  • I am a concerned local restaurant owner but also appreciate all of the chili’s menu!! I’m sure y’all have seen the article about your manger Kassie in tyler tx at this point. I wrote this message 10 times and talked myself out of sending it each time. That article was spot on!!I’ve sat in every corner of that restaurant and every time Kassie is the same. I could use this platform to complain about the short comings of another manager but that is not what this is about. I am not a easy customer, I’m picky and I’m particular. I work hard and I have high expectations and I know if I see Kassie in the dining room I will always get what I need!! But do y’all know what type of employee you have on your hands? I’ve seen her come from the kitchen covered in food from cooking to help a covered up host then move to greet tables and get a server out of the weeds, get yelled at and degraded then gracefully slide behind the bar to make drinks and engage with a full bar top and have the whole bar belly laughing while calling most of them by name before she heads back to the kitchen again. I have offered her jobs, my colleagues have offered her jobs because that girl is tired & she deserves more than working every position in the restaurant only to sit in her car and cry alligator tears after her shift. Yes, I’ve seen that too. That is what prompted me to send this. I think she is close to her wits end. If she will not come work for me, the least I can do is make sure upper, upper management has some kind of clue of who they have working for them because something tells me Kassie is not going to toot her own horn. Everytime she steps to the back you are underutilizing this gem of an employee. I do not know the positions throughout Chili’s/Brinker but I know this employee is beyond exemplary. There has to be some kind of public relations or motivator of other employees or other managers type of position. While she is fantastic at the restaurant level you would, with all due respect, be an absolute fool to leave her there. She needs to be in multiple restaurants. I WANT HER IN MINE! I do not know if this will ever reach the proper persons of interest because Im going to leave this on multiple platforms but in the case that it does, I hope all the loyalty Kassie has shown is paid back to her ten fold.

    Be blessed!!!

  • I am not normally one to complain, but this was the worst experience EVER!! My family and I always go out to dinner after we attend Saturday night church. Since we live in between this location and the Lewisville location we decided to have dinner at this one. Big Mistake! At first, we were told that it would be a 45 min wait and we were pleasantly surprised that we were seated within 15 and it went downhill from there. Our waitress came immediately and then we waited for 20 mins for her to come back with the drinks. We let her our intent to get the 3 for 10.99 (we had a family of 5) and she was even nice enough to give me a sample of enchilada soup when I couldn't decide whether to get that or the potato cheddar. That was very nice. She came back and I let her know we were getting 3 potato soups, 1 enchilada and 1 salad and then waited for almost an hour for it to come. Once the soups came out, they were all cold as if they had been sitting there for that hour and the salad was made from old brownish lettuce. We attempted to complain but were afraid that if we spoke too loudly, we would have to wait another hour. I finally had to flag the waitress down AGAIN and let her know we needed to place our main order, she had already told us she would get to us in "a few" and that all of this was taking way too long! She stated that they were very busy, but I also pointed out that there were 2 tables (at that time) that came at the same time we did, and they had already left. As she was leaving our table my husband whispers to me "that this damn place needs to be closed." "All of this is ri-damn-diclous!" The next thing we know we had a little kitchen manager coming to our table telling my husband "This is a family place" and to watch his mouth!" We stated that we have been waiting two hours! To which he said "sorry, but the kitchen is extremely busy" and I explained to him that people were coming and going all around us and we still didn't have food and as for it being a family place, the only other kids that were in the restaurant were across the restaurant. He then said, "that there are teenagers behind you"! Honestly! We had teens with us 13 and 14 as well as our younger child (who as about in tears because she was so hungry) because she refused to eat her cold soup, what about them–these kids have been waiting now for two hours. And the only thing he (Tony Garlando) cared about was that my husband had said a swear word. He never responded to the fact our family got cold food, and then got zero entrees, had waited for two full hours, that there had been 3 parties sat at the table next two us that had come and gone, he never said anything when I told him our drinks were never refilled, customer service was zero. The table of teens behind us, came in about 30 mins after we were, and they were eating their meal and we were still waiting but "the kitchen was busy" and "your husband needs to watch his mouth" literally were the only two things that he said. When I told him we were going to corporate because this is now right, he said "DO IT and I will give you my name". Unprofessional at best and in desperate need of Bar Rescue. My children were embarrassed, hungry and I our time was wasted and as a longtime Chili's patron I am very upset and very disappointed, and your place of business was not represented well at all. We normally go two Chili's at least 5-7 times a month but I will never go back to the one in Flower Mound.

  • I am having a problem with a visit – I was charged twice for my meal. I have been dealing with it for over a week with the manager to no avail. I need someone from headquarters to contact me. The phone number at headquarters for customer service keeps saying they are unavailable. Not even able to leave a message.

  • Yes, I have been trying for 3 weeks now to get ribs at the Kingman, AZ Chili's and their oven has been working for 3 weeks, probably longer, so they have no ribs. They tell me that they keep sending emails and nothing is happening. When is that oven going to be fixed? Losing a lot of business here! Thanks

  • I'm here at the Fort Hood, TX location (25 May 2021) the first thing you'll notice is that the music is way too loud. When I had asked if the music could be turned down slightly… our sever, who was very friendly, came and told us the manager said (Mrs. Olive) that the music level can only be turned down by corporate, which is total BS… however, by the time I got done typing this, the music level was turned down to a more pleasant level

  • I am an employee at Chilis in Milford CT. Irritated and over worked is an understatement. The general manager is ruining what was once a great restaurant and after going to the regional manager as well he doesn’t seem to care about whats going on. Many employees are quitting or limiting their hours because no one wants to work in this environment any more. The general manager bill is the sole issue. He speaks to his employees with disrespect and he thinks is always right. He thinks its his job to sit in the office and just boss people around instead of jumping in and helping. Many employees no longer ask for his help because they know they won’t get it. there are so many issues that are going on and we need help. The regional manager has been involved but has not fixed anything at all so now we don’t know where to turn. Change needs to happen fast before everyone quits.

  • We have been going to Chili’s In Woodbury Mn since it opened years ago- it all changed in the past year and a half when the service turned crappy. We stopped going there this last Spring cause the service started turning bad and this past week we decided to give it another shot- WHAT A MISTAKE!!! We sat in a booth in the dining room area – ordered our food which was actually very good. Our waitress brought our bill- which we told her the dollar amount was wrong(like $15-$18 too much) we had ordered 3 meals but 2 were covered under the 2 for $25 menu; she said she would be back she had to find a manager- Well 20 morning bites later – no manager- not even our waitress – so I called Chili’s restaurant from my cell phone and told them where we were and that we were waiting for a manager and haven’t even seen our waitress- so she said she would find the manager and send her over- WELL 10-15 minutes later- NOBODY- so I got up and went back by the kitchen door and asked for the manager who came out- I asked her What the hell was going on- is this how you serve your customers- I said I had to call you on my cell phone and you still didn’t come- her excuse was it got busy in the kitchen and she was helping- and I said what about your customers eating in your dining room- after going around for a few minutes she said – we could go and we didn’t have a bill cause they were taking care of it. We weren’t there to get free food- we were just trying to get our bill corrected. We will not be giving this place another chance – it just gets worse every time we go there!!!

  • I ate at the Woodstock, Ga business. I and my wife had the Veterans menu and it was great. Not that we needed the free food, but as a veteran, I appreciate the fact that a business actually cares about us veterans and the country. Thanks ! Also we were served by a young man that is in the Air Forse, and he did a great job. Continued success.

  • MY HUSBAND IS A FOREMAN ON A CONSTRUCTION SITE IN THE AREA OF OLDSMAR AND HE WENT TO THE CHIKIS IN OLDSMAR AND GOT A SWEET TEA TO GO AND PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD AND 2 WEEKS LATER I REVIEWED MY BANK STATEMENT AND NOTICED A 97.08 CHARGE ON OUR CARD AND SO FAR THE STORE CANT PRODUCE ANY TYPEOF PROOF NOR HAVE THEY GOTTEN BACK TO ME ON THIS MATTER AND I HAVE CALLED 2 DAYS IN A ROW AND SPOKE TO MANAGEMENT PLEASE HELP WE ALL HAVE HAD SIMILAR THINGS HAPPEN LIKE THIS AND IS VERY UPSETTING WE HAVE TO STOPTHIS MIS USE OF OUR HARD EARNED MONEY

  • Are you aware that the Chili location at Lake Elsinore CA is serving processed chicken? Due to health reasons I ordered their Grill Chicken Salad and realized the chicken did not taste like fresh cooked chicken. Had my daughter confirm that I was eating processed chicken. We have frequent various Chili Restaurants and it is very disappointing for a high quality notable restaurant to sever their customers processed chicken. This item should be removed from the menu or noted that this item uses processed chicken.

