Exxon Disappointing Customer Service

May 2, 2025

Exxon, Upset 40 + years customer. I have been with your company for over 40 years, and I am trying to enroll in the extra .10 off because I have a corporate account. I am very dissatisfied and looking to switch companies. I do not want to be called be a customer service representative, I want to be called by someone from your corporate office that is simple able to enroll me in the discount program. I spend over $1,000 with you every month, and should not be treated this way.
