  • I would like a refund for my BLOCKED annual pass and for the $25 I paid for parking. This is the first time I tried to use it. I drove almost 2 hours and paid $25 for parking only to be turned away at the entrance. I am 65 years old, and this was a gift from my son. I was also told by TWO employees that I could get my parking fee back. They just pointed to a lane that just exited the parking lot. I thought Disney cared. I am so disappointed.

  • I won 4 Disney Land tickets from KEARTH101 radio station before April 2018. I had to wait until Disney sent the tickets before I had to go to their station on Wilshire Blvd to pick them up. I gave them to 2 high school relatives for an Easter gift. These tickets were valid until Sept. 15-16, 2018. They went to Disneyland on Sept. 8, 2018 before the expiration date. The Disney employee told them the tickets had already been cashed in. How that could happen I don't know since they hadn't been to Disney Land since they had received the tickets as a gift. Therefore I can only surmise that Disney either furnished the radio station with already used Complimentary tickets or they had ticket numbers that were printed on tickets multiple times. I know Disney isn't a charitable organization so they do not give tickets to the Entertainment Industry without getting a tax deduction for their corporation. Funny I should mention that because I will receive a 1099 from Entercom Communications for the tickets I won from their radio station for $500+ when they actually had a value of $0 dollars. I was embarrassed to receive a call from the boys to hear the tickets were invalid. I had to take money over to DL to allow them to get into the park. Hey Disney this example of your kindness will be blabbed around two Long Beach High Schools. Good job Disney I hope your Company is proud of their actions. I have also Advise KEARTH of how the tickets were invalid.

  • I won 4 Disneyland tickets from KEARTH before April this year and the tickets had an expiration date of Sept. 15 or 16, 2018. I gave them to 2 high school relatives for an Easter gift. They went to Disney Land last weekend 9/8/18 and they were told they were already cashed in. I would like to know what the heck Disney is doing donating tickets to local radio stations that are either have already been use or if there these complimentary tickets were printed with duplicate numbers so once one set was used the remaining tickets were no good. I was extremely embarrassed to receive a call from the kids from Disneyland stating the park employee said the tickets "had already been cashed in". These tickets were provided by Disneyland to KEARTH 101 radio station to use as promotional contests on their station. I had to meet the kids at Disneyland and provide money to buy new tickets so they could enjoy their day. I will never purchase any type of Disney products or attend any Disney Movies or other type of productions in the future. You should not get tax deductions for issuing bogus tickets to the Entertainment industries because the people that win the tickets end up getting 1099's so they have to pay taxes on the prize value in this case, I will receive a 1099 for $500+ and the true value turned out to be ZERO. Good job Disney. This incident will be spread over 2 Long Beach High Schools. Hope you enjoy the good will you have caused.

  • I recently stayed at the Paradise Pier hotel for a 3 night 2 day vacation. This trip was a going away present for my son and when getting ready to leaver I noticed that my car had been hit with no info left. The hotel called security, gave me the number for the claims dept. adn i filed a police report. I arrived on 7-12-18 left 7-15-18. I called claims dept. sat on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer. I have spoke with the hotel manager and she sent an email to them, it is now the 23rd and have recieved no calls from the claims dept. no follow up calls about any security footage they were supposed to pull to see if they could see the vehicle that hit me. I have to say for spending my entire saving on this trip for my son, who had never been before $2000. I am extremely dissapointed in the handling of this situation , for the amount of money paid for this trip I would have expected this situation to be handled in a much faster time frame than it has been. I am now faced with a $500 deductible to get my car fixed, which i dont have since I used all my money for this trip. Needless to say it will probably be the last time I ever stay at a resort hotel or even visit disneyland again

  • I had the same issue, I went to California adventure on Oct 25 2017. About 6 of the ride were not working. We waited in a long line we got on to a ride and was ask to get off because the ride is not working. We got off maybe ten minutes later the ride was working again, we had to get in line and wait all over again.

