Reach Hardees Corporate Office 

On Saturday 11/11/2023 I went to Hardees at 2850 Lemay Ferry Rd, I ordered the charbroil doubles two of them plus a medium order of french fries. When I received my order I looked inside the bag and I noticed that I only received 1 hamburger and 1 medium fries. I knocked on the window and the young man opened the window I told him that I ordered two charbroiled double cheeseburgers, but he said that I didn’t and I told him to ask the manager as she had butted in when I placed the order so I knew that she was listening. So he charged me for the charbroiled double and I waited until I finally received the burger. I proceeded to drive to my destination which was approximately 1/4 mi. away. I sat down to eat my meal and they only gave me two single burgers and my fries were ice cold as were the burgers too. I called the Hardees and asked for Kelsey, I told her what had happened not more than 10 minutes prior. She was going to replace only the burgers and said no fries. I tried to explain that the entire meal was ruined because of the lack of the employee’s ability to pay attention. She was very inappropriate and said that she was only going to replace the burgers. I eat at this Hardees 3 times a week or more and I feel that I should receive at least my entire meal since I’ve had to write corporate I feel that I should; receive an upgraded meal.

I am disappointed with the biscuits and gravy at Harddee’s ! It’s bad enough for the prices going up. But when you get only enough gravy for half a biscuit, that’s bad! And when ask how much another bowl was? It was $2.00 , that’s bad!

Closing lobby early and making us park off to the side and bringing our food so they don’t get docked for there time at the window. The person at the order kiosk and at the window and the speaker at the kiosk is scratchy and I asked for curly fries and got regular fries

I purchase breakfast every morning of year for a shut in person. I am a senior. Charged 2.19 for a cup of coffee that is Regularly 1.09. Brought this to employee attention and was told to have a “ blessed day “. !!! I don’t eat or drink any of this food. I give it away. I can go to McDonald’s and pay .79 for a cup of coffee and 4.19 for a breakfast platter. PS: McDonald’s is less than a block away.

My husband went through the drive-thru around 5:45 am on 1-9-24 at 4006 Bainbridge Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23324 Hardees, he ordered the super bacon and the super sausage and the lady serving him had terrible customer service she was rude and did not want to explain anything or review the order my husband asked her a question her response was “that’s what you said aint it” like who wants that kind of service that early in the morning. I am shocked at this type of service. Please do something, please (I was on the phone with my husband during this transaction)
