Fabulous Freddy’s, Unsatisfactory Car Detailing Service. I recently brought my vehicle in for a full detailing service on March 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM. I provided clear instructions that I wanted a thorough cleaning and even mentioned that I was in no rush, as I expected a high-quality result. However, I received a call at 10:27 AM stating that my car was ready, which raised concerns about whether a full detail was actually performed. Then, at 1:12 PM, I received another call confirming the car was ready, but when I arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find that my vehicle was still filthy. Despite this, I was charged $95.00 for a service that was not properly completed. This experience does not reflect the level of service I expected based on my past experiences with your business.

Fabulous freddy's Unprofessional Management

Extremely unprofessional management staff member! I go to the Montecito location several times a day since I live down the street. On more than 1 occasion, I have seen the larger-sized manager, I believe named Teresa, be incredibly unprofessional in front of many customers, to the younger staff. Absolutely abused her control & power over the younger staff. Especially the staff outside at the gas pumps & the car wash workers. One time during the hot months I came through the car wash, but before was inside talking to Teresa, after purchasing a snack. She was nice to me, and then I went through the car wash & at this time it was at least 110 degrees. I had seen & heard the same woman, yelling at the underage workers for drinking water or for needing to fill up their waters. It completely surprised me that the same woman who was nice to the customers inside, wouldn’t let one of the Children who worked for her, get more water during the hottest time of the year. They were all sweating with red cheeks, clearly overheating & as a previous manager for several businesses (before opening my own) I found that to be extremely disappointing & unacceptable. So I gave the water out of my car to the child. The manager saw that & gave me a dirty look. Then every time I’ve gone in there since she is either extremely, overly nice, or extremely stand-offish.

Now, the other day I came inside to pay for gas & to purchase a drink and snack. I have seen the same manager & a younger worker talking, after witnessing the manager be rude to the staff earlier in the year. I thought I’d wait & eavesdrop on their conversation to make sure she wasn’t rude to this little girl. The little girl stated that she was cold and the only sweater she had was the one that she had, Teresa was telling her she couldn’t wear that sweater while she worked & made her go back outside in an extra large work shirt that looked like a dress on this tiny girl definitely that had no warmth. I couldn’t believe yet again I was witness this manager be inconsiderate of her staffs needs. As a manager or business owner it is extremely important to always look out for your staff well being. It’s just human decency. As a loyal customer & someone who is only a text message away from the mayor of Las Vegas. I would really appreciate it if the manager Teresa is held accountable for her unprofessionalism. I feel this woman does not have the maturity it takes to have a position of power at any of your establishments. If not fired, she should be responsible for taking a management class in order for her to learn how to respectfully treat her coworkers humanely. It’s unfortunate I have to give you this complaint, but I hope there are actions taken place to make sure the younger staff are treated with more respect. Thank you for your time.
