BurgerFi Corporate Office, Headquarters & Phone Number

🗨  Comments

BurgerFi is an American fast-casual restaurant chain known for chef-inspired burgers, fresh-cut fries, onion rings, frozen custard, chicken, hot dogs, vegetarian options, and craft beverages. The brand was founded in South Florida and operates both company-owned and independently franchised restaurants.

Consumers commonly search for BurgerFi’s corporate office address or phone number when they need help with an incorrect order, missing food, refund, BurgerFi Rewards account, gift card, restaurant employee interaction, delivery order, franchise inquiry, or unresolved customer-service complaint.

How to Contact BurgerFi Corporate Office

BurgerFi’s official website currently directs customer complaints and restaurant feedback through an online contact form. The former publicly traded BurgerFi company vacated its Fort Lauderdale corporate office during its 2024 bankruptcy, so older directory listings may show an address that is no longer current.

The number 1-561-844-5528 remains published by BurgerFi for website and customer-support assistance. BurgerFi’s contact form asks customers to provide their email address, phone number, restaurant location, visit date, receipt image, and details about the experience.

BurgerFi states that it normally responds to online feedback within two to three business days.

How to Escalate a BurgerFi Complaint

The appropriate complaint process depends on whether the concern involves an in-store purchase, app order, missing food, delivery, refund, gift card, rewards account, restaurant employee, or independently owned franchise location.

  1. Contact the BurgerFi restaurant where the order or incident occurred and ask to speak with the manager or general manager.
  2. Keep the receipt, order number, restaurant address, visit date, approximate time, photographs, app screenshots, and names of employees involved.
  3. Clearly explain what happened and state the resolution you are requesting, such as replacement food, a refund, rewards credit, gift-card adjustment, or management follow-up.
  4. If the restaurant does not resolve the concern, submit the official BurgerFi customer-feedback form.
  5. Include the specific BurgerFi location because many restaurants are operated by independent franchise owners.
  6. Attach a receipt image when available and retain copies of the form, emails, screenshots, and any promised refund or credit.
  7. If the matter remains unresolved, request that it be escalated to the franchise owner, district manager, regional representative, or corporate customer-support team.

For orders placed through DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or another delivery platform, determine which company processed the charge and refund. Customers may need to contact both BurgerFi and the delivery service.

For food-quality or food-safety concerns, keep the receipt, product photographs, packaging, and a description of the food’s condition. Urgent safety concerns can also be reported to the appropriate local health department.

Do not publish complete payment-card numbers, account passwords, home addresses, full gift-card numbers, employee identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information in a public review.

BurgerFi was founded in 2011 in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Florida. The company describes the concept as chef-founded and continues to market the menu as chef-driven.

The brand developed around the “better burger” restaurant category, offering an elevated alternative to traditional fast food while retaining counter service, online ordering, takeout, and delivery.

Who Owns BurgerFi?

BurgerFi is privately owned by the restaurant group led by Happy Asker, founder and chief executive officer of Savvy Sliders.

The group also operates or is associated with Savvy Sliders, Happy’s Pizza, and Fat Boy’s Pizza. BurgerFi became part of this restaurant portfolio in December 2024.

Casey Biehl serves as group president for BurgerFi and the related restaurant brands. Public information does not currently identify a separate BurgerFi-only chief executive officer.

Is BurgerFi Still a Public Company?

No. BurgerFi is now privately held and the former Nasdaq stock symbol BFI should not be presented as a current stock listing.

BurgerFi International became publicly traded in 2020 after combining with a special-purpose acquisition company. The public company later encountered financial problems, entered bankruptcy, and sold its restaurant assets.

Did BurgerFi File for Bankruptcy?

Yes. BurgerFi International, Inc. and affiliated companies filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on September 11, 2024, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The filing included the former corporate-owned BurgerFi and Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza operations. Franchise-owned BurgerFi restaurants were generally not debtors in the bankruptcy and continued operating.

TREW Capital Management acquired the BurgerFi assets through the bankruptcy process. The BurgerFi brand was then sold in December 2024 to the restaurant group led by Happy Asker.

A final decree closing certain bankruptcy cases and ending claims-noticing services was entered in June 2025.

Is BurgerFi Still in Business?

Yes. BurgerFi restaurants continue to operate following the bankruptcy and ownership change.

The brand had approximately 85 restaurants in 15 states when it was acquired by its current ownership group in December 2024. The number of locations may change as restaurants open, close, relocate, or transfer between operators.

Customers should use BurgerFi’s official restaurant locator to verify whether a particular location remains open and to confirm its telephone number and hours.

Does BurgerFi Still Own Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza?

No. BurgerFi and Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza are no longer owned by the same company.

The former BurgerFi International acquired Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in 2021. During the 2024 bankruptcy, the two restaurant brands were sold separately. BurgerFi was acquired by the restaurant group behind Savvy Sliders, while Anthony’s was purchased by a different ownership group.

BurgerFi’s Menu and Restaurant Concept

BurgerFi’s menu varies by restaurant but may include:

  • Angus beef burgers
  • Cheeseburgers and specialty burgers
  • Chicken sandwiches, tenders, and sliders
  • VegeFi and other vegetarian options
  • Hot dogs
  • Fresh-cut fries
  • Onion rings
  • Frozen custard and shakes
  • Beer and wine at participating locations
  • Kids’ meals
  • Limited-time and location-specific menu items

BurgerFi states that its beef is sourced from cattle that are not exposed to added hormones or antibiotics. The company clarifies that this claim applies specifically to its burgers and burger buns and does not necessarily apply to every menu item.

BurgerFi Rewards

BurgerFi operates a rewards program through its website and mobile ordering system. Members may earn rewards on qualifying purchases and receive promotions, birthday offers, or other benefits.

