Frontier Communications Customer Service

Frontier Communications, customer no service. It should be a zero rating. Have waited for 3 weeks for a replacement box. Always an excuse, did receive a replacement box yesterday. Of course it was the wrong one. Again customer no service tells me it was shipped and would receive it today. No replacement box, call again 2nd call and then they say it is in the process of shipping today. But they have no tracking number for me, which means it really has not shipped. So now I wait again to see if it is delivered overnight by UPS. Frontier is the worst service I have ever had. So now I wait, bet it won’t arrive tomorrow. And again will get a lame answer. Head of delivery and customer service should loose there job.

Frontier Communications Customer Service Issue

Chat would be a great lesson for Anger Management Class. I hope this doesn’t just fall into customer reviews…blah blah blah…Yesterday made me regret my decision to return to Frontier for any portion of connectivity. One hand very clearly doesn’t know what the other hand is doing. Not only does the billing information on the app “you’re all set, you’re good to go” thumbs up smiley face, BFF, sparkle unicorn, NOT match that of the website causing me to get a nasty disconnect letter, but, THE CHAT IS INFURIATING. “I’d like to help you but” insert absolutely anything here but take no responsibility for Frontier’s disconnect between the app and the website.

After asking for a manager for about 10 minutes, I was told that it was my fault that the app was not updated and that I probably didn’t refresh it. Another thing I must have don’t wrong- I used my personal email to set up my account so the $37 must have been left over from that. Five or ten minutes later it’s the disconnect charge. Today it’s just there with no explanation. Well guess what? Today it says the same darn thing! Well, gee whiz! I refreshed it and everything. Maybe you can tell me I’m doing it wrong again, send me another nasty note about being a deadbeat and give me 25 reasons it’s my fault I owe you $37. Oh and no customer service on Sunday. (I’d love to show you screen shots of the discrepancy but your cruddy form doesn’t work).

Frontier Install and Repair Issue

Overall experience including installation and repairs! Useless to call tech #. When you do get to talk to a real person they are no help. The subcontractor that buries the cable does poor-quality work. 2 inches underground if that deep at all. The cable got cut because of a shallow cable. The contractor came out and dug 2 inches again. Can’t talk to them no English they say. Both visits. Told my laborers they don’t know what they are doing. Contractor snickered. I told him got you do speak English. He Laffer and shook his head. Later I tricked him into having a conversation with me. Halfway through the talk, I stopped and said you’re talking to me in English. He smiled and shook his head saying no English. I told them to leave because I don’t deal with layers. Corporate won’t answer their listed phone number.

Frontier Communications No Internet

NO INTERNET, PHONE, OR TV FOR 2 WEEKS,(09/26/23-10/09/23.

I REPORTED THE TELEPHONE POLE HAD FALLEN INTO THE STREET. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SENT A TECHNICIAN WHO COULDN’T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THERE WAS NO POLE. HE CALLED THE APPROPRIATE PEOPLE TO INSTALL A POLE. IT WAS ANOTHER WEEK BEFORE I HAD SERVICE. SINCE THAT TIME I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PAY MY BILL ONLINE. I GET A MESSAGE THAT PAYMENT CANNOT BE PROCESSED AT THIS TIME. THIS HAS HAPPENED EACH MONTH. I TRIED EXPRESS PAY. THE MESSAGE IS THAT MY INFO IS NOT VALID WHEN I USE ACCT # AND EMAIL OR ZIP CODE. I WILL NOT SIGN UP FOR AUTOPAY! I CAN’T EVEN VIEW MY PHONE BILL! ONLY $45.00 DISCOUNT!

Frontier Communications Charge Restocking Fee

This company is very greedy when it comes to canceling your service. After having them over 7 years they decided to charge me a restocking fee of 50.00 even though they will be throwing away a router I’ve had for many years. Just straight-up greed. I would understand if it was within 30 days of start up of service but after 7 years charging a loyal customer an extra fee. I spoke to a supervisor named Sarah ID number SCC769 would give a refund unless I was dead then they would waive the fee.