  • Happiest place on earth my a**! I've never been so furious! I booked a huge package with a travel agent for my daughters 5th birthday it included the hotel stay (paradise pier) 2 day park hopper passes for 5 people, car rental and even dining with the characters (the princesses) the trip was horrible we would stand in line for 45mins plus to get close to the front and the ride would go down, the firework shows were cancelled on both nights! one of the workers from Indiana Jones was rude to my grandma just because she doesn't speak English well. we had teenage kids and adults cussing in front of my 5 year old, line cutters!! after the trip we didn't get to enjoy i called when we arrived back home we had traveled from phoenix. they comped our passes so we planned another trip back this passed October 2016, we even bought tickets for mickeys Halloween party for 5 people (so we didn't just use the comp passes) we were in the park no more then an hour before my daughter became severely sick she had vomited all over herself so we had to leave I even stopped at guest services to see what could be done so we would lose the tickets. they said to call the customer service line and they will take care of it. I called yesterday 8/8/2017 the phone rep ALEXIS was the rudest phone rep I've ever spoken to she has the never to ask me rudely why it took me almost a year to follow up so I let her have it! if you must know why i didn't do the fallow up its because 2 weeks after our trip in October i gave birth to my stillborn daughter!! she had no remorse for the way she treated me all she said is there is NOTHING I CAN DO! she didn't even let me finish she cut me off and made it seem like i was trying to get something for free! im a huge Disney fan and so is my daughter i travel to Disney at least once a year even before i had my daughter. Disney is a multi million dollar company im very disappointed as a fan of anything Disney. i also have tons of family in California who are annual pass holders I have contacted them to let them know how badly and heartless i was treated and they would be renewing anymore passes.

  • Hi my name is Nadia M and I have never bin treated with so much disrespect in all my times at Disney walk in California my husband my son and I ordered sat and ate at "La Brea Bakery " in down town Disney my son is 5 years old and went back to the bakery to ask a lady for a price on a croissant and poked one of the breads then one of the rudest cast members yelled at him and continued on to yell at me and my husband and giving us dirty looks I then got up to see what her problem was and told her to not yell at my son but tell me and told her to F off I went in and told the manager there what she did and she walked in and started making a scene saying we told our son to steal and that we was out side laughing I told her we was laughing at a joke and we sent him in to check on a price for food yet she still argued she said "we threw away 2 breads cuz he poked them" I told her I don't care Disneyland can afford it the manager had to yell at her and tell her to shut up and leave I explained to the manager what happened then I let her know ITS PEOPLE LIKE HER THAT ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL WITH OTHER PEOPLES CHILDREN THAT RUIN COMING TO DISNEYLAND FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME ,I HAVE 3 DOLLERS TO PAY FOR A DAMN PICE OF BREAD WHY WOULD I TELL MY BOY TO STEAL IT SHE NEEDS TO BE PUT IN CHECK SHE SHOULDNT WORK THERE IF SHE CAN ACT LIKE THAT WITH THE KIDS I had a horrible time we left right after that happened SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE RULES NEED TO BE MORE STRICT CONCERNING OUTBURST WITH VISITORS

  • My name is John H III and I have continuously have encountered extremely horrific service from majority of personal when I suddenly had my first concern in past 15 years I've been visiting the parks. I took my purchased tickets to 2 events through the food and wine festival in April at the Anaheim park. My visit date was 16th of April due to a birthday date I had planned. Ultimimately it was not disclosed that park admission was necessary when I purchased the events. After I followed up a few days before event this information was discovered which we found a resolution. From there everything went downhill. Everything from realizing once we arrived the purchased events were overlapping, my date got food poisining after we asked for ingredients (which we were refused), we were offered to return the following week (which never happened). That was imperative because I'd be out of town the last weekend!! Now we have t wait a year. By the way due to food poisoning we were unable to meet our dinner reservations that evening in LA at the Boniventure hotel. Since then we have tried vigorously to contact the proper personnel to resolve concerns to our liking and now we a being routed to someone specific at the location whom is not only unhelpful but rude and arrogant like most of the staff. I want to speak with headquarters directly and nobody at the park level. We are extremely livid. I have given Disneyland 3 months to find a mutual resolution. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional. Disney has all my contact information so you can please reach out to me through the vague and inaccurate account of reporting they have made. I repaeat, I do not want to be contacted by anyone on the park level. Please have corporate respond to me by phone or email. Arrival date 4.16.2016

  • I called Disneyland Orlando this morning to ask a question to a csr rep who schedules travel to this location, It was a heartwrenching story about the little boy snatched by allgator….the phone rep that answered my call made light of the ordeal and an says well it's Florida. Large signs should be posted about dangerous alligators near the beach, PARENTS, GuARDIANS please watch ALL BABIES AND CHILDREN.

