Dollar Tree, Good afternoon… Wild start to my new year at 0926hrs on 01/01/2025 I went to Dollar Tree store #7763 at 5013 York Road Baltimore, MD 21212 where their where no green hand baskets to use for items. So, I used a small waste basket from the shelf. only had 9 items total $9.36.the cashier was an older gentleman large (#1 male) with and large gold ring on his right hand (finger) Stated to me in a very commanding / authoritative voice/tone “you can’t do that that’s do not store policy they stole all the hand carts you should have used the big push cart and told me that I had to pay for the waste basket. well I never??? I stated why would I pay for something I didn’t take out the store and way are you even talking to me about policy? Policy is for employees I’m a customer. The man then came from around the cashier booth and stood directly in front of me in an intimidating matter. The manager (I believe she said her name was Soyna) saw the whole incident and took the cashiers side and stated that now they could not sell the waste basket that I used then refused to sell me any of their products then put me out the store. (asked/rudely…) There you have it. I will continue to report this matter tile management at Store #7763 is held accountable for there actions.

Dollar Tree, Superior Customer Service. I have visited every Dollar Tree within a 75-mile radius of my home that is located in Midland, Georgia. Dollar Tree Store# 2160 4231 Macon Rd Unit 8 Columbus, GA 31097-8830, Mgr. Carol Martin consistently, provides the Best customer service. The store is clean and orderly. I can always find items that I need at the said location, as the store seems always stocked. I recommend this location to anyone asking about a Dollar Tree, for it is the Gold Star of Dollar Trees!

Dollar Tree, The manger “Trish” needs to be replaced. I went to the store in Westlake Village today and met with the manager. There was only one register open and there was a long line of customers waiting to check out, so I went up to her and asked to if she could open another register. She didn’t answer me but did go and opened another register. When it was my turn, I said “hello” and handed her the gift card I was buying and she asked me in a very snotty tone, “How much do you want on this?” I replied “How about saying hello or welcome to me first? Her reply was “I don’t talk to rude people”. That’s What She Said To Me Word For Word! The lady behind me was appalled when she heard this. She said to me “How do they allow people like this to work here?” I asked to speak to the manager, and she said, “I am the manager”. I said you must be kidding. I then asked for her name and at first she hesitated and then she said “Trish”. Up to today my family enjoyed coming here, but after this total display of incompetent rudeness we proablby won’t, until I hear from Corporate that she’s gone!!!

Dollar Tree, I’m a newly hired employee and member of the Dollar Tree in 417 S. Main Street Goodlettsville, TN 37072. I applied to Dollar Tree online several months ago; this past Friday I found I missed a call from Dollar Tree which I returned. I’m so glad I did not ignore the message from Mr. Joe Rhodes about becoming an employee of Dollar Tree.I I told him I was still interested. and said I was still interested and the hiring process was expedient because so many stores were opening. As we help unpack and unload or simply do the logistical work for our new store for the Grand Opening this Thursday September 26, I am grateful for this Godsend opportunity to work here. Not only can I continue to shop regularly but also earn. a decent wage. The team who has been working on setting things up been an awesome bunch to work with. Ms. Tiffany the manager and Ms. Chastity who have been with Dollar Tree for over 10 years and the other ladies from other stores helping out are successfully adding another business asset and gem to the neighborhood! Many onlookers have come by already thinking we are open but as I sit near the front doing my task, I have had to personally tell them not yet but soon like the sign says! I have only been part of the family since yesterday, but I feel at home and proud already for seeing something grow form the ground up! Already I have been an announcer and advertiser to so many people, strangers, family and friends about shopping at my store but they are all regular shoppers already and very familiar with Dollar Tree Brand and philosophies. They have loved Dollar Tree as much as I have. No wonder Dollar Trees keeps growing! I love being part of something successful that continues to thrive after r63 years.! I also have encouraged other people to have a career at Dolla Tree. This job is an early Christmas gift I don’t take for granted. Thank you Mr. Rick Dreiling CEO and other Dollar Tree and Family Dollar family members.
