I rented a car from the location in Dallas and have been extending the car for the last couple of weeks I broke my phone on 11/21/23 and thought the car was extended out until 11/24/23 these people put the car out for repo claiming they had been reaching out to and charge me a 325.00 repo fee after I return the car in person I never in my life had a rental car company to do me like this my first mind told me to rent from Hertz and I should have I don’t recommend nobody ever to rent from this company they are a whip off please take your business elsewhere this not a good company to rent from

I was told I was getting an SUV and they gave me a Nissan kick which is not an SUV. I was charged $454 for four days from the Fort Lauderdale airport directly from the Counter. I cannot get anybody to call me back. very disappointed with customer service, as well as management. I spoke to Brandon several days ago and he said a manager would be calling me back and nobody has reached out to me at all. The car was not saved. The tires were not good. You could not drive it over 50 miles an hour without shaking very disappointed 1st time last time.

I rented a car for my employee in Ft Lauderdale,, they charged him 32 a day for insurance and didn’t tell him. I’ve tried getting ahold of someone 6x and they just put me on hold til I hang up after 10 minutes . Never again

I rented a car in Dallas and I only needed a one way! To San Antonio, then upon returning the vehicle, we found out we had to return the car 4 hrs away! We are from California!!!! So we talked to manager Dominique so rude and said the car is “hers”.. Dominique has no people skills and keeps bringing up your contract and on their internet it said we can go to San Antonio to drop off the car.. lol

Priceline screwed me over by selecting Ace as my rental car company as part of a better package of course which it wasn’t, Ace, rental location, Dallas, Texas airport, customer service agent, are rude, disrespectful, not courteous, their system took my payment, but apparently, it didn’t go through in their side, but it surely came on my bank account, then once I refuse to be charged double time, then the manager walked over and said I was being rude them after they double charged me refuse to give a refund, and threaten to call the cops on me because I wanted my refund if you ever visit Texas or anywhere else, please do not use Priceline or Ace. You’ll regret your trip.