  • Today was by far the worst experience I have ever had at Disneyland! I ocassionaly have pain in my left knee. Today was one of those days. I had a brace wrapped around it from the moment I arrived. I walked up to the disabled van at the very back of the passanger loading area, while pushing my daughter in her stroller, only to be met with attitude from the driver. He asks if I need assistance because it isn't fair for the other people that are waiting in line to take the tram. I give him a look and before I could finish my thought, he cuts me off and lets us in, but makes it clear that he shouldn't be doing that, even after it was verbalized that I did in fact need assistance with the stroller that was helping me walk.

Now I wasn't about to let one person ruin my day for me. The day went on as any other at the happiest place on earth. Or so we thought. Before we decided to visit, we had looked up the hours. We noticed it closed at 8. That was fine because we generally leave between 8 and 9 in the evening. What we didn't know was that a local radio station, KOST, was having a special event after 8.

Upon exiting, we noticed a big crowd waiting to be screened by Disney security on the Downtown Disney side. They weren't being let in for some reason. That crowd was so huge, it extended to the water fountain, blocking the whole passageway. Did I mention that this was past 8pm when the general public was exiting in masses headed towards the trams after the fireworks display? There was one, 1, single file line that moving towards the trams next to the fountain. People were so frustrated and angry, they started to walk through and along the ledge of the fountain. You are aware of families visiting with children with strollers aren't you? I was on of them tonight. Disneyland, you put my daughter in danger tonight! For that reason, I called the fire department.

The crowd had no order. People could not move! Several tried to go around but were met by an employee by the name of Theo that was working the tram crowd and was trying to physically block people from passing! A woman standing by that area said she had been there for the better part of an hour and getting worse! She couldn't move because she had a stroller. I decided to try the other side where the other tram was loading.

That side was not any better. Not only was one tram loading at a time, but tram loads of people were being dropped off for the private event, making it worse! There was no clear direction for anybody to move. Once, I reached the chains blocking the other half of that side, I started to hear stories of employees telling paying visitors that they could reach the walkway to the hotels and parking lots if they just kept walking on the side that had no possible access to the walkway! A woman with a newborn of a few months was getting squeezed and pushed around because there was no order or room to move to get out! People started to ignore the tram workers and crossed the roadway where the trams drive because the situation was a dangerous one that your lack of planning and implementation created!

After close to two hours of this dangerous situation, I was able to board a tram and finally make it to my car. My daughter was terrified and luckily no physical harm came to her. I can't say the same for myself.

Tonight, your establishment and lack of organization put my family in danger. That is something that will not be overseen. I'd hate to think of the outcome had there been an emergency.

  • If I were to have that one wish upon a star, it would be that Disneyland would not be so "corporate America". It would be that they would remember what Mr. Disney had in mind for his guests, to bring a smile to everyone and a heart filled with joy. But alas, that is no longer the desire of the current Disney Corporation. And they take pride in their ability to give it to the caller as it now is, not how it used to be, as I was so pleasantly told today.

I celebrated my birthday (60th) in Disneyland. Since I am the same age as Disneyland, this has been so much fun to do. However, I must say I will most likely celebrate 70 somewhere more pleasant. Disneyland has no qualms about totally reserving all of the major restaurants in both Disneyland and California Adventure 60 days out. So unless you are aware of that, you are up the proverbial creek without the paddle and as I was so pleasantly told, all major restaurants throughout the city are doing this and if I plan on spending time anywhere I best be getting on that particular bandwagon.

Well, as for me I don't particularly like your bandwagon. You see Los Angeles and its surrounding burbs are a bit too puffed up for this gal. I don't need anything you have, nor have I lost or left anything there. So Disneyland, enjoy yourself and all you pretend to stand for.

