I am trying to reach In SHAPE corporate offices – phone keeps ringing and no one is picking up and during regular business hours. I need to talk to someone re:the increase in monthly membership fee at the Rancho Solano In Shape club given our existing contracts and also the poor condition of the facility, pool, etc. I need the phone number for customer service and also phone number to the VP/Executive Director for the Bay area In Shape clubs. PLEASE update and post your current phone numbers and post your hours of availability/operations.

She was not able to explain and she told I was rude to her if possible listen to that call. That's not fair as a customer. She hung up.on me . I was asking about membership wanted to make my rates go down when I can save money.Now my rate went to 29.99 this is no unfair. Listen tongue call and justify customer concern. Even send a e mail to frances lindeman she told she can't help told the to call customer service. Which was not professional. Listen tongue call. Put yourself as a customer and you will be able to know. Rude customer service

I have been calling In Shape 1-800 number multiple times to cancel my membership and they never answer the phone!! My husband and I are leaving US for good and they are not responding to mey email or phone calls!!! The case number (00115418 ) was created via email, please take care of this!!

It has been 1 week of leaving numerous messages for the Manager, Brian with Manteca facility, I am now trying to get in contact with HR department and no one will give me that phone #. I want to report the accident that occurred last week. One of the exercise equipment came loose fell on my husbands head and nose, and since then I have been calling to request for Brian to follow up with us. Now I have left 2 messages for him at the "Corporate office". This Customer Service is NOT acceptable. Now a message has been left with the Regional Manager and when requesting AGAIN for HR ph#, I was told – that I now have to WAIT 24 hrs to see if Jason will get back to me. LG

I would assume if you cancel your membership because you keep getting charged for personal training session you don't want that they would also cancel your training sessions. I've been charged for a year and the only response I got was its my fault. the help center has hung up on me twice and transferred me to someone else mind sentence twice.

I was wondering how long is to long for a machine that is broken to go unrepaired? Our dip machine here in Monterey ca. Has been broken for over a month? The leg press is going on two weeks being broken? In the past machines that were out of service were addressed quickly and back in service. This has not been the case recently? ??
