Dennys Jasper IN Disappointing Experience

May 22, 2025

Dennys, Jasper Indiana. My Mom, Dad and I stopped in for breakfast today at 10:00am. It took them 15 minutes to come get our drink order. 30 minutes later they still had not come for our order. There were three servers and only about 6-8 tables counting ours. This is the absolutely most terrible experience we have ever had any where.

Denny's Disappointing Grand Slam Pricing Issue

May 19, 2025

Dennys, I was told only the buy one Grand Slam and get one for $1.00 is only good for Monday – Friday and not the weekends. The TV add does not say that. I had to pay for 2 Grand Slams. I was so disappointed!

Dennys Lansing MI Disappointing

March 11, 2025

Dennys, Erica’s treatment against me and my fiancée was terrible, and we ended up leaving with her continuing to be rude. The Manager did nothing. It was embarrassing to say the least. I have never been treated that way in my life. The location of this Dennys is 7330 W Saginaw Hwy, Lansing, MI 48917. It happened March 8th around 8:30 a.m.

Dennys Buckeye AZ Disappointing

March 2, 2025

Dennys, My family ate at Denny’s in Buckeye, AZ. The service was good, but the food was really Bad! Three of my daughters and myself ordered nachos. They were so salty we could hardly eat them. My fourth daughter’s food was also too salty; she had to send it back. But the thing is, when they brought her new food, they still messed up her order. Never again will my family eat at Denny’s.

Dennys Disappointing Experience

February 17, 2025

Dennys, Server Sleeping. At approximately 4:30AM, my sister and I visited this restaurant; the employees were sleeping. We sat ourselves since no one was available to seat us. My flight was later in the morning, so we decided to have breakfast and play a card game. At approximately 5:30, a male employee appeared and the (female) employee woke up. She rudely asked us to leave the area we were sitting in, as her boss was coming in and no one was supposed to be sitting in that area. Well, had she been awake, she could’ve sat us in the appropriate area. I asked if we could finish our game, she and the male employee exchanged glances and reluctantly said “yes”, but as the clock ticked on, she rudely asked us again because the boss was coming in. We picked another booth; she did Not seat us; and the male employee gave us menus and offered drinks. At approximately 6:20AM, we informed another (female) employee who appeared if she could take our food order? she said, “in a minute” and disappeared. There was only one other table with patrons. Seven minutes later, she returned to ask us what we would like to order. For an establishment to advertise open 24 hours and when patrons enter, not greeted and the employees are asleep this is unacceptable. And then to be treated poorly because we were sitting in an area that was “off limits” is wrong. To wait over five minutes for a server to take an order is ridiculous. Denny’s you can do better!!