  • My family and I went there for my granddaughters 4th birthday and my grandson's first birthday. My granddaughter and parents came to visit from Texas and my other daughter and family are from SoCal. We booked a 2 bedroom suite so we can all be together.
On the day we were leaving Aug 29th, My husband and I had packed up to leave early in the morning and we had also taken one daughter and families suitcases with us. My other daughter and family hadn't finished packing so they decided to leave their things in the room because we had until 11am to check out. We all left the room around 7:30am and my daughter and husband returned around 10:30am to get their belongings so they can get checked out. During this time someone had been in the room and stole some of their belongings. Their suitcase had been opened and gone thru and the stuff in the bathroom was taken. We stayed at the Paradise Pier in one of their 2 bedroom suites.
The thing that is so frustrating to me is as of today 10/22/15 nothing has been done to recover or reimburse them for their things that we have totaled to be around 800.00. Brand new clothes that was bought from Disneyland and Company D., Paul Mitchell straightener, bag of make-up that had name brands like Nars, Smashbox etc., Fitbit and a bag of bands. We have called several times a week and it is like pulling teeth to get a return phone call. My daughter was advised that there is a law called the Inn Keepers Statued where they are only liable for 250.00 and the proof of burden is on you to prove someone stole your belongings.
According to the person that my daughter was assigned to has also stated many times her stuff is not in the lost and found….
I would like answers to why 2 separate house keepers where in our room that morning, but the room was never cleaned. One housekeeper stated it wasn't her room to clean but later told my daughter she had been in there.
Guest Claims is making my daughter feel as if she is lying. Not cool! We haven't asked for anything except for her belongings to be replaced….
Common courtesy and customer service is lacking in the Guest Claims area. I've called and they cover the whole resort which includes the parks. Happiest place on earth isn't so happy.

  • For a company that prides themselves on customer service please find competent people with compassion and a sense of work ethic to work in your Guest Experience Services Department.

  • They want to cater to the "Rich" only. They have no ideal what Walt wants or wanted. Walt wanted a park for all to share and enjoy. They come up with these ridiculous reasons to jack prices. Also it's for the CEO.
Like Rome, all great Empires Fall…..you will soon have it Disney…Walt is not happy.

  • This is in addition to a formal complaint letter I'm writing up & sending out today about how incompetent the reps at Disneyland Resort seem to be when it comes to renewing annual passports for CA residents.
I have two Premium Annual Passports for myself and my daughter; we pay monthly. Our passports were due to renew April 30th; however, I received a card to renew early and receive a discount. I called the number given and thought everything was arranged even though I spoke with two different people on April 8th. I was given a monthly amount, NO additional downpayment as I was RENEWING not getting NEW passports. On April 30, my bank account was debited for the exact amount quoted over the phone to me.
Imagine my shock when my daughter and I went to Disneyland on Mother's Day only to be told that our passports had expired! The reps there tried their best to find out what had happened, and of course, I couldn't check with my bank because it was a Sunday and it was closed. I was given phone numbers to call the following week but in the meantime, one of the managers gave us comp tickets for the day because of the snafu and it WAS Mother's Day.
So begins the weird experiences and seeming incompetence. I first went to my bank and launched an investigation on my end in order to prove my side of the story. That a payment had, in fact, been debited from my account. At that time, only the amount was showing still pending but not who it was designated for. I do not pretend to understand how the electronics of banking works. That investigation could actually take 10 business days or longer. In the meantime, the money is out of my account and can't even be refunded back to me, to start over with the Disneyland business, until the investigation is final. So, I'm out that money for the time being.
Fast forward then to today, 5/18…three calls and three reps at Disneyland Resort passport departments. In the end, I was told I could simply treat this as new passports but at a discounted rate; however, I would have to pay $99 each downpayment. I'm a disabled Navy veteran, and a widow, on a limited income. Getting the passports on a monthly payment basis is still a luxury but it helps to have something fun and positive to go to once in a while; be able to forget loss and pain and frustration at least for a day here and there. More so for my daughter as my physical health is not good but I do have a good day once in a while and going to Disneyland helps our mental health.
After what I've gone through today though, negativity seems to intrude once again. I only get paid once a month; a payment was already taken out as a renewal which requires NO downpayment yet now, I'm being told I have to pay $99 each passport down in addition to $56.67 each monthly before passports will be issued. Additionally, our current passport numbers will remain the same as in a RENEWAL not NEW! What??? So, why do I have to pay $99 down if in fact, they are being treated as a renewal????
I've had enough to deal with in my life; I did NOT need to be crapped on by "the happiest place on earth"!
Please take this seriously and respond accordingly. In this economy, even Disneyland can't afford to lose paying customers. Because I can promise you, if a resolution that is satisfactory to both myself and Disneyland, I will let people know my experiences. In the end, of course, it will be up to those people whether they want to continue to patronize Disneyland or not. I would keep in mind what is happening to $eaworld.