We were a party of seven 4 adults and 3 children (13, 12, 10 yrs old) and the waiter was on training by a supervisor; he first took our orders for drinks, then our entrée orders ; when he brought the drinks he missed my order for hot water. My husband had mentioned that we also had a birthday celebrant with us. A lady server brought the orders with a quick remark twice asked: "Is there anything else you would want?" My order of baby back ribs was so extremely dry like it must have been some old meat that had been reheated a couple of times; I took two bites, and already my appetite was spoiled let alone the thin, salty asparagus on one side of the portion, bland on the other. Not once did they check on us on how we were doing! Had to stand up to order for molten chocolate cake dessert as the two (waiter and supervisor) were not in sight. Finally he brought our dessert but we had to remind the waiter about the 10 yr old birthday celebrant; so he came back and handed her a cup of ice cream . We were hoping someone would sing a birthday song for her like we experienced in another Chili's. We don't expect to ever return to Chili's Sta Clara ever for this disservice and dried up food. Does not even deserve a one star rating!

  • We live very close to Chili's in Buda, Tx but have avoided them for the past several years for constantly serving cold and tasteless food plus bad service. On a whim we stopped there last night and it was another total disappointment. Although there were very few people dinning at the time, it took a long time to get our order. Ordered a steak dinner and got the usual fare. Ordered medium and it was very well done. It had the texture of pressed meat like Spam and had no flavor. Had to drown it in steak sauce in order to eat it. The potatoes and broccoli were served almost cold. When the waiter served the meal he asked how everything was. I cut the steak and told him he needs to tell the kitchen how to cook a medium steak. Shortly after a manager came by and said the waiter misunderstood and thought I ordered a well done steak. Hard to misunderstand when one is standing next to the table writing it down. She offered to make another but told her I did not want another long wait for a properly cooked one. Also told her the potatoes and broccoli were cold. She then said get yourself a dessert to go. We ate some of the order and left. Chili's is now on our forever blacklist.

  • We recently went to the Gilroy location which we have done so far many years and many times per year and left without eating. We asked the hostess if she could seat us near an electrical outlet so my daughter could plug in her oxygen concentrator to further charge it while we were there. She had to go get the manager who advised they do not have that available in any public areas and could not accommodate our ADA request. He offered us the ability to charge our phones. Really Chiles! I will never ever set foot in chiles again or will advise people to boycott your company. We returned to our community and had a great meal at local restaurant and they were able to accomondate our request. I hope you look into this matter.

  • My name is Joe Mancini My Chilis at 6121 Westheimer Houston Texas is wonderful. I have been coming here for years. Never a problem with my food or the service. Make sure they all get a nice note in their file. Thank you

  • I have been a long time resident of the Hutchinson Hills neighborhood in South East Denver and have been going to the Chili's at 3625 S Monaco Pkwy, Denver, CO 80237 by Hampden and I-25. This Chili's is the neighborhood favorite! The service and food are CONSISTENTLY top notch. This is not once, twice, three times…. this is consistently for years. The manager has been the same, and there are some very stable servers there like Carl, Kelly and Lucy. However, no matter who you get, you are almost guaranteed the same great service. We often leave wondering how they do it EVERY TIME. Thank you, Chili's on S. Monaco. You have done a marvelous job. You are much appreciated!

  • Dear Sirs: for the last ten years at least I have been a patron of your Inglewood store on west century Blvd. I am distressed over the recent termination of Ms. Shelly Boone.it seems to me that now that Inglewood has become a 'happening destination' the loyal customers and employees are now considerable by new management. I would point out how raciest this move is but its more than that the long term patrons and employees are no longer desirable as you seek to convert the staff to brow beaten loyal niggers who know there place, while trying to attract a quieter whiter clientele. message received, I for one along with other regulars I know will no longer remind you the Inglewood has been part of the 'hood' for the last forty years…shame and curse you all to hell

  • I am a regular customer at the Chili's located on North West Hwy. in Garland Texas. I go there to meet up with my dear friends a few times a week. After today, I won't be going back. I am tired of the bad service I get from one of the bartenders that works there. She purposely under pours any thing I order to drink. making my drinks taste so nasty with nothing but agave fresh, to the point that they make nauseated after drinking the first drink. Ordered a second and couldn't force it down. I asked for my check, and was charger for 3 drinks. The thing is that it's a shame I can't enjoy a drink with my friends. As she don't do that to the other customer. I have watched her making the exact same drink for other customer's at the same time as she make's mine and their drinks are fixed right. Mine is served with 2 fingers+ from the top of the glass. I usually just take it in stride, and she has charged me for drinks I didn't drink before. If I say anything to her, she argues with me. That I had more then I drank. I am on a fixed income. I know exactly how many I had or didn't have. As a retired server of 32 years, I know good service and bad. I tip according to the service I am given. I will not be back at this location. If your stores sales drop by 300.00 – 400.00 dollars a month… You now know why. Day bartender will get to you when she's damn good and ready. I'm going to miss all my buddies. She must have wanted to get rid of me. Her last words were… Hey, You mad??? I refuse to argue with your staff.

  • My family has went to chills at the Arboretum in charlotte NC for years. The last few months has been very disappointing. I don't know if it has new management but unbelievable experience the server was awesome. But the food and management was awful. Only reason I would return was bc of our waitress really did her best to try to make everything better. Unlike the manager on duty.

  • the Chilis in west hills is run like a circus…the management is rude to guests but even more so to it's employees. Someone needs to get over there and straighten it out before you lose all your customers!

  • I was having breakfast at Chili's in Chicago O'Hare and I sipped my coffee just to receive a mouth full of dead nets. I have called and called corporate and no return call.

  • Went to Chili's ask for manager to complement the waiter and the bartender s so rude for no apparent reason(wish I knew about his funky disposition before I ordered my food. Will NEVER go to chili's on the 16th street mall in Denver Colorado.Definitely spreading the mews.

  • I am writing today to the corporate office, but wanted to let the public know to be careful at the checkout process. First, they have the machine at the table for the customer to do the checkout, which did not work and turned out to be very cumbersome for us. This is less work for the waitress, and should be reflected in their tip. The most concerning part was the suggestion of tip, 15%, etc. When calculating the 15% they suggested, the tax was not included, which is the way it should be – you do not tip on tax. However, when the final bill was run through, that 15% was a higher figure, which included tipping on the tax. I brought this to the manager's attention and he corrected it. I am concerned, because this location is near all the Disney resorts and parks in Orlando, Florida, and how many people does this happen to that may not catch it. Buyer beware. And the service and attention left a lot to be desired.

  • This is about the Batesville MS location. We have been frequent customers for over 5 years. Unfortunately, that ends today. I have noticed the decline of the restaurant in cleanliness, quality of food and lack of management for sometime. But today, what we witnessed will halt our visits going forward. There was a little girl roaming the bar area, unattended while we were there about 12:30 PM. The girl was spitting on her fingers and drawing on the glass partition between the bar and dining room. It was disgusting…. We then witnessed the same girl making frequent trips INTO THE KITCHEN. This mind you was after she was spitting on her hands and drawing on the glass. Several employees witnessed this but just ignored her. The little girl came out of the kitchen and sat at a booth by herself… There she opened the ketchup and put it up to her lips as if drinking from the bottle. There was a woman who came out of the kitchen and was talking with her … it appeared to be the little girl's mother – who was wearing a Chili's uniform…. I will NEVER enter this restaurant again… someone needs to lose their job over this… It's disgusting and unsanitary on so many different levels.

  • This letter is in reference to my most recent visit to Chili's this past Sunday 5/6 in Winter Garden Florida on Daniel's Rd.
I have been a regular since they opened the last few years. I was having lunch with my friend and she and I ordered the 2 for $22 and we ordered the chips and salsa for our appetizer. The chips were cold and stale so I asked that they be replaced. It took a while for a new one to come and by then our meals were there. The bad part was the second batch was cold and stale too. It made me wonder if they have even replaced them so I asked again to have them bring and new one. This time there was some attitude but they took them and brought a new one. They were stale too. At this point I asked for a side salad for each of us and they were good. I really like the chips and salsa but they gave us some really stale ones. Please let them know they need to improve these chips or I will start going elsewhere. Thank you for your attention to this matter and look forward to a timely response.

