elsa the manager of the Woburn comfort inn. is very rude and disrespectful claims she knows me and my fiancé and claims my finance is Mrs. Sullivan when that is my mom she instigated an argument and threw false accusations she says I’m not allowed to rent here and that we are on the DNR list which I just fixed the day before with another manager that is higher than her than next day we are told by Elsa we can’t rent list which reminds you I and my dad have the same name and also my cousin let me use his points and it wasn’t in my name
Bad Service Bad attitude removed personal items no compassion. Misunderstand reserve reservations
Man it’s a pure lack of costumer relation skills Clinton MS Hempstead Dr.
We stayed at the Aberdeen, MD location over the long July 4th weekend. After driving over 3 hours to get there we had to wait for our room to be ready along with about 8 other families. This location had 1 staff member working for the 5 days we were there. The hotel was booked all week long. We were unable to get towels for our room. The hotel was filthy from top to bottom inside and out. I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies to make my family feel comfortable to stay here.
I DON"T RECOMMEND ANYONE OR FAMILY TO STAY AT THIS LOCATION. NASTY
Stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Talladega Alabama on September 4 2020. Upon entering the room I noticed a strong musky odor. Turned on the ac to get air circulating so maybe smell would go away. Then turned back the bed sheets and found mold on the sheets, checked the pillows and found more mold. While reporting the issue to the front desk there was another customer in front of me reporting the same issues with his room.
We recently stayed at your hotel. I can honestly say I have never had such poor customer service nor such an unpleasant experience at a hotel.
From the first drive thru the parking lot with derelicts hanging around looking to steal from vehicles, grilling in the parking lot, urinating on the sidewalk we were already concerned. Then, upon entry, we were assaulted with the extreme smell of cigarette smoke that permeated both the entire lower floor and the rear elevator which was filthy. It was late so we decided to hope things got better and went to our room (555).
It is our custom to shower before bed, and especially this night, as we had an early morning call. Immediately realizing there was only one towel in a room booked for two, we called the desk to ask for more. We never received them that night at all.
The next morning I spoke to the desk before we left, in the hope that all of this could be rectified. As we left, there were people sleeping in the parking lot, garbage, booze bottles and cigarette butts everywhere. Unfortunately that was not to be the case. When we returned late in the day the parking lot was filled with police cars, most of the derelicts were missing but the trash was still everywhere. We came in thru Outback where we had a late lunch and was informed by the staff of the restaurant that the hotel was housing homeless people as a source of revenue. While that is an admirable thing to do, it should not be to the danger and inconvenience of paying guests. Once again the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. I have asthma. This put me in severe discomfort. Again, the rear elevator was filthy. Again we felt we were forced to spend any time locked in our room for safety sake and had to watch our car out our window for fear of theft.
Fortunately this was to be our last night at this hotel. Of course, when we returned, there were NO towels in the room at all. Not just one this time, but none. I immediately called the desk and requested towels and two extra pillows to support my husband who has a bad back. After 3 more calls we were told that housekeeping was gone for the day and we could come get it ourselves. I had no intention of running the gauntlet of drug users and creeps in that hallway again and requested a manager. I was unceremoniously dumped into voicemail and never received any response. Finally after approximately an hour someone knocked on the door and gave us 4 towels but not pillows. I gave up. This was going to have to do. Thank god it was the last night in this hellhole.
You would think this would be then end. We would leave in the morning and it would all be over. Unfortunately no. We were forced, in the morning to ride down in the still filthy elevator, with the accompaniment of urine on the floor. Someone had urinated in the elevator. And we had no other option to ride in it because the stairwell and the only other elevator on the floor were locked, creating a fire hazard and once again endangering me and my family.
I have contacted corporate Comfort Inn. I would have thought that they would want to know the conditions at one of their hotels. I am not sure that is the case but I am going to copy them on this email also.
I would think that you would refund our money. This certainly is not how I expected to be treated at a “Comfort Inn.”
So much for comfort
I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Pottstown on September 28, 2019. Walking into the hotel with the luggage cart the wheel stuck and I fell- hitting my head, arm and hip. The staff in the hotel was very helpful, however did not provide me with the correct information. I knew I just needed stitches and did not need to go to the ER for hours. The front desk person told me I could go to Patient First (which I asked) and that I should bring back the bill. I did as I was told- however I signed the incident report. I called multiple times to speak to the manager who was extremely rude and said I refused medical care. He would not listen to the fact that I was told the incorrect information. I contacted Corporate and I got NO REPONSE! I then also contacted the Better Business Bureau and they continued the same lie- It is an awful company and hotel. I would NEVER RECCOMEND anyone stay in any Comfort Inn. The concern for their patrons is despicable. They lack appropriate training and customer service skill.
i reserved a room at the Comfort inn at 4171 boatways road Fort Myers room 308 on May 25 well the room was full of roaches told the person who was in charged and the first thing he said was that he didn't had an extra room and because it was a long weekend there were no manager i checked out earlier was the worst memorial day weekend. i hope something be done about this matter because they should'nt serve any food having roaches in the hotel . i would never recommend this franchise to no one.
Recently I had to take wife to the Cleveland clinic in ohio. She had to have heart surgery and we stayed at the Comfort Inn Cleveland .
I can't tell you enough how great the staff at this hotel was at a trying time we were going throigh.Everyone from the desk, shuttle drivers, cleaning staff and any other employees we had contact with were always great and it was a pleasure staying there.
I understood why things were moving so well after meeting the general manager Max , he was very sympathetic to put situation being from out of town and tried yo make our stay as enjoyable as possible under the circumstances.
We ended up having to move our stay from an expected 10 days to 22 days
Due to the wife also having emergency surgery for gallbladder removal pm top of the heart problem.
It Don't think we would have made it as well as we did if it wasn't for the people working at this hotel.
You could tell Max is a good leader and by doing so his staff followed his lead.
Thanks to all of you .

Our nightmare was Comfort in Antioch California. We checked in and upacked and in the middle of the night found out the toilet was broken, moved to another room tried taking a shower had no water pressure. We were there for a funeral so dried off and went to my sisters so the next night I tr ou ed it again same results went to the front desk and was put in another room tried to shower again the drain was plugged and flooded the room! Moved again and was told by the front desk we would be compensated for all the trouble but the next day was told all they could do is take 30 bucks off my bill! And was told I was lying about the 2nd rooms water pressure! The hotel was under renovation and not many people were there hence no money back! I will never stay in a comfort Inn again! I believe in working with anyone thru problems because I'm a business owner but if I had to move 4 out the 5 days I was there something should have been done!
