Fatburger Henderson NV Disappointing Experience

Fatburger, My family and I decided to go to Fatburger Henderson, NV, after a long day of moving our daughter. We paid $56 for 4 horrible; at Best; food. Our burgers we cold, extremely messy. We live 5 minutes from the establishment. Buns fell apart, like very old, freezer burnt, buns. We ordered one order each of “crispy” fries – $6.89, they were cold and limp, only 17 fries; for 4 people; in the bag and they were the bottom of their freezer bag crumb fries. Onion rings – $6.89 were also cold. We had to put everything in our air fryer to heat up and crisp up. $56 for this! We have been patronizing this particular Fatburger since the 90s. We will Never Go Back, and will make sure Everyone we know to not patronize that place as well. It is truly appalling what places charge today! We all understand that is what the world has come to, but to charge outrageous prices and put out Totally Terrible Food, service , etc is unacceptable! Bye Bye FatBurger Henderson, NV.

Fatburger Disappointing Customer Service

Fatburger, Worse than McDonalds. From Calgary Alberta Canada: ordered from location on 32nd Avenue NE a Cheddar Mushroom Burger. Burger patty itself was thin and tasteless. Mushrooms were under a minuscule amount of the worst parts of the lettuce, with a piece of onion and maybe a Tsp of mayo. Ensemble looked like someone sat on it. Total waste of money. I recommend no one order from here. I’ll never order from a Fatburger again.

Fatburger, grill not working. I visited the Redmond WA store at 7:05pm on 9/8/24. I was told the grill was not working by a short Mexican guy and could not order food. I said what do you mean your grill is not working? He said the grill is broke. And yet, there were customers sitting in the lobby eating. Wow. I walked out.