  • Just wondering if you have ever decided to start bottling your Salsa and selling it? Best salsa i've tasted from a restaraunt ever!

  • On March 13, 2018, I visited your Chili's restaurant on 175 E. City Ave, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004. I was there that evening with members of my church. The restaurant was not nearly at full capacity, as a matter of fact there was plenty of seating available. When we were seated I noticed immediately how unkept this establishment appeared to be. Also when we were seated there was a table with dirty plates, glasses, and utensils etc (which remained there during our entire time that we dined). The only reason we did not walk out was because it was getting late and we all wanted to grab a bite to eat before heading to our homes. I don't usually like to complain but if I don't in this instance, I will feel like I'm doing you (Chili's) a disservice. Here's some of the things we encountered: poor service from server/waitress (long wait times between services and when we asked for condiments etc., dirty, sticky floors/carpet, and extremely dirty restrooms. I urge you to rectify these problems or you will surely lose customers and possibly have issues with the health department. No one in my party complained about the food but we all wondered what the kitchen might be like. If I ever eat a Chili's in the future I hope to have a better experience. Shocked and Disappointed

  • We ordered dinner from the Chilis in Lafayette, Colorado, on Highway 287. We were to pick up the food and take it to the hospital, where we would share it with family admitted there. We got our food and were more than halfway to our destination when we got a call from the restaurant telling us they had forgotten some of our order. We had to turn around in heavy traffic, pick up the missing food and get back on the road. Meanwhile, our order was getting colder every minute. The response from the staff was "we're really sorry." It seems everyone can make mistakes, but this isn't rocket science–it's routine filling of orders. We won't be patronizing the restaurant again. Why would we ever want to eat food that had gotten cold and kind of stale

  • This brand and company make me sick to my stomach, I just left this company on jan 1st of 2018, and moved to florida from north carolina, and was employed at chilis until this point. i was with this company that i loved, never called off 1 day in my whole time with chilis, loved to be there every night even when i worked 22 straight nights closing lounge because they would just get rid of people because they didnt like the way they looked…. so i worked at chilis in florida and moved to north carolina and continued my great time with the company, then i was on my way back to florida and an area directer denied me because HE didnt like me or care for me. all that time and hard work wasted because of somebody judging me.I now hate this company and im going to move forward with my process of making this right for me. but the wonderful thing is that a great company hired me for who i am and didnt judge me. Im truly disapointed in this company and will be hearing from me again.

  • On Saturday, Feb 3rd 2018, my friend and I went to Chili's in Rohnert Park, CA on Redwood Drive and were seated in a timely manner. It took over 15 mins to get a waitress who said they were short staffed (I've heard that many times before in this restaurant) and she took our drink orders. After that, she repeatedly walked by us waiting on other customers, leaning on a table talking with 3 other customers (flirting more like it) and never stopped by our table once. We sat there for over a half hour watching and waiting until we flagged down a different waitress and told her what happened and that we were leaving. She was sorry for the incident and after paying for our drinks (which we never got to finish) she pulled the waitress aside and pointed us out to her. They went behind a wall to talk and the waitress who was assigned to our table kept looking out from behind the wall and looking at us. No apology no nothing. We should never have paid for our drinks and should have just gotten up and walked out. We went over to Applebees in Rohnert Park and told them what happened to us. They bent over backwards to get us our drinks, appetizers, food and we were greatly appreciative by a more than generous tip. Applebees waitress told us she has had customers tell her the same thing about your restaurant, Chilis, in Rohnert Park, CA as being a very rude and not customer focused restaurant. We will never go back to your restaurant again. No matter where we are in the state you have lost two good customers. If I was the manager of that Chili's I would be 110% customer focused even if I have to take the orders myself. I have managed people before and this is NOT how you take care of customers. My name is Cathy, email address ccpacificocean@aol.com

  • I am posting because I have bit my tounge long enough, but after hearing about a recent employee being fired for trying to discuss the situation with corporate. I can no longer just sit and shake my head.
Idaho Falls Chilis needs to be monitored VERY closely. As a customer I am disgusted by the management and most of the staff. First off…the manager Ricky, needs to stop drinking at the bar inside Chilis. Not only is it unprofessional, but he becomes drunk and staggers around among guests. Other employees(not sure of their names) also become drunk and stagger around with Ricky. Not a family friendly setting at all!!! Finally we gave up on dining in and moved to To-Go Orders. Still disgusting! I'm outside waiting for my order and I smell WEED coming from the fenced back of the resteraunt. The employee that was recently fired was telling the truth 100%!!!! SAME ON CORPORATE!!! For my family's health and safety WE WILL NEVER EAT AT THE IDAHO FALLS CHILIS AGAIN. Best advice would be to send someone from corporate without an appointment and watch it for yourself.

  • I live in Oklahoma city and my wife and I recently visited a chili's on the corner of Portland and Memorial av.
We have gone there once or twice a month for several years and for the most part without incident.
However, our Saturday night visit was the worst dinning experience I have ever had. First, I have been and executive chef C.E.C. for over 25 years, so I understand kitchen issues and in my last 8 years as a operations director, I fully understand issues that occur that impair the hopefully outstanding service outcome you want your guests to have. My wife and I sat at the bar and ordered both food for take out (for us and the kids)and a couple of cocktails while we waited. The food seemed to be taking a few minutes and we were hungry so we ordered some chips and salsa. After about twenty minutes and a brief conversation with the Bartender, she explained our food would be out shortly. A nice older couple sat next to us, had drinks and ordered their food. before we new it, their food had arrived as we still sat in wait for ours. I explained to the bartender that they were done while we still waited. She went to the back, of course, they lost our ticket. The couple beside us paid, wished us luck and were on their way. Now angry at this point as we have now had 3 drinks, and are starving, I asked the bartender to provide us our food or cancel the order and we will go somewhere else. Of course our bartender disappears making it impossible to pay our check and leave. Ten minutes later, or simply put 1 HOUR after we ordered our food, some kitchen guy comes out with our bag. The bartender also returns and explains that the manager was supposed to come talk to us, but instead took 20% off our check. This actually never occurred as we were billed the entire amount. Nor did the manager come speak to us. Again, as a veteran of this very profession that Chili's has undertaken I would suggest that you have a good amount of work to do to properly address guest services and customer concerns as it applies to teaching your management. In over thirty years in this business I was absolutely dumbfounded by the lack of concern for the very service they are trying to promote. Needless to say, I will never return to this or any other Chili's. Good luck to the Brinker Organization you have your work cut out for you.

  • When I began patronizing Chili's about 35 years ago in Knoxville TN I though it was a very good restaurant. The food was good and the prices were reasonable. I visited the Chili's restaurant in Maryville TN today and ordered steak fajitas. The meat was like rubber and I could not eat it. The staff was very nice to replace my order and it was better when the steak was not overcooked. But it has been a long time since the onions have been carmelized on any fajita order at Chili's. They used to be delicious. Now the onions are virtually raw and I cannot stomach them. I would visit Chili's more often if the food was a good as it used to be when they first opened, but it's not. So I go to other restaurants that care about the product they offer the public. Too bad for Chili's. They are doing it to themselves.

  • PLEASE MAKE THAT ANNOYING AD STOP!!!
I hit the mute button so fast that I didn't even know what they were advertising. I finally waited it out this time, on mute and looked. Yes Chili's. This ad makes me want to drive a nail through my eye. It's like over and over and over with some bass baritone droning on and on. If you want to lose customers, you're doing it. Why must you subject us to such torture? NOT clever. NOT good. NOT catchy, memorable or hip. Just beyond stupid and an assault on good innocent people.

  • I started reading the comments and thought this is exactly what I just experienced in Layton, Utah at Chilis for lunch. Crazy thing is I am reading post from 2012. I really was thinking I would leave a message detailing something corporate would want to know about. Silly me thought that they would care and try to be and do better. But I am wrong, obviously this is a long term issue that Chili's has no desire to correct. So saying all this I am also no longer a customer of chilis and I will tell everyone of the horrible experience I had today. I will also refer people to read these comments so they to can see how little this corporation cares about their company.

