Reach Out To Hardees Corporate Office – Review and Complaints 

On Saturday 11/11/2023 I went to Hardees at 2850 Lemay Ferry Rd, I ordered the charbroil doubles two of them plus a medium order of french fries. When I received my order I looked inside the bag and I noticed that I only received 1 hamburger and 1 medium fries. I knocked on the window and the young man opened the window I told him that I ordered two charbroiled double cheeseburgers, but he said that I didn’t and I told him to ask the manager as she had butted in when I placed the order so I knew that she was listening. So he charged me for the charbroiled double and I waited until I finally received the burger. I proceeded to drive to my destination which was approximately 1/4 mi. away. I sat down to eat my meal and they only gave me two single burgers and my fries were ice cold as were the burgers too. I called the Hardees and asked for Kelsey, I told her what had happened not more than 10 minutes prior. She was going to replace only the burgers and said no fries. I tried to explain that the entire meal was ruined because of the lack of the employee’s ability to pay attention. She was very inappropriate and said that she was only going to replace the burgers. I eat at this Hardees 3 times a week or more and I feel that I should receive at least my entire meal since I’ve had to write corporate I feel that I should; receive an upgraded meal.

Hardees, broken speaker at the drive through. It’s 2024 come on already! I hate eating this crap but.. every once in a while I get stuck having to have it as was the case yesterday Sunday, 9/15/2024 at 907 Laurence Drive in Burlington Iowa. Your Speaker is Broken People!!!!! Corporate- please get these folks something Your customers can hear from Your workers. How can anybody get anything correct when the communication is so bad & broken up you cannot make any sense of what you’re hearing. I dare one, just one of you in the corporate office to get up & take a trip to this facility anonymously & try to understand the person inside taking your order. Tell you what… I will fix this for free if you send the parts. Ridiculous!!!

Hardees, Order Wrong Three Times. I Received My Order Wrong Three By Time I Got It Home I Had To Heat Up Again . I Had Wait 8 Minutes For Apple Pies That Were Not Received. No One Picked Up The Phone When I Called And You Can Not Leave Message. To Leave A Complaint. Store Is At 500 Briel Blvd Middletown Ohio.

Hardees, There at 11:40 for Breakfast, said breakfast is over! Columbus,GA. Private, need to check on store in the Landing Columbus, GA around 11:40everyday. Mangers last name starts with an R.The signs say “serving breakfast until 12:00 everyday” just telling you that is a lie!6 people in there cleaning house!No coffee or anything, Rude!!!

Closing lobby early and making us park off to the side and bringing our food so they don’t get docked for there time at the window. The person at the order kiosk and at the window and the speaker at the kiosk is scratchy and I asked for curly fries and got regular fries
