Kroger DIsappointing Online Delivery Issue

February 11, 2025

Kroger, Online delivery. I am a member of Boost since 2/24 and have renewed until 2/26. I just learned from customer service that even though I placed an order for over $50.00 which well exceeds the $35.00 minimiun requirement for free delivery, I was charged a delivery fee. How is the customer supposed to know what is in stock if the website does not reflect it? When the customer is not in store but using online ordering. I shop at others stores and they all have the same minimuin amount but if items are out of stock and purchase is below they do not charge a fee. This is ludicrous and puts the consumer in the position of having to over spend to avoid a $10 dollar fee. I think this needs to be reported to my states attorney generals office.

Kroger Disappointing Coupon Issue

January 26, 2025

Kroger, Terrible way to run a company. For whatever reason, I no longer receive coupons by mail. Other people I know saying the same thing. Also, get rid of self checkout or offer a decent discount to use it. We are doing the work of an employee and we get nothing in return. Also, cut the DEI program. Hiring should be based on qualifications only. Defying an executive order will result in being boycotted. You go woke, hopefully you go broke.

Kroger Liquid Creamer Expiration Date Issue

January 18, 2025

Kroger, No expiration date on Kroger liquid creamer. I buy Kroger liquid creamer, and I can not find an expiration date on the container. Try as I might, I can not find it. Last night three of us were looking, all to no avail. It should be on there, and easy to find. I always just hope it is not outdated.

Kroger Feedback on Advertising Approach

December 10, 2024

Kroger, I have concerns about your advertising approach. As a long-time customer of over 25 years, I feel your TV commercials don’t reflect the diversity of your broader customer base. This perception has influenced my decision to reduce the amount of shopping I do at your stores. I now primarily shop elsewhere and may continue to do so depending on future changes. I hope you will consider representing a broader range of customers in your marketing efforts.

Kroger Digital Coupon Issue

October 17, 2024

Kroger, All seniors that have a Kroger’s Card, should get the sales even if you say digital coupon or not. There are 5,0000. That is 5 million seniors in the U.S.A. that does not have a phone that picks up a digital coupon. We, us Seniors have a flip phone only. You are cheating All Seniors That is why we have a Kroger Card. You disappoint Seniors, I mean Old people.