  • My wife and went to Chili's last night because she really like the pork tacos and I am/was a fan of the big burrito. Well we open the menu and neither one of those was listed. They had a choice of three or four other items…we ordered one which was the combination fajita's which in LAYMANS TERMS SUCKED…..NO LONGER WILL WE PATRONIZE CHILI'S. By the way, we asked the server about the menu and she said (is it ok to say that, she said) that many people have come in looked at the menu and asked about the same thing and got up and walked out. SO MY RECOMMENDATION AS A CONSUMER IS PUT THE STUFF BACK ON THE MENU. WE CONSUMERS KNOW WHAT WE LIKE…..WE DO NOT NEED YOU TO TELL US WHAT WE SHALL TRY……YES YOU CAN E-MAIL ME, CALL ME ETC. By the way I am a SMALL BUSINESS OWNER…..THINK ABOUT IT. Yes I am ——-

  • How can you call yourself a tex-mex restaurant if can't make a simple burrito??? Really??? I can't get a prime rib or chicken burrito!!! NO BURRITOS!!! WTF???!!!! A place that sells fajitas and quesadillas cannot even make a bean roll.(burrito). You are not tex-mex unless you know how to make a simple burrito. I'm no longer a customer. I'm here now and this is my last time at a chili's.

  • I read an article in the paper today (10/1/2017) headlined, "Chain restaurants explore strategies to revive sales." The article quotes Kelli Valade wherein cutting the number of items on the menu is explained.
Personally, I like Chili's and used to enjoy eating there from time to time, mostly at lunch. However, I quit taking clients there for lunch some time back because the music level is always exceptionally loud and that prohibits table conversation. As a former restaurant operator, background music is intended to be exactly that, "background" and not the primary feature. However, employees are prone to set the music levels high so that they themselves can enjoy it as they go about their duties. Same with the air conditioning. I find it – even in very hot weather – to be uncomfortably cool in most restaurants as employees will set the temps low so that THEY are comfortable while working. They really pay no regard to the comfort of the diners and complaints fall on deaf ears about low temps as well as music volume. Thus, I no longer patronize Chili's nor several other "chain" restaurants like "Steak & Shake" or Applebee's.

  • I am a frequent customer at the Chillis in Kingsport, Tennessee. The staff is friendly and the food is good. The only problem I have is you have a employee that drinks at the bar in her uniform. She is taking shots of Tequila and drinking beer very fast. She always becomes loud and very hateful. It's very unprofessional!!!! I feel that employees should nit be allowed to drink in the establishment that they work after their shift. Her first name is Ginger. Very much a irate drunk. I'm getting to the point I I don't enjoy visiting that establishment it's not enjoyable to watch someone that just waited on me become drunk , loud and mean. Management needs to step it up and keep an eye on this situation.

  • I was Just at the chili's at 3601 west memorial road in okc ok. Our service was terrible. We were there for 30 mins before we were even asked what our order was. When we ordered they didn't have want we wanted the ribs. So the waitress left. I went and complanloned to the manager because we had no silverware and had to eat our apitizer with our hands . Then the waitress copped an attitude with me. 1.5 hours later we get out food and have to take it to go because my infant is now over exhausted and my 6 year old is tired as well. So now we get to go home and eat our cold food at home. We came to celebrate fathers day and had to pay $44($10 off) for a meal that was cold and took 1.5 hours to get in the first place. I'm beyond mad. I've never been treated so terribly. And to get the 10 dollars off I had to tell the manager I didn't think the meal and service was worth the 54 dollars. I will NEVER go back to that chili's or possibly any chili's after that. The manager was not helpful and didn't seem to think her employee was wrong by any means. She said she's take care of her afyer they closes that there was nothing she cold do at the moment. I failed to mention 3 other tables that got yhrtr after us got their appetizers, drinks and food before us. 1.5 hours and still had to go home to eat a cold meal I paid 44 dollars for. Some customer servicr. I could have cooked a meal at home with no attitude and in a timely manner but what was supposed to be out fathers day dinner turned our to be a disaster. Our appetizer was burnt and we were charged for extra cheese and I guess that means burnt cheese. But it's cool. I'm sure they will continue treating customers as if they are nothing and not important.

  • While driving home from vacation, my family and I stopped to eat at the Chili's located at 375 Wyoming Valley Mall, Wilkes Barre, PA 18702. When we first came in, we were greeted by a server who told us the credit card machines were down and they would have to either write down card numbers or we would have to use cash. As we had cash with us, we figured that these kinds of things can happen and didn't think anything of it. Then another server stopped by our table while we were reading the menus to tell us that the food would take a while because the credit card machines were down. I don't understand what the credit card machines had to do with cooking the food but since there were only three other tables sat in the whole restaurant, we figured that it couldn't take that long. I was wrong. It took 15 minutes for the server to bring our drinks. Our food took at least 45 minutes to come out and my elderly father who only ordered a bowl of soup sat and watched the rest of us eat for 15 minutes as the server said that the "ran out of soup and had to heat up more." When they finally brought his soup out and it was stone cold. There were no apologies or even acknowledgement that this was not okay. The table behind us who happened to have arrived far before us was still waiting on their appetizer which the woman said she had already been waiting an hour for. She also stated to the manager that she was very dissatisfied and the manager did not apologize nor offer her anything in compensation. The food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered chicken strips which were rubbery and wet and I did not eat them. My daughter ordered a macaroni and cheese which I am sure was from a box but it was clearly old and had been sitting out for a long time and she did not eat it. When this was told to the server, he merely stated, "huh" and brought us our check.

In addition, I have never been so disgusted with a restaurant's lack of cleanliness. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and our feet stuck to it when we walked. The chairs were grimy and the table was filthy. There were pieces of broken dishes on the floor. My husband went in to use the bathroom and said it was so disgusting that he actually got in the car and drove to a gas station to use theirs. A new Chili's has opened locally and will never see my business. I cannot believe that this restaurant in Wilkes Barre is allowed to operate under the Chili's name. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau as well as their local health department. I am thoroughly disappointed and will never set foot in a Chili's again. I think that this website is a joke for customer service as I am only able to list my name as "anonymous" due to the settings. Nice.

  • Wow, you people really should take a close look at your Manager at your oceanside california location. As good as the food is, they were absolutely understaffed on Easter. His attitude toward the staff was very unprofessional. I'll be suprize if some of them don't quit, I certainly would have. He needs to check himself when these situations arise, NOT blow up at his staff. Extremely rude. I will think twice before I go there again.

  • I had the most amazing experience at a Chili's tonight. I'm a first grade teacher and when I go out to eat, I want to relax and enjoy good food. I don't have a lot of money left to eat out after I pay my bills, so going out to eat is a big deal. After school today, I went with another teacher to get things for the drama club. On my home, I decided to stop at Chili's for dinner. It was not the Chili near my house. I have to tell you, I was impressed. Two people washed my table for me. I sat in the bar and got the booth right after someone else left. I was greeted immediately. She introduced herself and her partner. I thought that was unusually. Haily and Meghan were sharing the bar area and working together to make sure everyone was taken care of. My order was taken and my drink order delivered. I watched as these two young ladies worked together to take care of customers and I have to say, it was impressive. My order came and the food was hot and delicious. I don't order flatbread very often, but I am glad I did tonight. I was really good. Hailly checked on me often, but not to often, to make sure I was ok. When it was time to think about leaving, I love that I can check out at the table. I hate waiting. Always when I am ready to leave the waitress is busy someplace else. I used your machine and paid for my meal and when sat back and enjoyed my beer. When I was ready to leave, I got up and left. As I left, asked for a business card. The hostess gave me the card and asked if everything was alright. I said, "It was perfect." Everyone I talked to was help. Most times when I go out to eat, I feel pressure to eat and leave. I understand that the more people who sit in a section means more money, however I don't like feeling pressure to leave and I didn't tonight. I have to commend the management at this location. I have to think that management at this store stresses the training the company has put into place to take of customers. Thank you for a wonderful experience and will drive to your store when I want to eat at Chili's. Location: 303 Semoran Blvd, Winter Park, Fl

  • We have enjoyed many Chili's restaurants. Altamonte Springs is one we go to 1-2 times a week. We mostly sit at the bar and love the bartenders for the most part. But, we have had quite a difference experience lately. The bartender rarely came over to check on us, she spent more time yelling at the kitchen and talking to the other bartender about weekend plans and kids. We had to ask for utensils and refills on our water. It felt like an imposition each time and NEVER an apology. We witnessed her giving a bill to the couple next to us. Then returned only to rip it out of their hands and said "you owe more, I missed a drink". Her tone was really offensive. We see this couple almost every time we are there. A couple weeks ago we ordered take out and when we got home nothing was ours. We ate it as it was too far to return. I wish I could say this was an isolated experience but, NO this is more common place. We will make a point to NOT come in when Karly is here because it was so unpleasant. Hope changes are coming.

