  1. I would like to get the name, number, and/or email for the Holiday Inn Downtown Charleston in the historic district. I have a dispute over charges with the supposed manager Patricia at this hotel. She is not very customer friendly and is only interested in her way not hearing what the customers have to say.

    1. They don't care and are not customer friendly, the clerk was not friendly and only interested in her way and not hearing or caring about the the customers. we had the same situation in Castle Rock CO.

  2. My boyfriend and I had booked a room at holiday inn for next year in New Orleans as his daughter is getting married there. He booked to room but accidentally made it for this year instead of next year. We immediately called and tried super hard to get a refund but they wil not refund , I even went as far as to just keep it and reschedule for the correct time of next year and they will not refund any of the money. I’m not very happy with holiday inn at all.

  3. I also called to make a complaint and was disconnected twice, (well because you outsource your call center to another country) to people who barely speak English! They can't understand me, I can't understand them! The connection is horrible! The third time and the fourth person I spoke to was apologetic and offered me "points for one free night with Holiday Inn." Are you kidding me? I politely declined and told her what she offered me was like a slap in the face!! No, I do not want your points as I will not be staying in a Holiday Inn EVER AGAIN! Your hotel chains reputation has rapidly declined over the years. It is a shame, I used to stay at the Holiday Inn a lot when I was in the military. Now, you couldn't pay me to stay there!

  4. Hello I read that alot of hotels advertise as extended stay hotels. I am wondering what you consider extended stay. Is it someone in the area on business for a month or so? Is it people that have been homeless and need to rent a room for a few months while they get on their feet and find a place? If it is the second one, do you offer discounted rates or do you charge full price? I am trying to get on my feet. I have made some bad choices over the past few years and I am trying to get back on track.

  5. I have been a Holiday Inn Rewards member for several years now. Recently, while making reservations by phone, I was offered 500 rewards point to listen to a promotion about their Holiday Inn Club Vacations® program.
After hearing all the great things about this club, I purchased a three night stay for four at one of Holiday Inn Resorts. I just couldn’t pass it up for $249.00 with the opportunity of receiving $149.00 cash back and 20,000 rewards points after a tour of the resort.
I received confirmation of our stay via email with the location we believed to be the resort. There were no other calls, emails or texts from them following that.
When we arrived at the location we were given, it was NOT a resort but a Holiday Inn Hotel in San Marcos. The staff there knew nothing about a tour or how to contact anyone that could help us. They were only able to tell us the reservations had been made by a third party and no changes were allowed. The room was too small to even be comfortable for two people. I can’t imagine where 2 more folks would have even found room for their luggage.
After much research and several phone calls the next morning, we were able to contact Jorge Rodriguez at the main office. We were told we had already missed the tour, which was in another town and 45 minute drive away. He had no interest in rescheduling us and said we would be responsible for additional fees. We decided staying another 2 nights (that we’d paid for) was not a good idea.
Needless to say, we were shocked when an additional $327.00 charge showed up on our credit card an hour later. I’ve tried calling again but I get hung up on when I try to protest.
I’m told it’s pretty easy to scam senior citizens and Viet Nam vets but I never would have thought it would happen through a company that I’ve dealt with and trusted.
I have respected and trusted the Holiday Inn Hotel organization and been a member of your rewards program for a long time. I truly hope you can rectify this in a very short time because I have been a victim of fraud by your Holiday Inn Club Vacations.

  7. Not Sure this is the right Web page to send a formal complaint to be here is what I would like to say as to most likely our last stay at one of your many properties.
Within the last year we have stayed at only Holiday Inn Expresses.
The Last and final trip coming back from a vacation on the road was the straw that broke the camels back.here is the story of why:
every Location we stayed at this last trip was priced high then the trip we took getting our vacation going every one of your hotels charge us more on our return trip then we had to pay leave? also we have a little dog 9 pounds house broken no mess ever but found the all but one of the hotels charged us at least $25.00 dollars per stay so when we returned home I said to my wife we paid more for the dog to be in one of your hotels then we paid for the dog when we got him some * years ago.
I closing I know this will not be of much concern to you folks but I almost sure I will not be staying in one of your Hotels in the future.
lastly I have points to your hotels that when I go to use them the manager of the hotel said I can use them here that would be for your next tip with us. Well I guess those will not be use either.Very Poor why to treat your guest as I'm sure I'm not the only one having a bad experience with you folks.

  8. REMARKABLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!! Recently our son, along with his University baseball team, were staying at the Holiday Inn in Joplin, Missouri. During his stay our son was celebrating his birthday. Since we are from Canada and we could not join him, we wanted to make his day special. As we considered our options, the hotel Manager suggested we call the bakery of a local Sam's Club and purchase a cake, which he was more than happy to pick up on our behalf. Unbeknownst to us, the Hotel Mgr called Sam's Club to see if this was even possible. Long story short, because they could not accept payment over the phone, not only did the employee at Sam's Club pay for the slab cake out of her own pocket (based only on the honour system), but the Manager of the Holiday Inn picked it up, dropped it off at the hotel and made arrangements for the Chef to have it delivered to our son (and the team) during their dinner after the game. WHO DOES THIS??!! This incredible act of kindness and remarkable customer experience restores my faith in the human spirit!! "Thank You" to both the Mgr at the Holiday Inn and to the amazing employee at Sam's Club; you made that day incredibly special for our family!

  9. Not a customer but an ex employee. I stayed a week working in House keeping in Johnstown, NY and left. The manager there is rude to his employees. I was told at my interview the hours were 9-4:30. I was good with that. My first day everyone had to stay till the slow ones were done. 5:30 we could finally leave. This is the managers rule there. I am sorry but I have a family and a 2nd job. But that doesn't matter to the manager. I found a better house keeping job with Microtel. When a good employee is treated like that you lose that employee. Don't abuse the staff and they will be able to keep employees! I will never stay at a Holiday Inn ever again!

  10. Right now Iam spending the night in Nashville Tennessee at the Holiday Inn Express in down town! Room rates ask I ask the teller Questions! 149$ a night she jack the price up to 265 $ because I didn’t do it on line ? Plus parking! I’ve been a Priority club member from 2007 !! A/C old style! No wall thomostat! If you come check some of rooms you think a little different! I’ve been all over the US ! I will never stay here again !! And I will tell all my friends not to come here and stay !
