Kroger Updating Credit Card Info Issue

Kroger, Updating credit card info. I have been a Kroger customer for many years, never had any problem until now, have spent the last 20 minutes ( mostly on Hold), trying to update my credit card info, after talking to at least 3 different ladies who are unable to help, I guess the best thing for me to do is to just cancel that card and take my grocery business elsewhere, and that’s a shame, some very good people work at my local store.

Kroger, Worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with! I have to express my dissatisfaction with how my initial complaint regarding a customer service representative’s behavior has been handled. Despite my repeated efforts to seek resolution, my concerns remain unaddressed, and I am deeply troubled by the lack of response. I was appalled by the treatment I received from the representative in question, and I am requesting immediate action be taken to address his conduct. Additionally, I urge you to consider improving your staff training to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. To date, I have sent four emails without any resolution. • On March 3, 2025 at 5:54 pm, I spoke with a customer service representative. • I explained that I received a text that my groceries were delivered • He (representative) told me that he was looking at a picture of the groceries at my door. • He insisted at least 5 times that my order was indeed delivered. • He then asked me to describe my door. • Each time I gave a description he would only repeat my exact words, never describing what he saw first. • I asked several times if he could send me the picture (so I could confirm the door, since mistakes do happen and deliveries get delivered to wrong houses), but he repeated “I am confirming what I see, you don’t need a picture”. • My doorbell rang, and it was the driver with my groceries. • I told the representative on the phone that the groceries just arrived, and his response was “Well there you go, now you have no more problem” . • I asked why he told me he saw a picture of my groceries at my door, to which he responded 2 more times with “Like I said, you have no more problems with your delivery”. • I asked him to give me his name so that I can tell someone about the call, but he disconnected the call immediately and forwarded me to a voice servicing system asking me to rate my call. (Needless to say, I answered “NO” when asked if I wanted to speak with that representative in the future), Unprofessional and Extremely Disrespectful.

Kroger, Clean up Dress codes! Please, correct dress codes. Some employees are not presentable to the customers while working. Sloppy clothing, one employee has kitty muffs on head, shirts with strange and inappropriate wording, bag packers needs to pay attention bagging customers groceries.