Customers experiencing missing points, account-access problems, duplicate accounts, unavailable rewards, or app-order concerns should keep screenshots and receipts and submit a request through the official contact form.

BurgerFi Franchises

Many BurgerFi restaurants are owned and operated by independent franchisees. Franchise owners are typically responsible for local hiring, restaurant management, staffing, refunds, operating hours, and day-to-day customer service.

BurgerFi currently seeks experienced single-unit and multi-unit restaurant operators. Its published franchise qualifications include at least $500,000 in liquid assets and a net worth of at least $1 million for each restaurant proposed.

Prospective franchisees can call 1-888-799-5528, call or text 1-561-312-1611, or email fr*********@******fi.com.

BurgerFi Reviews, Complaints and Customer Feedback

Reviews submitted to CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com describe both positive and negative experiences with BurgerFi restaurants, mobile orders, management, staffing, food preparation, and customer-service follow-up.

Complaints and feedback on the existing page have commonly mentioned:

  • Missing or incorrect food: Customers have described burgers, drinks, patties, or other items being omitted from app and takeout orders.
  • Food becoming cold: One reviewer described having to return to a restaurant after discovering missing food, causing the rest of the order to become cold.
  • Manager responses: Some feedback has criticized managers for failing to apologize, explain a resolution, or acknowledge the inconvenience caused by an incorrect order.
  • Refunds and promised credits: A customer reported receiving the wrong type of burgers and later attempting to obtain a promised store credit.
  • Understaffing: One review praised a hardworking employee but questioned why the employee appeared to be operating much of the restaurant alone.
  • Location availability: A visitor described traveling to a BurgerFi food truck during its advertised hours but finding it unattended and receiving no answer by telephone.
  • Employee recognition: Some submissions have praised individual employees for working hard, remaining courteous, and handling multiple restaurant responsibilities.
  • Menu suggestions: One visitor suggested BurgerFi introduce a chopped-cheese sandwich as a new menu item.

These reviews represent individual experiences and do not reflect every BurgerFi restaurant. Service, staffing, food preparation, refund policies, hours, and complaint handling can vary because many locations are operated by different franchise owners.

As additional reviews are submitted, this section can be updated to identify broader complaint patterns involving orders, app performance, food quality, staffing, refunds, rewards, and management responses.

BurgerFi Chopped Cheese Suggestion

March 6, 2025

BurgerFi, Chopped Cheese Profits. As a supporter of all things BurgerFi, I cannot stand idly by as the company continues to miss out on a significant market share by being the first major burger chain to offer a Chopped Cheese on their menu. This is a regional dish that could go National and rival the cheesesteak. March 5, 2025 10:38pm.

BurgerFi Poor Customer Service Wellington FL

April 19, 2024

Poor Customer Service and inexperienced manager! I just spent $50+ for 3 meals on the app. When I arrived to pick it up, (Wellington store) I needed to buy just a Meat patty as I did not see where to add it to the burger bowl. I also needed lettuce and tomato on the side for my elderly mother. I paid for the additional patty and the gracefully gave me the lettuce and tomato on the side. We waited and I thought everything was in the bag so I left. When I got to my moms I thought they had added the meat patty to a bun so I took it off and added it to my salad bowl. Then we looked for the burger I ordered her and it was not there. Also the soda we ordered with 2 milkshakes was not there. We did get the shakes. So I drove back up explaining what happened with the meat patty ( which they handed me cold after they forgot to give it to us) and that I needed a new burger because the order had been mixed up. I say this all to say that I am a school principal and customer service is my number one thing aside from safety. When I asked to speak to the manager to explain what happened they continued to ring me up for a $9 burger taking my

Total order to over $60 for 3 people I didn’t want anything for free however knowing that they messed the order up, left out the extra patty and the soda and I had to drive back up to get my

Mom’s food, it should have been at least offered to not charge for this simple single cheese burger. It’s like he had zero idea how to talk with a customer that was upset but being nice and said I didn’t want anything. So he was like ok and walked a way. Not even a sorry miss. I always like to know when my staff needs support especially my admin team so I can help make them the best. Totally disappointed with what happened today especially after a long day at school. And now my own food is cold. I truly hope If anyone else has an issue, he knows how to help. He’s certainly not teaching his front line staff how to help.

Attn BurgerFi Complaint Department

December 13, 2022

I have been a customer for 5 years or so since you opened on Atlantic Ave in Delray. I do not eat red meat but enjoy Beyond Burger. In late October I placed an order, and when I arrived home, it was clear that the wrong order(all meat burgers, etc) was mistakenly been given to me. I called the store and spoke to Greg, who said he was the manager. He asked me to stop by the next day and he would give me a credit($19.00). I did, and he said for my trouble, the next step would give me dinner at the house. He said to ask for him or any manager. I did so today, and the original issue and poor service were compounded. The cashier, who claims she was the manager, assured me that there is not now, nor has there ever been, a Greg working there. She made me feel like I was trying to steal a burger today. She called someone, and then gave it to me for free, including an extra dose of attitude. Wrong thing to do. I bent over backward to accept the honest mistake you all, in front of my son, which made me feel like a criminal. I have been to this BF dozens of times, as well as your FLL location, and the new one on Glades. Just sharing honest customer feedback, but that will be my last time at one of your restaurants. Nice to see the expansion and success, but with this customer service attitude, you have become like all the rest.

Burger Fi Food Truck

December 13, 2022

I walked over to the parked Truck at 200 W Cypress Creek, which I had checked online and was supposed to be open from 11am to 4pm on Friday 7/14/2023. However, when I arrived at around 1pm, no one was attending to the truck and no one answered when I knocked on the doors. I even called their customer service line, but no one picked up. This was really disappointing and made me think twice about going back.
