CVS Pharmacy Davison NC Issue

October 16, 2024

CVS Pharmacy, I’ve been using this pharmacy for 10 years in the past few years it has gotten horrible. Supposedly the pharmacist name is Brooke. She hung up on me for four days. They’ve said they’ve been working on Omnie Pod pumps for my 12-year-old daughters insulin and didn’t have it, but didn’t call me and when she said she didn’t have it I could take it upon myself to call around and find another place that she didn’t have to worry with me, I have her tape and this is not her first time in the past six months. She’s pretty much said that she didn’t care about her job or her patients amazes me that she still has a job there is no one to contact or no service number, so I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone, anyone sees this email please reach out to me. We have a severe problem. I’ll shallow Church Road CVS Davison, North Carolina.

CVS Customer Service Issue

September 16, 2024

CVS, taotal lack of communication. I was a given a 4:430 pm appointment for COVID and flu vaccinations. Text communications confirm this. I received an additional text advising me to be timely or I may not be seen. I arrived promptly at 4:20 pm. After waiting 15 minutes I was told that I could not get my vaccinations as the one person responsible for doing so left at 3:00. p.m. Given the various means to reach me, why wasn’t I told in advance of coming to the location that I would not be vaccinated. I was fortunate to have driven there. While it was a waste of time and gasoline, I feel fortunate that I had not paid for a rideshare or taken public transpiration. Please consider your customers and fix this problem. As a “Customer” I don teel “Value” and the poor “service”.
