City Furniture - Urgent Resolution Needed For Recent Furniture Order

The first email was sent to you on 1/9//2024 and Adrain responded to me that night. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order# 542890. Our sales associate. Pamela Enzinna was extremely knowledgeable and friendly not sure who the man was who looked at our plans and said the eight armchairs would fit around the table. The eight arms chairs were delivered on December 20th. The base was back ordered and the glass top was on January 2. My husband was able to get the base elsewhere and the base was delivered on, January 4. Regrettably, when we put the eight armchairs around the table, they did not fit. We called our sales associate and unfortunately, she was out on family medical leave and provided us with a customer service number, but we were told that they would fit, contrary to the information provided during purchase. Additionally, I contacted customer service, and I encountered a condescending and robotic response from Kristine, which added to my frustration. As someone in the industry and managing business customers for a large bank, I expected a more accommodating and customer-friendly experience.

I was told that the policy of a 15% restocking fee, but given the circumstances and the substantial upcoming purchase of patio furniture, I kindly request reconsideration. Refunding the 15% as credit towards our $4500 patio furniture order would greatly contribute to restoring my confidence in City Furniture. I value your prompt attention to this matter and would appreciate a call from the executive office to discuss a resolution.