  • Every time I go to the curbside for pick-up, no one ever comes out. I always have to get out the car and pick up the order. Someone should be designated to pay attention to the cars that park there. Today there were 4 people parked, waiting, no one ever came out so we all got out to pick up our food. Once we walk in, there's no one at the counter. We had to wait an additional 5 minutes just standing there waiting for someone. When someone finally came, it looked like she was rushed and she did not look too happy. I was the 2nd one in line and after she gives the food to the first individual, she looks passed me and asked the 3rd person in line if they need help. If the individual would of never pointed at me, I would of had to wait another 10 minutes. She clearly seen I was the 2nd one in line. Not only that but I had to say my name about 4 times before she actually said oh I am bagging that right now. My name is simple, yesi, just like Jesse! so why did I have to continue repeating myself? I put the order in at 10:41AM so it can be ready by 12PM and I still had to wait. We need better customer service at the Chilis on East bay in Largo, Fl in tri-city mall.

  • I had an issue with my carnitas fajitas being burnt. I asked my waitress Sarah if she could get me another plate. She was more than happy to. My second plate came back burnt the same way.I was hungry and did not feel like complaining again, so I just ate my food. When Sarah came by to check on us,and see if we where enjoying our food, I let her know about my issue. She was very apologetic, and said she would be more than happy to get me something different to eat. I told her that I was already more than half way done with my food, and that was very nice of her to offer, but I was ok. She apologized again, and went back to work. When my wife and I were done eating,Sarah came to give us our check. She again let us know how sorry she was, and informed us that she had taken my plate off our bill to compensate for the unsatisfactory meal. She did not have to do that because I ate my food. The fact she was such a good and attentive waitress, and offered me an alternative food choice even after I had eaten half my plate , I was already ok with the situation. Plus she was very attentive with us throughout the entire meal. She went a step beyond of what most people would do in that situation, so for that we must give her so much credit! She is the best waitress in Hemet! They don't get much better than her! We just wanted to let you know that Sarah just gained you guys some loyal customers in us! Might want to think about putting her in some sort of managerial position. She is definitely manager material. We would like to thank Sarah, and Chili's for employing her! Great, great experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I went to Chili's for dinner. They seated me at a booth right next to the kitchen. As I happen to look to the side into the kitchen, I saw a waitress drop some tortillas on the kitchen floor. She pick them up from the floor and served it to customers like nothing happen. I Complained to the manager and she didn't do anything about it. After I complained to the manager, I also witnessed a prong utensil fall to the floor…and several servers passed by it continuously for like 5 minutes and then one of them decided to pick it up and put it back on the kitchen counter to be used and sure enough a server used it to serve and so did others. I am witnessing this and trying not to believe this was truly happening. I waited for the manager to come back to our table to also let her know about the utensil but also to add more disappointment, she never came back. Not even to offer us a free desert or a discount. We were so disgusted we ended up not even eating all our food. I will never going back to that Chills (E.Colonial in Orlando) again.

  • I visited the Chili's on 2560 Coors NW in Albuquerque, New Mexico on 9 Feb 2017. I have had great food and service from this restaurant in the past. On this particular day, I walked in for a late lunch and sat in the bar area and already knew what I wanted to eat and drink. The bar tender looked at me and turned around quickly without acknowledging my presence. I sat for an additional 10 minutes when four people walked in and sat at the bar. The bartender quickly served them drinks and took a food order and still ignored I was there. This exact scenario occurred three days earlier in the same restaurant. I moved over to the restaurant area to be seated and be assigned a server. Again, I was ignored and after about five minutes I asked a server to speak to a manager. I was told he was on the phone and could not speak with me at this time. I began to complain to the server when she interrupted me and said, "I can't take your complaint". I turned to leave the restaurant when the server began yelling at me, "tell the manager, not me". I have enjoyed the menu and service in the past. My entire family eats at this restaurant often. I can assure you Chili's is no longer on the list of restaurants for this family!

  • Saw where some of the Chili chain restaurants are "openly" supporting Planned Parenthood. We cannot support Planned Parenthood and will no longer support Chili's once one of favorite eating places. Neither will purchase food items. Eddie and Jackie.

  • hello and happy New Year! Myself and my Family eat a chilis at least 3 or 4 times a month I enjoy the foods on the menu and the great service! Only issue i have id that the Music is always so loud you Cannot have a Decent Conversation with the person sitting next to you or across from you! We enjoy spending Time as a Family at your resturaunt but the Music really needs to be turned down!

  • No sense in contacting the local CHili's, as the compalints do no good and just go direct to the bad location. This will be the last visit to the Brooksville, Florida location !!! Since it has opened, the service has been terrible and has gotten even worse with the same management!!!
Stand at the hostess station and wait, wait and wait some more and no-one pays any attention. Get a drink refill?? No! Finally ask for one and never get it! 12 minutes to get a dessert!!! Cook time is slower than slow. Food is good, usually but does not overcome the lack of service and respect one should get!

  • My wife and i recently visited a Chilies in west bridgewater ma. First we were told there was a 10 min wait the place was half empty ?took 10 min before our server took our drink order. another 10 min to get our drinks. She took our food order 20 min later she sys your food is ready do you want it now? umm. yeah food came it was stone cold tasteless and my brothers broccoli was raw . This is not the first time this has happen.

  • Last night we went to chilis in Longmont CO. By far the worst chilis I have ever been too. I frequent chilis a lot in vista Ca and I have never had an issue with any thing at chilis until I visited the one in Longmont Co. The bartender was ignoring us flinging her hair and flirting with the guy across with us and even turned around and said my ass looks good see? My husband asked for a drink and it had no alchohol in it as we watched her make it so he asked for the alcohol and she gave him attitude and said its gonna cost you extra. I have the 2 for 1 drinks and she brought both of them to me at once and neither glass was cold. She was making new drinks in the same place they were putting dirty glasses. When we ordered the food it was nothing like the menu the ribs were not fully cooked the corn had something else besides butter on it and the pickles were spicy? I also witnessed a waitress carring a baby around while on her shift with a fajita plate smoking hot and a baby in the other hand? now how dangerous is that? I went to tell the manager about it and she laughed and said I'm sorry please don't come back!!! I advised her I wont be coming back ever and I will write to corporate and also give them bad reviews and she said corporate will not care and no one reads the reviews! I left and said to myself wow I cant believe that a resteraunt manager didn't even care!!!

  • I am so unhappy with the decision to get rid of both the Chili's managers at the Pineville Matthews Road, Charlotte, NC 28226 Store. I have been eating lunch there, just about every day for the last 6 years. Corporate started making changes to Management about a 8-12 months ago, or so. Now, not only does management not recognize me anymore when I come in, but the quality of food has gone down and I don't see as many smiles on the employee's faces as I used to see. How disappointed I am in how you are running your store – you really dropped the ball when you got rid of Ms Kim and Dylan. This is a Sad Day in NC.

  • I was able to visit the Chili's in Topeka, Kansas on Veteran's Day. All I can say is "thanks Chili's." The staff was fantastic and I felt appreciated.
I have been following the news and it is sad that one unfortunate incident can affect an entire chain. I will continue to go to the Chili's in Topeka.

  • I am very disappointed with the recent new story of a Chili's manager taking a vet's food away. I often eat at Chili's with my fiancé who is a vet and we were going to eat there tonight, however with this story I can no longer support such an organization. We will eat at the many other options we are given.

  • I experienced the worst service on October 13, 2016 at the Chili's in Laplace, LA. The waiter was not attentive and the food was cold and horrible.

  • I will no longer dine at any of your restaurants. My husband is a Veteran, he served during Desert Storm, and how dare you turn away a USA Veteran. Fire your Cedar Hills Manager……..One Nation Under God

  • Very simple, the way Chilis employees and managers were treating Veterans of our country was a disgrace. I have ate at the Carmel, IN. Chilis location many times with family. I will never visit this or any other Chilis ever again. Your manager took a meal from a veteran, because he didn't think he was a real veteran. This kind of profiling is down right wrong. If you are to have free promotions, honor them and the veterans that come to your restaurants.

