ALERT! Do not stay at Comfort INN in Chambersburg PA, owned and operated by Andy Patel. The building is a complete disaster and not within safety code. The electrical outlets are overloaded with extension cords, pool area is under construction (looks like a project started a few years back, but never continued, NO room service and that's no joke! We found ourselves trapped in this dump and after returning home made a week long calls to the corporate costumer support team, and no real solution! Comfort Inn shame on you! Building inspectional services should make a visit, I'm sure the entire building would be closed down or eventually torn down. Nothing more can be done from my perspective, but I can warn future travelers. Thank you,
I'm writing because of my dismay of your hotel. Yesterday 2/9/17, I checked in to the Comfort Inn on 89-34 162 Street, Jamaica, NY. Upon my arrival the front desk was very rude with the customer on the phone. He did not greet me when I arrived, I had to wait 5 minutes before being greeted and it was like I was disturbing him. Last night while laying in bed, my fiancé and I were bit several times on our legs and arms by little red ants. We called the front desk to report the problem and were told to call back in the morning for the manager. They were not at all concerned with our well-being. I could not sleep at all the entire not. We even tried sleeping in the other bed, however we had the same issues. Our skin swelled up. To add insult to injury this morning on my way to work I noticed a tiny bug on the curtain. In disbelief it was a beg bug. I'm highly disgusted and upset. I'm afraid to even look in my luggage.
I'm staying at the Comfort Inn on W39th Street in New York with my family. This hotel is absolutely terrible!!!!! 1) The tv in the room is suppose to have 24 channels and our tv had 10 working channels with a broken remote control. 2) The pillow in the room had blood stains over it. 3) The shower curtain was ripped and stained. Totally repulsed by this place and very upset about my stay here. I would never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.
We are a Cubscout group that scheduled to stay at the comfort in and suites @ Comfort Inn & Suites
5716 S Van Dorn St, Alexandria, VA 22310.
I'm writing because I'm very dismayed with your company. We had scheduled a trip to see the White House and to go to Mt Vernon the following day. On Tuesday 1/24/2016 we got word that the trip was cancelled because the White House was not responding to our request for the tour. Our Congressman Dave Price sent us the following response: "I’ve been trying to get in contact with the White House Visitors’ Office (among other WH offices) and have not been able to get through, even from the switchboard. I’m guessing the new admin is still transitioning, though I thought that this office would at least still be in contact with constituents, let alone congressional offices."
I was giving ample enough time in my cancellation (24 hours) but was still be charged because they say we signed a contract. I did not sign a contract and was told at the time of my reservation (I asked about the policy) that I had 24 hours to cancel. The sales department said that because I accepted the group price that the person who set it up signed the contract. This was not conveyed to me. The fact that I was told one thing over the phone by your employee makes me even more upset. Not only do our whole pack have to tell the children that they do not get to go on this trip and see the White House we also now are going to be charged which would have been money we used to do some other fun activity with our children.
This is appalling. I for one will NOT stay at one of your places in the future. Not only that but you have done this to several families and we have a pack of over 68 scouts and we do 4 trips a year to different areas and often need to set up reservations at hotels. You have lost the entirety of business from us. We also will make sure the the other packs in our District are aware and I'm sure the loss in revenue will be noticeable. We have over 1500 scouts in our District.
I'm also going to take to social media. I can't help but feel with the current administration and what you are doing to some cute little cubscouts will make for quite the viral thread…
Im a professional music promoter, I own 7 record labels,I also own Nashville's largest Touring Company which books rooms from Comfort Inn on a regular basis. We provide major music productions to every city in North America, We Stand With The Water Protector's and Veterans currently at Standing Rock South Dakota. If any of the allegations of Comfort Inn refusing service to anyone whom is protesting the North Dakota Pipeline for that reason,we will not hesitate to refuse doing business with Comfort Inns.ever.
I made a reservation for one night at the comfort inn in Tulsa, OK. North with Expidea. The conformation was for two nights not one. I called the Tulsa hotel to change to one night. The desk clerk refused to help me. I ask for the manager and the clerk told me he was not available and that I should call Expida which I did. They called the manager the next day and text me the two night had been canceled and I was good for one night. My credit card bill came today and I was charged for three (3)nights. DONT USE ANY CHOICE HOTELS or COMFORT INN HOTELS.

mrsdnd@hotmail.com if you would like to contact me in reference to Jason's customer service manners please do so. My name is Carolyn Baker'Moore
My heart is sadden at this time. Last night I lost my brother. His death has the entire family upset. I had previous reservations to overnight stay at Comfort Inn located at West Hundred Road, in Chester. By this being an EMERGENCY I needed to cancel my reservation. I spoke with a young man name Jason, he was very rude. I explained to him that I needed to cancel and he told me NO ! I explained to him that I had just got word that my brother had died and if he could please understand and have some type of sympathy on me and he said NO I CAN'T HELP YOU AND IF I CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION I WOULD HAVE TO CANCEL EVERYONE THAT CALL AT THE LAST MINUTE AND CANCEL THEIRS TOO. NO I CAN'T AND I WON'T AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS ROOM. My family and I are scrapping up money to bury my brother. Jason really upset me more. On the following morning I called again hoping to speak with a supervisor and I talked to Ms. Vashti. I explained everything to her and with her understanding it all she helped me out. To make a long story Jason needs to be replaced. His customer service manners is awful. Ms. Vashti was absolutely helpful. You need more front desk clerks that listen instead of passing judgment.
ON 4/26/2016 WE SPENT A NIGHT AT THE COMFORT INN AT 7907 BRANDT PIKE IN HUBER HEIGHTS OHIO 45424 AND I MUST TELL YOU IT WAS ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS WE HAVE BEEN IN.
TO MENTION A FEW THINGS THE BATHROOM MAIN LIGHT DID NOT WORK, THE HEATER TO CLEAR THE MIRROR DID NOT WORK, THE HAIR DRYER WAS DIRTY AND DID NOT WORK, THE TOWELS WERE AT A MINIMUM.
THE TV DID NOT WORK WELL.
THE MORNING BROUGHT MORE DISAPPOINTMENT. THE FULL HOT NBREAKFAST AS ADVERTISED CONSISTED OF VERY COLD EGGS WHICH LOOKED AS THOUGH THEY WERE LEFT OVER FROM THE PREVIOUS DAY. SAUSAGE LINKS THAT WERE NOT COOKED THRU AND WERE COLD. THE COFFEE WAS NOT FRESH AND ALSO COLD.
AS FAR AS WE WERE CONCERNED IT WAS NOT FIT TO EAT, AND WE HAD TO GO OUT FOR BREAKFAST.
WE HONESTLY FEEL WE SHOULD BE REFUNDED OUR MONEY.
WE HAVE STAYED AT MANY COMFORT INNS AND ALTHOUGH THEY ARE NOT LUXURIOUS THEY WERE VERY SATISFACTORY AND WITH GOOD HOT BREAKFASTS AND GOOD COFFEE.
AS A RESULT OF OUR EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL WE MAY MAKE OTHER CHOICES IN THE FUTURE.
I TRIED TO CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE AT 1-800-300-8800 AND WAS ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR ONE TIME AND 30 MINUTES ANOTHER I THINK NO ONE WANTS TO HEAR THE COMPLAINTS OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT THEM
ALSO TRIED GRDESK@CHOICEHOTELS.COM AND GOT NO WHERE WITH THAT.
