Culvers Kissimmee FL Disappointing

Culvers, Bad Service and now bad food also. We visited the drive through of the Kissimmee Fl store operated by Nick Haman. We ordered fast and then had to wait more that 20 minutes. They knew that had a problem as they gave us a comp coupon for another visit, No Way Again.We ordered at 7:47:41. 20 minutes later the food came out. We ordered 1 chicken meal with onion rings and a tea, and one fish sandwich meal and diet rootbeer. The onion rings were cooked in the same grease as the fish or it was very old grease. Un edible!!! The chicken sandwich was good my girlfriend said. But dry with nothing on it. So we had to go inside for condiments. Then I opened my fish, (your bread is always the best). But now the size of your fish and bun for the fish sandwich is so small it should be a kids meal. OMG the smallest ever. And the ticket was $24.27. Not event close to a meal in size at other competitive fast food. I live for when you serve Wallie Pike. But I think I may stick to Five Guys for the future meals.

Culvers, Suggestions for Improvement. Hello, I have two concerns: The order sign should be placed where customers can see the menu before being asked for their order. Why not offer a burger with all the toppings included instead of charging extra for each one? The Smash Burgers are really smashed—I’d prefer a bit more beef in my burger. The fries were great, but the burger could use some improvement. I know I’m not the only one who has noticed this.

Culvers, Quality of food. Quality of fish are now smaller . Fries are hard and smaller. It would be sad if company turns in to a McDonalds !
