Comfort Inn Pinetop AZ

Comfort Inn, I am staying at the Comfort Inn in Pinetop AZ. Totally disgusting! The carpet has fuzzy pieces off of socks everywhere. I picked it up using a tissue and got lots of hair as well. Obviously hasn’t been vacuumed for a while. One of the pillows on one of the beds has make-up on it! The bedside upholstered chair has. White stain in the shape of female anatomy and the bed skirt next to that chair has the drip marks and a big stain of the same “material”. This is Arizona so I’m assuming it’s not. Come on people! There is nobody anywhere that would think this is acceptable! My husband can sleep here if he wants to, but I’m sleeping in the car. I can provide pictures if you’d like or I can post them on Facebook. I also m going to be calling the county health dept.

Comfor Inn & Suites Gap PA

Comfort Inn & Suites, Horrible mold. Checked into the Comfort Inn & Suites Amish in Gap PA , 1st of all it took the front desk lady 45 minutes to ckeck us in. Once we checked in there was mold all over the mattress (gross and a health hazard) when we complained to the front desk they told us they are aware of it and its an ongoing problem.

Comfort Inn Orange Virginia

Stayed at the Comfort Inn in Orange, Virginia 1/27/24. The room had bed bugs, stink bugs, and beetles. The heat/ac didn’t work correctly, blazing hot one minute, cold the next. The room was dirty, hair stuck to the floor in the bathroom and black stuff in the tile grout. TV didn’t work, dead bugs on window sill and bathroom counter, live bugs on the furniture and crawling on the walls, bed bugs crawling on the bed. Sheets had stains on them. Hot and Cold water hooked up backwards at the bathroom sink. Tried to report this to overnight worker at about midnight, but they were no where to be found. The next morning I notified the staff. They would not credit my account, charged me full price and refused to give me a refund, they said because I stayed there, like I would have gone out to the parking lot to sleep in my truck? While I know it’s independently owned, It says “Comfort Inn”. So as far as I am concerned, “Comfort Inn” doesn’t care about it’s customers and we certainly aren’t going to stay at a Comfort Inn or Choice Hotel again. Comfort Inn Asheville NC Excellent Customer Service

Comfort Inn, Hurricane Helene. My wife and I live in Asheville, N.C. When the hurricane hit, we rode it out at home, and it was bad. The next day we decided to get out and try to find some food and gas while we could. While trying to get out we ended up getting all turned around and ended up on the other side of town with no gas in the car and no cash because credit cards were not working at all. We ended up at the Comfort Inn with nothing. We told the manager Aaron of our problem and he and his staff took us in, gave us a room and let us stay there for 79 bucks a night. The next day I realized that I nor my wife had any medication with us. Aaron and his staff called the fire department to take care of me because I fell very ill. the fire men went to my home with my wife, and they got all of our meds. Your staff and those fire men helped save me. We ended up staying there for 23 days. They fed us and took great care of us. I’m 66 and disabled. My wife is 65 and is retiring from the V.A. hospital. I don’t think we would have made it if it wasn’t for Aaron, Kelli, Amanda, and Andrea. The least I could do is write this note to you and let you know what an outstanding staff you have at the Comfort Inn, 890 Brevard Rd, Asheville, NC 28806. Thank you for all you have done. We are home now safe and sound. You will never be forgotten.

Comfort Inn Customer Service Issue

Comfort Inn, I checked into Comfort Inn on 10/11/2024 at around 2:15pm. My husband and I had just left a funeral and went into the room, changed and came back. I arrived back to the room around 9:30 pm, changed clothes and laid down. While laying down, I saw a roach in the bed. I swung at the roach, and it fell on the floor. I got up and killed it. I called the front desk and told the agent what I saw and that I did not want my stay for the following day. I laid back down, very uncomfortable. About 15 minutes later I saw another roach on the area by the TV. I got up shook all of my things out and left the hotel, I wasn’t sure where I was going but I had to go because I was not able to sleep there. I stopped at the front desk and told the agent. She wrote it down for the manager. The only hotel I could find was in Brookhaven MS. I am from NC, and I am not familiar with the area. This was a complete disaster. We came down here for a funeral and after the funeral this is not what I wanted to do. Mindy the front desk manager emailed me back after I responded to the online survey. She stated that they were not able to find traces of roaches, but then stated their hotel is treated weekly. Why would you treat a hotel weekly unless there is an issue. She also stated that I stayed at the hotel all day. I checked in after a funeral to change clothes and went right back out. Came back at 9 something and saw the roaches at almost 11 and left immediately after. I found another hotel, checked in and sent a copy of the receipt as instructed. This is not good service. I look forward to hearing from you.
