service

February 10, 2025

Moe’s started charging for chips don’t go here. Moe’s is terrible now. Moe’s started charging $2 for chips. Avoid going at all cost. They are petty when you ask for more food. They keep getting bought out by Indians who are strict on portions. Terrible experience. The chips supposed to be free. Don’t even go here not worth your time. Rude to customers at every location.

Moe's Disappointing Pricing Issue

February 2, 2025

Moe’s So expensive! We ordered a chicken bowl, a club quesadilla, one drink, one water, and a medium cup of queso. Our bill was almost $36. We can order two meals, queso, one drink and one water at either of our local Mexican restaurants and pay about $25 or less. I noticed that I had been charged for my water. When I told the employee about it, he said that they were required to charge the price of a drink when someone orders water. So I dumped my water and got a drink since I was paying for it anyway. Our food was okay, but a good portion of our chips were smaller, broken pieces. I had no problems with the employees. They were only doing what they were told. Is it corporate policy to charge for water?

Moe's Mahwah NJ Frustrating Experience

December 28, 2024

Moe’s, I placed an order online for the Mahwah, NJ restaurant. I got an email the order was received. I. went to pick it up they did not have the order. I told them I paid by credit card. I came home and went back online. There was an email stating that the order could not be transmitted, and the store would be notified. Every time I try to order online or go there, there is an issue no matter what. Last time I went to that location with a gift card the guy would not give me my gift card back even though there was still a balance on it. I already tipped them, $4.00 and he wants to keep the balance of $1.80. Forget Moe’s I am done. I tried calling thier customer service and they only work Monday though Friday 9am to 6pm. People Work! Most People Do Not Have Doctors Hours! Moes Does Not Deserve A 1 Star The Rating Is Zero Stars.

Moe's Rewards Issue

December 23, 2024

Moe’s, Not allowing App rewards to be used. On 4 different occasions I went to the Dayville CT store. I have $10 banked rewards that I am unable to use. The workers have told me on every visit the App isn’t working. On 12/23 I went and asked to use my rewards with the same results. They told me they are franchisee and “it’s not our problem”. I asked for the franchisees number so I could lodge a complaint. The cashier told me they “can’t do that” I asked for the name and they said “Kyle” but wouldn’t give me his last name. As I turns out he was in the back area and the cashier went and relayed my concerns and his answer was still “not my problem”. I don’t believe this is right. You earn points for discounts that can never be redeemed. This is a deceptive practice and for the franchisee to just dismiss my concerns without acknowledging my concerns is extremely disheartening.