  • My family loves to go to DL, but we cannot stand Grand nights. We have been hit with pennies on rides, witnessed teens harassing characters and most are just inconsiderate to others while in the park. Our family goes once per year and typically spends in excess of a few thousand dollars just on gifts and food, not including the 4k DGC room or park tickets. Our balcony usually faces the park and at $600+ per night I do not want to hear screaming teens until 2AM. This year we noticed that the grad nights have increased leaving our family no dates to choose from to avoid this. We are now skipping our trip this year to DL and going elsewhere. I cannot wait until corporate cancels all grad nights like they did in Florida. Nice, considerate families spending lots of money during their stay are far better then $79 teens spending close to nothing while in the park and causing problems. I'm sure it's one bad apple ruins it for the whole bunch, but those are the breaks.

  • I spent FOREVER on the phone today to get information about our annual passes. why don't they just mark what type of pass you have? I guess it is a secret for the parent to know which pass you bought for your child. OF COURSE, the pass IS NOT good this week for Spring Break. I understand a Greek man took over the Disneyland park so I just want to tell you I think you are a real malaka. Disneyland has always been a disappointment. it gets a little worse each year. No I don't want to pay another $180 to bring my child today. You are not worth it. over and out!

  • This is funny to read all of this and no one comment back from disney corp….not one..This is not on yelp or any other social media sites. I am a annual pass holder but from here on out i will never purchase a pass again.

  • I had a situation occur on October 18,2014 at 1100-1110pm.
I will never ever feel like my child is safe at Disneyland again. Not one team member there offered to help when my child went missing. I went to put the stroller away prior to getting on the haunted mansion. Nathaniel was walking to Adrianna when the haunted mansion was detouring the line a different way. Nathaniel got lost in the chaos. When I went to run back to get him he was gone. I ran to the nearest team member(haunted mansion blonde female holding the sign Line starts here) and they ignored me. I kept looking not a few seconds go by I look for another team member. I found two(haunted mansion female and male at front gate) still no one helped me. I went to three other team members who were cleaning there kioske (next to haunted mansion 2 females and 1 male) they all just looked at each other. I once again ran to the two team members at the haunted mansion again and finally the female cast member called security. One security member showed up and that was the last I saw of her (white shirt, black pants, hat on, and hair pulled back brown hair). I had a mom come up to me and tell me she would help me find him. Finally after a life time of time went by we found him over at the jack store where some guy tried purchasing him a lollipop. The man even asked the women (who works at the kioske) if he could buy it for him. They asked if it was his child he said no. They told the man who walked up to him if it was up to him if he wanted to purchase it (2 women at the kioske across from the night mare before christmas store). You would think that would clue you in to call security but nothing. Another mom held onto him until I got there. I finally got there and the two female team members said oh he's been wondering for some time now and he is just so friendly. He says he needs to go potty. No one ever followed up to see if I found my child. It scares me to think I may have never seen Nathaniel again. What would Disney of done if someone would of walked out of the park with my son. NO one seemed to know what the protocol was for a lost child. Thank you to the parents who helped me find my little boy. It takes two seconds for them to be gone. I want everyone to know this. Because when we went to file a formal complaint at City Hall even the staff member (Emily) there didn't know the protocol. She went numerous times to the back to talk to her "lead" who never came to make sure my child was okay or address my concerns. I requested the lead or the manager two times and no one ever came up there. I requested a follow up to make sure something is being done to assure me this will never happen again to me or another child and their family. The answer I got was well we don't follow up we just contact the acting supervisors on those units and let them know. I am sorry, but that is not a good of enough answer for me. Something more should of been done.I only got a follow up call when I posted something on Disneyland's social media site. I am still not happy with Disneyland. Even chuck e cheese has a safer protocol for children safety! Disneyland is a multimillion dollar company they can do something about this. I will be writing a formal letter to the CEO and Executives of Disneyland. Thanks to the situation I have had sleepless nights since this has occured because it keeps replaying in my mind that he may of never been found. I want this to go public so something will be done. My voice will be heard.

  • BEWARE of the photo pass pictures, they will blast precious pictures of your child ALL OVER THE INTERNET! With no warning either! Thanks Disney! Now my daugther is all over the world without my permission!