  • I want to assure you that after the treatment that a U.S. Veteran received at your Cedar Hills Texas location, I will boycott Chili's and have requested that the 5000 people on my Facebook page to share and follow my lead. The humiliation and disrespect you showed an American Veteran is shameful and unforgivable.

  • Shame on you Chili's for treating a veteran the way you did. That manager needs to be fired!!!!!!!! I will never eat at your establishment again. You hired the manager so it is your fault the veteran was treated that way!!!!

  • The manager that took away the meal from the veteran in Texas should be fired immediately. This is beyond disgraceful. If the CEO doesn't take the appropriate action on this I am done eating at Chili's. This man should have free meals for life.

  • Please note, I live less than 2 miles from a Chili's. After reading, watching and seeing social media reports regarding how your manager disrespected not only a vet…. but a black vet at that, I will no longer seek out my local Chili's for dinner, and or drinks. I am an Inglewood, CA resident and the Chili's in the area does very well on game nights. Im sure you will find a drastic loss in revenue due to your inability to train your manager or even acknowledge any repercussions for his lack of customer service. While my dollar may not mean much to you…. My voice is loud and will be heard.

  • I recently viewed the online video of the harassment by your employee and from another patron on Veteran's Day. This is appalling and this behavior should not be condoned by any means. The customers rights were clearly violated and the employee should be fired for harassing and violated this veteran's rights. I will no longer eat at any Chilli's until this matter is resolved.

    Concerned customer

  • Sad to read the of the Veteran having his meal snatched away from him. Seems as if many mistakes were made on this day, including the possibly of this being a race issue. I have frequented your restaurant and purchased gift cards in the past, I will no longer patronize your restaurant until steps in the right direction are being made.

  • I am writing to encourage you to rectify the lack of training in restaurant managers that may or may not have contributed to the poor decision-making described in the mishandling of veteran Ernest Walker. Whether proof of veteran status was required and when, it makes no sense for a meal to be removed after it is served, so how could that be done? Furthermore, from my reading of various accounts, it seems a diner interfered with someone else's meal. Do I have to worry about whether a different diner will interfere with my meal when I go to eat? What is lacking here is critical thinking and training. There should be a respectful response when someone tries to interfere with another patron that shows your support for your guest–whether paying or not. Remember you invited the veteran. This has to be more than compensated–you need to look at how you treat your guests.

  • I just heard, and read about, the story of the veteran in Cedar Hill, Texas that was denied a free meal on Veteran's Day because a patron in line pressured the manager. As the story goes, the patron was rude to the customer, and to his service dog. And the manager, inexplicably, sided with the patron, despite the customer having proof of his active duty service. I hope this story isn't true. Because, if it is, I live in a town with a Chili's, and a military base. As an 11 1/2 year veteran of the USAF, I will do everything I can to ensure nobody on this base goes to the local Chili's here. The behavior displayed by the manager in Cedar Hill towards a veteran on Veteran's Day was completely inexcusable. Why wouldn't you deal with the unruly patron? It was none of his business in the first place. Even as I write this, I have spoken to many current military members about your establishment, and believe me, word travels fast. As a chain, you should be ashamed. The manager should have run his own establishment, and not given inn to the unruly patron. His conduct in this manner is absolutely appalling. It makes me glad that I chose to go to Applebee's on Friday night. Their service was great.

  • Just watched a video of a manager at a chili's in Cedar Hill's take away a veterans meal on veteran's day because another customer claimed he was not a vet, even though he is holding a V.A. identity card. The manager then questioned the veteran about his service dog, which is illegal. I am a veteran and i'm appalled by the way he was treated. You need to make this right.

  • My husband and I dined at the Laplace, Louisiana location on October 13, 2016. The food was horrible. My steak and broccoli was cold and all the waiter could say was she was sorry. She did not come back to see if we needed refills nor dessert. We had to ask another waiter to find her in order to check out. It was a horrible experience.

  • My grandson worked for over a year at chill's in Paragould Ar.. He cut his hand very bad at work as he was bartending.. He was rushed to Er and had to have 69 stitches in his hand. He was off for 2 months and the manager would not file the proper paper work to get his workman's comp started… Two months later when he was ready to go back to work he got a check.. Then the manager cuts his hours causing him to not be able to provide for his family. He had to find another job and gave 2 weeks notice to Chilli's but the manager closed him out before he was able to finish his two weeks.. not even letting him know. also she expects everyone to get evaluations from customer so it looks good on her and if they don't their hours are cut. This needs to be addressed soon.. I will not be back at chilli's while she is the manager.

  • My family and I went to your King of Prussia restaurant on 8/13/16 we ordered our food , waited a long time just for appetizers , was told by staff kitchen was having a melt down . Then finally our entrees arrived , salad was awful , shrimp under cooked and looked like they dumped a can of fruit cocktail over , sent that back . My son took a bite of his burger , he started to spit it out , it had pieces of broken plates inside the burger , manager came out said " would you like me to take it off you bill" . I told him this was the second thing that happened ,.he said he was sorry and walked away. This was my first and last trip to a Chilis . I have worked in food service all my life never have I ever seen this before . Manager should be fired . Staff in kitchen fired .

I have a complaint about your PSL store.I went to 2 interviews one with Erin then the second one with the bar manager Amanda. After the interview with Amanda, she said she's going to set me up with the final interview with Nick. She also told me that she wanted me to know that I would never be a bartender (even though that was what I applied for) and I would have to come into terms that I would be a server ONLY no acceptions. I agreed. So I waited for the manager Nick to call. After two days of not getting a call back I walked into Chili's and asked for Nick. They said he just left and sent another manager to greet me. He was extremely rude. He told me he didn't have time for "whatever I was there for" and walked away. I called the next day and Nick answered. I introduced myself and told him I was the person he was supposed to interview. He put me on hold and said he was going to the office and will take my call from there. I waited on hold for 10 minutes and then a woman got on the phone and said Nick got called away and he will call me back (not even ask for my contact info) I never got a call back. I think your staff at the Port ST Lucie store acted very unprofessional and rude. They wasted my time and didn't even give me a chance. I will definitely let my friends and colleagues know that applying to this company is a waste of time. I have been in the food and beverage industry for over 15 years and I never seen a establishment treat an applicant in such a rude manner .I urge you to send an undercover boss to investigate your managers at that store. They are definitely giving Chili's a bad name
    Thank You

I have been in the food and beverage industry for over 15 years and I never seen a establishment treat an applicant in such a rude manner .I urge you to send an undercover boss to investigate your managers at that store. They are definitely giving Chili's a bad name
    Thank You

  • had my family at Chili's in Hickory, NC on a Saturday afternoon, not busy around 3pm. Very poor service, we were there for 2 hours waiting on food and beverages. Everything we asked for, was being "refilled", so waited 30 minutes on a drink and even ranch dressing was being refilled!! Manager very rude, no explanation and said they were sorry and even said she did not know what was going on. We will not frequent your restaurant again. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE AND VERY DISAPPOINTED, HAVE TOLD EVERYONE ABOUT OUR SERVICE….AND NOT SURPRISED AT HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE RESPONDED WITH THE SAME SERVICE COMPLAINTS.

  • Today we were in our neighborhood Chili's in Buford, GA.,which we frequent at least once or twice a month. The MOD Michael decided to make a drink behind the bar for himself and staff. Now, I'm a 20 yr bar owner from Nashville, TN. If I ever seen any of my managers sample or drink a drink a drink on duty they'd be immediately fired. However, this manager made this drink, then sampled it, then proceeded to take it into the kitchen. Now why does the kitchen staff need to sample a drink? When I asked another server for his name, she promptly asked me if I needed something. I told her no, I was just going to notify corporate of an issue. I didn't say what. She and the manager "assumed" it was over the drink which screams guilt to me. He tried to come over and say that it is "expected" of them to try the new drinks. I told him to save it and I'd notify corporate. He told me to "Have fun with that". Nothing else was said, we finished our dinner and started to leave. Before leaving he made sure he walked by our table saying " Do you really think I care what she has to say?". He's not only a drunk on duty but very unprofessional. We won't be going to this Chili's anymore.

  • On June 4, 2016 we visited the Chili's located at 10955 North Freeway, Houston, TX 77037. We ordered the burger and fries, Texas fries, a combination platter, and ribs along with sodas. The service was good, but the food wasn't. The two individuals who ordered the burger and ribs became sick not long after completing the meal (diarrhea, stomach pains, and upset stomach). Recently, there has been lots of rain here and Houston which could have resulted in foods being kept at an unsafe temperature and still served to customers. Was this the case? Because something needs to be done about it. If it were you or your family, how would you feel?

