  1. Received email directly from Honey Baked Ham today (04/10/23) to complete a survey by 04/24/23 for chance to win $100 gift card.
Went to complete said survey the same day and survey is closed???

  2. Ham not sliced. I purchased a ham two days before Easter and when I opened it up on Easter day I found the the ham was not sliced. I called the store three times but the owner never bothered to call me back. It is the Honey ham store located ate 5771 Manatee Ave, West Bradenton Florida 34209. All I wanted was for the store to slice the ham. But they never called me back. I think this is why people shop at Big Box Stores at least they would have exchange the product or at least get it sliced. Never again

  3. I am so appalled by the lack of service and the disregard for its customers. I and my family have purchased honey baked ham for countless years, until now. For Thanksgiving, I attempted to purchase a ham but when I arrived, they made you wait in line (which is fine) but only to tell you they have no ham or anything for that matter. Others waited for 4 hours to be told the same thing. Only those who reserved it will be able to pick up. I tried successfully reserving online in Pembroke Pines, called to confirm after dealing with traffic only to be told there are not any more to purchase. I live in Homestead, Florida, with the gas prices, my time and the aggravation of it all, you should give us a free ham for our inconvenience. During the holidays, you should do better at having supply and demand since it’s the busiest time of the year. No worries from me anymore and many others of you ex-customers.