  • Disneyland Grand Californian Hotel and Spa Management

Re: Fabulous Employees at Disney Grand Californian Hotel and Spa

    To Whom It May Concern,

I have always believed in Magic, just to keep from growing up; totally. However, Magic is very illusive…but Richard and Shelly found a little Magic to throw my way….I guess Tinkerbell had extra magic dust today (9/27/13). I had a misunderstanding regarding tickets for the Disneyland Halloween Party….there was a lot of disappointment regarding my misunderstanding (Sold out was what I was hearing.) The misunderstanding was very convoluted to say the least, but Richard heard every word I said and listened to me….that is irreplaceable….a Resort Manager who listens. So Richard was kind enough to get the ball rolling to obtain that little bit of Magic….He was even upfront enough to tell me, while I was in disappointment mode, he would not be around on the Friday things may or may not work out, but he would make good notes for the Friday person to follow up on, regarding the tickets. Shelly, ended up being the Friday person, (felt sorry for her) and she was stellar in the follow up (her communication was great)…..Long story short…Richard and Shelly saved the day.. So much thanks I want headed their way. As their Manager or Supervisor, I felt it was imperative you know about the extra mile/customer service these two provided for me, my family and friends….Incredible….So we are now off to the Happiest Place on Earth and a huge thank you to Richard and Shelly for helping us obtain the full experience. Many Blessings to them and theirs and to you and yours.

    Most Sincerely,

A Happy Mom and Magic Believer
    Janene Gaines

  • Sunday we took our grandkids Disneyland. There were six of us so you can imagine the expense.
We stood in line to have the kids get their picture with some of the animals & were turned away three times. The final straw was we were leaving & we saw mini mouse, there was only three people in front & one of the workers told us in a firm voice sorry but you have to come back! We expained our experiance & we just wanted one picture & she sent us packing. It was so disrespectful & very sad for the kids. My grandon had painted a picture for mickey & was very dispppointed.
This was not the "Happiest place in the world!"

  • We are season pass holders and I recently took my nephew and his buddy to Disneyland Ca for thier 7th birthdays. We were hanging aorund New Orleans square after the fireworks show. My nephew and his friend were playing star wars with the light sabers purchased in Tomorrow Land. A cast member named Charles started interacting with the boys and asked them what ride they wanted to go on but could not because of long lines, they both replied Star Tours. Charles told us to wait a moment, when he returned he had passes for the boys to surpass the speedpass line, they were able to get on Star Tours, the first time for my nephew, just as the park was closing. What a great memory. Charles was an A+ employee and the kind of young man the kids will remember, he is part of the Margic in the Magic Kingdom. Since buying my passes I have gone about 6 times and although I have run into a handfull out of hundreds of employee who did not represent the Disney Standards, but I still I had fun.
I believe the poor customer service and rude people are a now the norm in America.
Rude is rude and it is unacceptable working anywhere….perhaps some of these employees should reconsider their choice of employment and their supervisors should be more vigilent. Perhaps they are overwhelmed at the volume of people. As a guest I am overwhelmed at he volume of people.
When in college I worked at a major sports and entertainment venue in Los Angeles…I would deal with thousands of people each day…if humanity started to get to us…we made sure to ask for a 5 minute breather….maybe these folks need more breathers. Perhaps Disneyland should devise a text or twiter service to report rude asap! The cast members could have a code number along with name on badges…then they could be reported on the spot. However there are aslo rude guests.
What shocked my more was the adults, cutting in line, pushing in front of children, knocking their balloons down just to see a damn Firework show…look up in the sky if you want to see the fireworks… Disneyland is for everyone…but really it's mostly for children….we adults can survive not getting a Mickey Mouse picture or riding Dumbo …we know it's pretend…let the children enjoy the wonder and magic. LINE CUTTERS SHOULD BE THROWN OUT POSTE HASTE and have tickets and if need be passes cancelled ASAP!

  • If Disney has to continue its image in the respect corner, then it should properly handle the grievances of its customers, otherwise a day may come where it should only watch when the customer come to its door. Nowadays, the customers are living god in the world and they must be worshiped properly……..

  • my daughter was injured, she suffered a cut on her arm and it should have been stitched, it wasn;t now her scar will be with her for the rest of her life, and all good ole disney gave me was $500.00, how pathetic! I sent 33 faxes to the executive of Disney and got absolutely no response, he pussied the complaint off to barry dillard in orlando.MR. Iger's office never returned my call, never! if you are a CEO, deal with the public. and if i were ceo i dame sure would see to the welfare of a 15 year old girl and see to it that she is taken care of and not brush her off to a jackass assistant! so pittiful. i will not be going back to disney any time soon.