  • @Chilis I been going to Chilis for years and first time i bring several people there on my dime to celebrate a special occasion, I got the worst service and food. After we waited over an hour for food to arrive they delivered my wing app the same time as my meal. I ordered the steak MR and recvd well done and looked like it was sitting under a heat lamp for hours.. Broccoli cold and the wings were barely warm.. I don't like complaining but when your entertaining a large group I felt i had to say something. When Manager finally came over he asked how he could help?.. First i said to myself, why do I need to explain what he needs to do.. He asked if i would want them to remake the meal and being now it was 11pm and I was starving i said please..15 more mins later they brought both out again and made perfectly and hot..My friends had similar issues but most didn't want to wait and were very upset. Only was persons salad ended up being compt. I asked the manager how this happened and he said well we had a prom group in here tonight and only a group of 10 and also at that hour it was very little business otherwise and our group was 6 people. After the bill came I felt like they just wanted us out of there and were very disturbed and we didn't do anything. I will not return to that location ever and thank god that isn't the place we normally visit.. I can go on about the other meals but I believe I made my point clear enough.. I hope someone actually reads this and takes proper steps to correct such an embarrassment of a location.. Also, we had two in our group who shockingly have never been to a Chili's and I don't believe they will ever in the future…

  • 1.0 star rating 5/16/2016 My autistic son and I went to the Chili's Grill & Bar at 8100 Giacosa Pl, Memphis, TN today. This is the one we go to the most and for the most part I have always had a pleasant to very pleasant experience, except for today. I will NEVER go back there again as long as the manager Marcus Burnett is there, at least that's what he said his name was. As always I ordered me and my son's food and we did have a very delightful and pleasant waitress. I had absolutely no problem with her, but I did not like the entrée I ordered and asked her if I could exchange it and order something else. She told me she would have to ask the manager, and I said fine just give me a menu so I can be looking just in case. She brought me the menu and when she came back, she told me she was sorry but the manager said that I could not send back my food and order something else. I told her I thought that was strange especially since I barely touched the food, as she could see. So I asked her to just please take it off my bill. When she came back she had the man who said he was the manager Burnett with her. He did not identify himself until I asked him who he was. This was the first thing that caught my attention, not good or professional. He asked me what the problem was and I explained to him that I did not like what I had ordered but was told I could not exchange it so instead I wanted it taken off my bill. He told me that was not Chili's policy. He told me I ordered it and the order was prepared to the restaurant's standards and there was nothing he could do about it. I then asked him prepared to the restaurant's standards but not the customer, the person paying for the food? I told him I did not see anywhere on the menu that a customer could not send back and order something else or have something taken off his or her bill if the food wasn't touch. I asked him to please show me that policy in black and write. Where in the store was that policy WRITTEN down? He refused and told me that he did not have too. I told him I would think as the manager he would want the customer to be happy and to continue doing business with the establishment, not just blow the customer off as if he or she was being a nuisance, definitely not good business etiquette. This man could care less, so I decided to send the food back, pay the bill, leave, and find out who to call and email to voice my extreme disappointment. This really, even now, just does not make any sense. If I could give this restaurant no stars, I definitely would. My autistic son behaved way better then that so-called manager did. NO WORRIES, I WILL FIND OUT WHO TO CONTACT, AND I WILL STRONGLY VOICE MY CONCERNS AS TO HOW MY SON AND I WERE DISMISSED, DISRESPECTED, AND SIMPLY IGNORED!!!!!!

  • 28 Apr 2016 Server at Mineral Wells, TX restaurant failed to give correct change and seemed upset when we requested to have our correct change. Food was good but getting scammed by the server left a bad taste.

  • Last evening 4/27/2016 ,time was approx. 7;30 pm,I was on a date at my local Chilis here in town ,5100 Pegasus Ct,frederick Md 20702,Two issues I would like to bring to whoevers attention that may get theses problems resoved, are First is the waitress who brought our food , mentioned she fell in the restaurant last week,my date and and I did not think much of it but as we where preparing to leave, I walked to the bathroom and found the floor throught the restaurant was very very slippery,,not sure if its the products used to clean the floor, or HVAC syste3m not pulling moisture out ,but I really do think it needs address ASAP,Second issues was ,as I entered the bathroom I could hear some talking in the stall, the door was open, I used the urinail and ,and that point another customer ,came into the bathroom and tried to go in the stall ,he saw someone was in there ,the door was still open ,and he left, I fininshed and was washing my hands ,and I saw a employee come out of the stall in uniform , and apron, syill on his cell phone, and walk out the bathroom , I would assume kitchen staff ? Abd leave without washing his hands, some may not think its a big deal, but just wanted to bring both issues to your attention, Not sure I will return to restaurant which sadly has only been open for approx.,2 months ,FIX THE PROBLEMS

  • On a recent visit (4/2/16) to your Chili's 102 location at 4401 N Kings Hwy Myrtle Beach, SC with a group of 12 ladies dining for lunch in honor of a great friend's Bachelorette weekend we were encountered with grade F service to say the least. Upon arriving and being seated we waited for 30-45 minutes before ever even being acknowledged by the waiter in our section. After finally being able to order drinks, a few of us waited 30 more minutes for water. When we brought our lengthy waits to the attention of the waiter "Mark" we received nothing but attitude. He was not apologetic, yet very argumentative and quite rude to be in customer service. We then asked for a manager at which point Mark proceeded to argue with one table of the women in our group all while another associate came out with an attitude asking what can she do because she is off the clock. At that point we insisted on having a manager come over or we would be leaving. The shift manager Jennifer Williams came out and spoke with our group and offered up free appetizers and stated that the Manager would be right out. After waiting another 20 minutes for that manager, Michael to come out, we were simply offered another waiter who was wonderful but here seemed to be little to know initiative taken on anyone's part from the staff to rectify things. I was very disappointed in the entire visit from beginning to end. I really hope that Chili's will offer better training to their staff in the future.

  • My husband and I often frequent the Chili's in DeLand Florida. Last night we went there for dinner and ordered our usual meals of Margarita Chicken. The salsa and chips came out and we were surprised at how greasy they were. Not only that but there were a few whole chips on the top covering all the broken chips which could have come from other people's left overs. It was very unappetizing. When our main course came out and we began to eat, I noticed that the chicken tasted funny and that it didn't seem to me to be cooked all the way through. Sure enough, I found pink in the chicken breast. When we approached the waitress about it being under cooked, she stated "Oh, then you wanted it well done" as if it is an option to eat an under cooked chicken. I told my husband to be careful of his chicken because it was a larger and thicker piece of chicken than what I had received. Sure enough as he cut through it, there was also pink inside. Naturally we sent both pieces back to the kitchen. When the food came back to us I couldn't believe the plating. There were grease drops and smeared black beans sauce on the sides and edges of the plates. My husbands food had some mashed potatoes in the middle of it covering his black beans and rice. When we told the server this she only commented that the sides are kept close together and some must have gotten onto his plate. When the manager finally came to our table, who by the way looked like he just rolled out of bed and hadn't showered in quite sometime, he repeated the same line the waitress gave us "Oh, you wanted the chicken well done." No apology, no offer to deduct anything off our bill. This was a very bad case of poor customer service. I had heard from others in town that the Chili's was going down the tubes, but this was the first time I had experienced what others were saying. Now I know, that Chili's in DeLand no longer cares about its clients. I hope that corporate will do something to remedy this situation and make sure that the restaurant which started out so good does not go the way of so many other restaurants and end up closing its doors because of bad food and bad management.

  • Why would you allow a domestic violence offender and criminal to be a Manager at the Brentwood location? Do you not screen staff??

    • After our last dinning experience at Chili's Grill & Bar 3015 W Chandler Blvd, Chandler, AZ 85226, I understand why so many people are never going to patronize Chili's again. Last week, our Fajita dinners were delivered to our tables ice cold. There was so much water on the platter that it looked like fajita soup. Only thing we could taste was pepper, pepper and more pepper. It was the nastiest dinner we've ever been served. We informed our serve that the food was uneatable. She responded "oh well!" and brought us our check. We paid for the dinner we couldn't eat and left the restaurant. We took pictures of our food for a Facebook post. One of the members in our party actually ate some of her food and got extremely ill the next day. We were thankful that we didn't eat our 2-20 dollar dinners of crap.

