JoAnn, I was there in Dayton Ohio where this location was closing on Salem Ave. I pick up a ivory wreath which was posted at $5.99. I took two to the register and the lady rung up at $9.99 with 40 % off. I told her it was posted at $5.99 she would not change the price to the posted price. can not believe this store do not accept price that it was posted at. Watch the price people.

JoAnn, 1 special request – and very sad goodbye!!! I started shopping at House of Fabric ion’s ago and have been a faithful JoAnn’s customer for so many years. It will be hard to continue with my sewing/crafting without you. I have searched all of my JoAnn’s here in Oregon for another one of the picture frames shown below. I have one but need another for a display in my home. Can you help me find one before you close down? Can I order one online? If you have any suggestions that will help me I would gratefully appreciate it. JoAnn, Gift Cards Not Being Honored. I have had gift cards for years from JoAnn. I went to use the remaining balance due to the news of store closures and was told that gift cards were no longer being accepted because of the bankruptcy. This is completely unfair to the many customers who have these cards. What are they thinking? The young woman working in the store said she felt really bad because it seems like the company is taking money from its customers without providing anything in return. I told her I felt the same way. I walked out of the store without my purchases. I was told that if I called the toll-free number on my gift card, maybe something could be done. This is a terrible way to treat loyal JoAnn customers.

JoAnn, Gift Cards, I’m very disappointed that all your stores are closing. I received a $100 gift card for Christmas, and now I’m unable to use it. It feels unfair, especially with no advance warning. I would like to know how I can still redeem my card. Customers should not be left without options!

JoAnn, Today, 3/01/25 I went to my local JoAnn store to use my gift-card I’ve been holding onto for some time. As I am sorry to see these stores closing I thought at least I’d have a memory to hold onto once all the stores are closed. I questioned an employee about a price because I wanted to make sure I used the full value of the gift-card and was told they weren’t accepting gift cards anymore, that yesterday was the final day for them to be used and it was in the news. Now I follow my local/national news quite extensively but the ending use of your gift cards was news to me. Very disappointed I continued to the long checkout line to pay cash my items but decided you didn’t deserve this purchase so laid down what I had selected on the nearest shelf and exited the building. I thought what a shame for you to wrongfully keep money you truly didn’t earn.
