Culvers, We Love Culvers, but I’m wondering if you’ve changed your burger meat? The last three times I’ve been there, the Butter Burger doesn’t have the usual buttery flavor as usual and tastes different – also not the usual flat, crispy edges. Burgers just haven’t been as good. Have you changed the meat or added a filler? People have mentioned same on the Nextdoor App in our area. The establishment is always busy, clean and the employees are wonderful!

We Have So Many Employees Here That They Don’t Know English? But The Hair Is Totally Gross; Anyone Handling Food Needs To Be Wearing Hair Nets; Honestly, And The Burgers Are Smash Flat Burgers; We Won’t Be Going Back To Culvers; They Are Disgusting;

Culvers, Customer service is a thing of the past. We had high hopes brimming with excitement with our new Culvers in the Cincinnati Springdale Tri-County area. The restaurant started off great, but of course you brought in the A team to get them going. I think the location is one of your newer locations, having been open maybe a year or so. It appears this location has lost a good manager and like every place else you can’t find young people who want to work. Recently, the restaurant had a total and complete meltdown, which I’m sure you heard about. People were walking out in disgust, their orders were taking 40–50 minutes. Even the Door-Dash folks left in disgust, having to email their customers because the food wasn’t coming up. I went back to give your location another try because when it’s working the food is very good. The lag-time did not improve. Maybe this franchisee is cutting cost by hiring cheaper labor and we have to suffer. Yes, I totally understand there are many things in the world much worse. We are all going to suffer with the state of the world. I just wanted to mention that food is comfort and a great butter-burger just makes you feel better if just for a minute or two. The location is a mess. Please help them get better because my other Culvers are too far away. My friend wanted a Culvers gift card for her birthday, but I’m going with Chick-fil-A who have mastered fast food and quality.

Culvers, I love Culvers but…I am offended you have trained your order takers to assume I want a double burger. No, I do not. It’s a tricky way to increase revenues, but I don’t like it.

Culvers, Compliment Culvers in Matteson Illinois. We purchase from Culvers often. We especially are pleased with the Matteson IL store #348. We usually go through the drive through. Everyone is polite. The food is always fresh. We are Seniors. We appreciate how polite everyone is. We can understand them when they are taking our order. We want to say, Thank You!
