Dollar Tree, The manger “Trish” needs to be replaced. I went to the store in Westlake Village today and met with the manager. There was only one register open and there was a long line of customers waiting to check out, so I went up to her and asked to if she could open another register. She didn’t answer me but did go and opened another register. When it was my turn, I said “hello” and handed her the gift card I was buying and she asked me in a very snotty tone, “How much do you want on this?” I replied “How about saying hello or welcome to me first? Her reply was “I don’t talk to rude people”. That’s What She Said To Me Word For Word! The lady behind me was appalled when she heard this. She said to me “How do they allow people like this to work here?” I asked to speak to the manager, and she said, “I am the manager”. I said you must be kidding. I then asked for her name and at first she hesitated and then she said “Trish”. Up to today my family enjoyed coming here, but after this total display of incompetent rudeness we proablby won’t, until I hear from Corporate that she’s gone!!!

Dollar Tree, I’m a newly hired employee and member of the Dollar Tree in 417 S. Main Street Goodlettsville, TN 37072. I applied to Dollar Tree online several months ago; this past Friday I found I missed a call from Dollar Tree which I returned. I’m so glad I did not ignore the message from Mr. Joe Rhodes about becoming an employee of Dollar Tree.I I told him I was still interested. and said I was still interested and the hiring process was expedient because so many stores were opening. As we help unpack and unload or simply do the logistical work for our new store for the Grand Opening this Thursday September 26, I am grateful for this Godsend opportunity to work here. Not only can I continue to shop regularly but also earn. a decent wage. The team who has been working on setting things up been an awesome bunch to work with. Ms. Tiffany the manager and Ms. Chastity who have been with Dollar Tree for over 10 years and the other ladies from other stores helping out are successfully adding another business asset and gem to the neighborhood! Many onlookers have come by already thinking we are open but as I sit near the front doing my task, I have had to personally tell them not yet but soon like the sign says! I have only been part of the family since yesterday, but I feel at home and proud already for seeing something grow form the ground up! Already I have been an announcer and advertiser to so many people, strangers, family and friends about shopping at my store but they are all regular shoppers already and very familiar with Dollar Tree Brand and philosophies. They have loved Dollar Tree as much as I have. No wonder Dollar Trees keeps growing! I love being part of something successful that continues to thrive after r63 years.! I also have encouraged other people to have a career at Dolla Tree. This job is an early Christmas gift I don’t take for granted. Thank you Mr. Rick Dreiling CEO and other Dollar Tree and Family Dollar family members.

Dollar Tree, I have been on hold over half a hour and still no one has answered my line.

Dollar Tree, Willits CA store has been out of toilet paper (4-pack) for months now, we suspect its the Management there??!! Funny thing though, is that Ft.Bragg Ca Store (20 miles West) & the 2 Ukiah Ca Stores (20 miles South) Have had no shortages (A Willits Store employee told us Today! We really enjoy your Store-concept & Products, But the Willits Store really needs new Professional Management or Hello GroceryOutlet!

Amazing Dollar Tree on 597B E Ordnance Rd, Ordnance Plaza, Glen Burnie, MD 21060. Hello: I just had to take the time out of my day to say that I have visited a multitude of Dollar Tree stores throughout the state of Maryland as I am an avid crafter and decorator. I needed to go to David’s Bridal shop in Glen Burnie and just down the walkway was the Dollar Tree. I did not really need anything, but to be right at the Dollar Tree and not go in is just irrational behavior! LOL. So I made my way into the store mindlessly looking around decided to get a few fall items. As I made my way up one and then down the second isle, I had to stop in amazement. I look around the store and noticed that there was nothing on the floors, all shelves were stocked and neatly presented to the consumer, there was not a speck of trash, the isles were free and clear of any debris of any sort. The store looked like it had just opened that morning. As I got to the counter, I saw a huge banner in the front of the store that displayed the manager’s name – Kelly – (can’t remember the last name) but she was named manager of the year. She Deserves This! This store should be a model to all other stores in the state. I want to send a Kudos to that store’s manager and the store employee’s who help to keep that store in the awesome manner that it was presented. So many times, all you get are complaints and most are relevant, but this is one time I want to give a high five and two thumbs up for a store manager’s job “Well Done”. I was very pleased to be inside of this store. Please reach out to Kelly at that address in Glen Burnie and let her and the staff know that people are watching and see the difference. I sure did!