    • I totally agree. These prices are outrageous and unreasonable. No one can afford these prices anymore, its a real shame. And shame on Disney execs who implement these prices, only to line their pockets, not thinking of the children who can't go because of the cost! You should feel very guilty, Disney bosses!

    • In the 60s & 70s everyone could afford Disneyland! Today, we have to save for years & years! Walt Disney (from his interviews) did not plan for Disneyland to end up like this. He made it for EVERYONE to enjoy, especially children. He didn't put MONEY first, he thought of PEOPLE first and their enjoyment. Show some humanity, Disney execs, and lower prices so everyone can enjoy what Walt intended us to enjoy. You could cut your power bills by putting solar panels on all your buildings.
Please do the right thing and make Disneyland a place we ALL can come to. The prices are criminal, outrageous, unacceptable, and need to be a LOT MORE REASONABLE. your families probably get in free and get discounts on everything, so you don't even give it a second thought. But please DO THE RIGHT THING, and lower the prices so all can enjoy the park as Walt Disney intended. Walt has turned over in his grave many times, I am sure, over your ghastly handling of his beloved kingdom! Open your heart and see human beings instead of dollar signs. If you don't, you will have to answer to your maker. Then, what will you say?????

When Disney was alive All were welcome , this would not have happened The magic that Disney created has turned into a festering boyell of greed and rud employee's

  • I just finished my stay at Disney Aulani here in Hawaii. I am a local person, born and raised in Hawaii. I would figure, local people would treat locals with respect. But i was wrong! We was treated very horribly and felt belittled by all of the employees. The young employees went out of their way to be rude. We got looks from a lot of people as if we are poor. We work full time and run a huge construction company here on the island. i don't ever want to stay at Aulani every again. Its not accommodating and when we made a complaint to the manager, the issue wasn't even resolved. It was just, ill talk to the person thing. We didn't only have one incident. We had a few. These incidents couldn't just be brushed off our shoulders. It was disrespectful and shame. Everyone at the pool side stared at watched when the security NEIL & VINCENT told us we wasn't allowed to be there…not even knowing that we were guest there for THREE days & paid a WHOLE lot of money to that resort. Very very shameful for them. I will definitely let people know that Aulani resort is horrible. Our weekend stay, we spent over $1,500 ! and the way we got treated was as if we were taking or steeling from them. VINCENT & NEIL should even work at that resort, i thought disney was the happiest place on earth, but we got that wrong. We always take vacations to disney land in Cali, and never got treated this way. Its more sad that we got treated so low class because we are locals just as them. Be happy that we picked to stay at that resort. I talked to corporate and to two managers at Aulani, But no calls back about the issue or what was resolved. Those two men should lose their jobs! its like they only pinpointed us! Very very sad! AULANI IS NOT A WELCOMING PLACE!

    • In reading so many sad stories of bad treatment and all the money being spent in different Disney resorts, then not even getting a problem resolved or an answer, it looks like Disney is headed down a one way road to ruin. They deserve it, the way they treat the very people who make their paycheck possible. COME ON DISNEY, WAKE UP AND VALUE YOUR GUESTS. IF YOU DONT MAKE SERIOUS CHANGES NOW, PEOPLE WILL HAPPILY BOYCOT YOUR BUSINESS, then I hope your world will come tumbling down. Maybe MAGIC JOHNSON &FRIENDS could buy up the Disney properties and put things back on Walt Disney's track! You shouldn't be running a "people" business if you can't great people properly. If I were you guys I'd be embarrassed and ashamed to be associated with Disneyland, the way you gouge the public and treat your paying GUESTS the way you do. I hope you see the light before its too late. You can't treat people badly and get away with it forever!!!

    • Why do the comments from the poor white trash that work at Disneyland offend you? They only make $14.00 per hour and are probably living in trailers, use meth and didn't finish high school. A bracero working in the fields makes more than they do. Look to the future, where your children are educated and become the bosses for these poor, misguided, misinformed and underpaid Neanderthals have to answer to a Hispanic. They don't get it, they feel that white is right.
Let's show them, get your children educated.
