Reach Jack in the Box Corporate Office 

Jack in the Box, Jacklistens.com This site states that fourteen-digit code is invalid, and this has been occurring for a couple of months, yet when I use the 1-858-876-0461 there is no problem. Perhaps a system glitch?

The Jack in the Box on 805 W Manchester Ave Los Angeles, CA 90044. This cashier on the drive through was very rude. She didn’t want to give me what I ask for but prior she called a person on the drive through a ***** and said you can stay parked all day long. I don’t care she said. Why would someone hold up a drive through for 10 minutes because she didn’t want to give a customer 2 packs of Ketchup. That man is known to people and she is putting the restaurant at risk and danger because if that guy comes back his said he will come back the restaurant. Anyways I had to return because she only put 2 sugar packs for my coffee and I needed 10 packs. I went inside ask for the sugar and she said move, I have to get the food to this man. I said No you have me drive back for something that should of been done at the driveway. This person needs to be fired or re-trained. There is no room to get customers upset. You don’t need to work there because your putting other employees at risk with her nasty attitude. I will be writing tot he CEO this is unacceptable behavior for an employee. Everything was on camera. I asked her name just to see if she will tell the truth and she said Maria when her name is Laticia which is on the receipt she gave me.

Jack in the box, 5 stars but where did my Mini Chimis and brownies go??? I was dreading the day. I went to Jack in the Box today and was told they no longer had Mini Chimis. More than disappointed! I have made a steady diet of these since you first offered them and hoped you would put them on the regular menu. As before, I had hoped you would bring the brownies back too, they were the best I’ve had anywhere in years. Please, Give Me My Mini Chimis Back!

The worst Jack in the Box that I have been to. My wife and I were happy to see a Jack in the Box here but the location is seriously wrong because after waiting for about an hour in my order was wrong, short and after calling back to report the problem to one of the managers but she just blew me off by telling me that I had to come back and wait in line with the messed up food just for my order to be replaced and I feel that isn’t worth my time and wear and tear of my vehicle not to mention the gas. I was missing a jumbo sandwich with bacon and large onion rings instead I received a regular burger and medium onion ring and also missing a regular fry.

Jack in the Box, Please bring back the breakfast bowls! I loved the breakfast bowls you used to have. I would love if you could bring it back.
