Hudec Dental HQ - They lost the bridge that I m still paying for 👎

No photos, no bridge. They have an empty case. And I still have to pay for the bridge. I’m a little lost for words. Now I want my money back that I had to pay out of my pocket. I borrowed from a company called Care Credit. I had to pay them back. All that money and no bridge.

Attn. Hudec Dental Home Office - Sudden death in family, heartless detistry

I had an appointment scheduled. Over the weekend after preparing to do a bone marrow transplant for my older brother 4 years my senior we got a call that he passed away that morning we were to head out of town. Distraught and in absolute shock. I still managed to leave a message w/ Hudec that I needed to reschedule. The following weekday I was rescheduled and no fee was mentioned. The loss of my brother in May still didn’t stop me from letting the Belden Village location know due to unforeseen circumstances I wouldn’t be able to make my appointment. But I did so before my appointment date. I recently got a bill this August 18 stating I owed a balance of $25 for an appointment I not only canceled and rescheduled but was never told this penalty was so strictly enforced even with the immediate death of loved ones. So disgusted with this practice and super disgusted.

Hudec Dental Dentures Were Very Bad

The Broadview Hudec dentist did a very bad set of dentures for me. My life is ruined because of him. Nobody can understand me when I talk, I can’t drink with a cup because my teeth hit the cup. There has to be someone that can help me. Please. The dentist in Middleburg Heights dentist has tried to help. I need someone like the president of Hudec Dental to help with this matter. Start over with me again? I am so very stressed over this. Again please help!

The Rockside location is not good, the Ladies behind the counter are dressed like they are going to a club…long fingernails and spider-looking eyelashes are very unattractive. Please have a dress code for your workers, your workers represent your company. They are very rude and use bad language.

Hudec Dental Very Disappointed

I have a root canal scheduled for December 22 and they call me today to reschedule I need a root canal I have been trying to change it for holiday and now a day begins to call me I need to reschedule. I have a broken tooth and went in September they schedule me for December 22 and now is canceled because the dentist went on vacation I am very disappointed with this clinic.
