A lot of people are having issues with the Hardees in Erwin TN. 37650. Store #1501835 They are slow to get orders out to drive through, like this morning. Placed an order and paid at 10:03 a.m. then told to park while the order was filled. at 10:40 she brought it out, offered no reason for the delay, and just said Here it is and left. At 12 days before they shorted me a $5,29 burger and when I called about it, they stated we could not do anything because your not here. order # for today#395370 , order # for burger was #392353.
This is a sorry way to do business and expect a repeat customer, I will have to think long and hard before I visit here again!