  • How the heck can chilis fire their employees over some stupid surveys done on this stupid little ziosks!!!! There should be a better way. Can you develop a class or tutoring program instead of firing people?!?! Need help in oklahoma city. How do you think you can run a business by killing the mood of your employees and make them stress about this? It's not right. Servers hard work shows in their tips not some silly surveys. And then threaten to write up an employee if they run a customers credit card instead of forcing them to run them on the computer. Getting told if they hand you their card, get the ziosk and do it for them. On another note. It's not OK to favor your kitchen personel over the servers. They deserve the same punishment. Something needs to be done. Servers need to take a stand!!!!!!! Something has to give. Too many good servers being fired over this silly stuff. Plus the ziosks have only caused more people to walk on their tab because it looks like they're paying and the moment we turn our backs they're gone and then we get in trouble. This is absolutely the worst company and I will let everyone know don't work there!!!!

  • I would like to make a formal complaint. I have been to the Chilis you have in Atoka Oklahoma 3 times my food has been wrong and I have waited over an hour for my food. Last night we had a birthday party made reservations seated at 7 and at 8:20 we still had not been served a bite to eat. On top of that I was told i could go get my own drink that had been sitting at the bar ready for about 10 minutes. At 8:40 our food came out 3 orders wrong and 2 plates were ice cold. I asked for a manager 4 times and was ignored. The 5th time I asked I finally had someone come to my table that did not help at all and stated she would take 25% off of our bill. The bill was 223.78 she took off 9.80 now in what world is that 25%???? I do not know if you handle your other establishments like this or if you enjoying running a terrible business but I would like some answers!!!!!

  • i just want to know why with all this technology why hasten chillis brought out the universal charging stations like Bahama breeze or blue martini to name a few that would really keep customers there longer now macaroni grill is about to have them in there facility..

  • I have gone to Chili's for the last 15 years on a regular basis. We took my daughter and 5 grand-daughters for a special time. 3 had the endless soup and salad. We have always been able to take a soup & or salad as take home because the girls only had one of each. The waiter was rude, talked to the manager, the waiter poured water in my grand-daughters sprite and didn't ask us if we wanted to take our other food home. just walked off. I want to know where it says on the menu or in the restaurant that you can not take home the soup and salad. They should tell you up front, because we have done it in Roseville, CA and all over southern CA. When we travel we always look for a Chili's. It would have been cheaper to just order the soup and salad if they would have let us know. I don't know if I'll try another Chili's or not but I won't go back to the one on Imperial Hwy.

  • Over the last year, my mother, husband and I have frequented your store at 6020 W. 86th St. Indianapolis, IN 46278. We used to absolutely love the food and service, but that has changed. We usually go between 12:30 and 2pm on a Friday, sitting in the bar area. Anymore, it takes forever to get drinks, the appetizers and the food. At our last visit on Dec. 28, it took us asking 3 times just to get extra napkins. The portion sizes have gotten smaller, the bartender was so flighty, and it wasn't even busy. It just isn't enjoyable to go there and eat anymore. I really hope things will change, or we will not be going back anymore. Sincerely, Andrea Estes andyestes9@aol.com

  • I went to the "425 Stanton Christiana Rd., Newark, DE 19713" location last week for lunch — ONLY TO FIND IT CLOSED!

WHY IS THIS LOCATION STILL LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE IF IT IS NO LONGER OPEN?? Very disappointed, because we drove almost 30 minutes to meet relatives who were in town for a lunch.

Your prompt response is urgently requested!

  • Prior to now I've never commented on a business good or bad but when I noticed this option I decided I would let someone know my thoughts of recent. My husband and I have been going to Chili's Cordova, TN 38016 2-4 times weekly for the past 16 years. We really enjoy the updated bar, TV's, atmosphere and sports packages. Love being able to watch all the games at once. We've had a number of excellent bartenders during this time as well. One I would like to name, without doubt is the best ever, Darren R. Darren is extremely professional, has a great personality and knows his job. Another I'd like to mention that we really enjoy and have been impressed with is John W. John worked his way into the bartender position and was doing an excellent job, promptly acknowledging his customers, always with a smile. Now my reason for writing. Recently John was removed from the bar and replaced with someone not yet ready for the business that bar has. Due to the caliber of employee John is, we are convinced his removal was unjust and for other reasons not related to performance. With that being said it would be really nice to have Darren and John back behind the bar. Not to discredit anyone else but I know it would make us happy along with those who enjoy the service they are each capable of providing. Sincerely, Sherry

  • The Chilis in Texarkana was pathetic. Bar was full with patrons so I was seated at a table. Sat there for at least 10 minutes before I was even approached for a drink order. Finally got my food order placed and the salad was terrible. The lettuce was still frozen. Well what lettuce they had. There was hardly any lettuce in the darn salad. Then I ask for my bill. I pay with the kiosk deal and it fails to print a receipt. Couldn't even find my waitress to obtain a receipt for my meal so I just left.
Not sure how Chilis even stays in business!

  • I go into Chillis on Old Brownsboro Road in Louisville Ky it was once a week because I have to see my doctor at Norton Audubon Wound Center and my sweet husband takes me there when we are finished it has been every week for the last year now it is once a month but I just wanted to say this is the best Chillis Resturant I have ever been to the resyurant is not only beautiful on the inside but the out side as well extremely clean bathrooms always clean always has toilet paper, soap, paper towels, someone actually checks it every hour the staff is wonderful the manager Mary is GREAT at her job she would be great to actually train other mangers and also how to run a GREAT RESTURANT she always comes around introduces herself and makes sure you are satisfied Demetris our server was GREAT never ran out of tea made sure we didn't need anything really nice and polite Ryan also is exrtremely nice and polite and always helpful.I actually called coroporate to tell them and spoke to the sweetest person her name is Wendy so sweet.I can not Thank all of you for the kindness and excellent service I receive I also have to mention they have great cooks the food is always hot fresh and so GOOD…Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!See you guys in a month Love your ribs..Lydia Diego Louisville ky

  • It really sucks how crappy Chili's has become. The food was not up to par. For the prices I did expect better. I took my daughter out to eat and I wish I went to the other place she wanted to go. The server was the only good thing in the Orange City Chili's.

  • NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE. 3403 Decker Lake Drive, West Valley, UT

I have been a frequent Chili's customer since 2003 eating there at least twice a month. You started out great back then and slowly over time the service has greatly decreased. I Have only had a handful of bad experiences, but the last 2 at your West Valley, UT location have caused me to never return to any location ever again.

Daughter and I went for dinner on 10/27 about 5. We were seated quickly in a section that had 3 other tables occupied. No other sections were open as it was still early. The waiter came by and said he was also training a new server, which was fine. We placed out order, drinks, appetizer and meal at the same time. Drinks and appetizer came out together when we placed another order for an additional appetizer. Meal came out and I requested additional sauces for my meal. Waited over 20 minutes for server to come around and ask if we were doing OK and to get a drink refill, again I asked for more sauce. Drink refills came, still no sauce or other appetizer, so I asked about it and was told it would be just a few more minutes. Another 20 minutes went by, still no sauce, so my meal is now cold, additional appetizer finally arrived. The only delightful experience during that visit was the ICB root beer I drank.

Had a similar experience in December of 2014 and told the manger we would not return. After months of ordering take out, we decided to give it another try as a sit down customer. WRONG. Still no improvement. Needless to say I will not be going back for sit down service or take out. Manager (dark hair with red shirt) acted as if he did not care that we were unhappy with the service. I advised I would not be paying for the meal and walked out.

  • hello, My name is Edward DiBenedetto and I just wanted to take the time to email your company about the outstanding service I received at your location on university drive in Pembroke Pines Florida. I frequent this particular Chilis because of the outstanding service by your hostess Sylvia Adames. She is so friendly and always takes the time to go out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Its always nice to be greeted by a friendly face every time I come in. Last week I went there for lunch and as always she was right there with her friendly greeting. She sat me down and I was served by Elizabeth. She was timely and very friendly as well. She made a suggestion on the menu that I chose which was outstanding. After that she suggested a desert which I chose as well and again that was outstanding. These two girls were outstanding as always and I will continue to go to this Chilis because its my favorite. Thanks girls for going above and beyond. I hope this letter finds its way to you. See you again. Sincerely Edward DiBenedetto
