Jimmy John’s, Your commercials have meat on your sandwiches I just got a turkey sub there’s only two thin slices of turkey barely any lettuce I mean this sub for $12 dollars is nothing but bread you need to take down your false commercials and put the real sub up on your commercials after eating nothing but bread I’m letting everyone see the pictures of the subs you sell to the public.

Jimmy Johns, Your food is excellent. Until recently, your service has been excellent. About a month or so ago Dyersburg Jimmy Johns quit using their phone. It is now turned off and you cannot call in orders. The only way to get an order is to go into the store. I teach a class on Tuesday and Wednesday of several women and we would frequently order delivery. We cannot leave the studio to go pick it up. Or place an order in person. Therefore we can no longer use Jimmy Johns. We are sad and angry. Who Doesn’t Use The Phone!!??? What business can exist without call-in orders. We don’t want to lose our Jimmy Johns. Can you please correct this foolishness?

Jimmy Johns, Frenchie sandwich 4 years ago! The Frenchie was one of your best creations, very similar to what you can find in Paris or French bistros! Lotd of us loved it & very sad when you pulled it!! Please Bring Back The Frenchie!!!

Jimmy Johns, Excuse after Excuse! I placed an order online the day before I needed the sandwiches to be delivered. I called the store in Blue Ash Ohio 15 minutes after they were to be delivered. One man told me it was delivered, then spoke to a lady (on the same call) and she told me they were out for delivery. She also said they were short on drivers, and they had customers out the door. I decided to go pick up the sandwiches (only 2 minutes away) and there was no line out the door and a delivery person was leaving with a sandwich to get delivered. By the end of the day sandwiches were never delivered even though I was told there were out for delivery. Paid for both sandwiches, plus delivery and tip….only got 1 sandwich.
