Culvers Tohma WI Excellent Service

Culvers in Tohma Wisconsin great service. I was returning from deer hunting at my cabin in Melrose, Wisconsin , I went through the drive-through when I got to the service window. I discovered I left my wallet back at camp. The manager said the food is made, and it is yours to eat. We understand things like this happen. It was an act of kindness that I will not forget. I am a very loyal Culvers fan and will continue to be.Great people👍

Culvers, Some people packing orders do not pay attention to what is written on the order. On 10-19-24 at Culvers on Copans Road in Margate, FL, I ordered a hamburger Value Basket and a Shake. I told the lady taking my order that I didn’t want salt on anything. She printed that on the ticket. I took my order home, and the hamburger did not have any salt. The French Fries had so much salt on them that they felt like they had sand on them. I had to throw them out. I went back to the restaurant a few days later to speak to the manager. I was told that the manager was busy and that the person taking orders would help me. I explained what happened and that the manager should be told that the people making up the orders need to pay attention to the printed ticket. I also told him that I didn’t expect anything for free. He looked at me like I was crazy. I just said thanks and that I was sure that my concern would be ignored. I will never go back to Culvers again.

Culvers Butterburger Issue

Culvers, A Tainted Butterburger. Honestly, I never had any issues with this Culvers…but, now I’m just extremely 100% offended. something is a bit fishy about the manager at the Glendale Culver’s. Because, I’ve had bodily fluids in my burger…and he thought it was funny? How disgusting, ignorant, and messed up! I feel like I don’t have to prove to him about a photo of the Butterburger, when I actually HAD an actual Butterburger on me!

Culvers, when I went there I ordered 2 Georges Chili Supremes and I was given cold chili and tasted awfu.l I also ordered just three pieces of fish no fries, no slaw, no roll, and no drink. I was charged $19.00 dollars for just the three pieces of fish never ever again…

Culvers No Senior Discount

When I went to order after saying hello I said “I’m a Senior.

I was given zero discount. I was born in 1954. I told 2 employees that I didn’t get my discount. No one took care of it. I was told next time to let them know after I order…what???

I was not asked if I wanted my receipt and it was crushed. I asked for it after and got it. Why did I receive no compensation or no discount?
