I have been a long time consumer; back when Kroger's offered triple coupons; at three locations in the Dallas county area; the main location is 1001 N. Beckley Ave #500 Desoto, TX 75115.
November 4, 2021, I purchased 2 KIND Dark Chocolate Nuts Sea & Salt bars. They were not fresh, they were stale and hard. I have being looking for the mini box of the same product only to be told by by managers and associates "If you don't see them I guess we don't have them." Even when asked if Kroger's sells the product & showing the coupon in my Kroger's; I didn't get a definite Yes, we do, or No, we don't. It was a little frustrating; because this is one of the few foods I can taste; since being diagnosed with Multiple myeloma in March of this year.
This may be small compared to pervious comments I read. It's good friendly customer service that keep consumers returning to a business.

I was standing in line waiting for Customer Service. There were 3 customers ahead of me and 1 customer behind me. After completing the transaction of the first customer; the clerk announced to the remaining customers that he had been over there long enough and had to leave. He stated that someone should return to customer service in about 30 minutes.

There obviously is no manager running this store for this lack of service provided to the customers to take place. There have been numerous times when I came into the store needing services from Customer Service only to find that the Customer Service Booth was not open (during posted operating hours).

I left Kroger and went to Walmart. I learned that Walmart will price match all money services costs. In the future, all of my money services transactions as well as my grocery transactions will take place at Walmart. I'm done with the TERRIBLE customer service from the Nashboro Village Kroger!

Why is Kroger not doing more to protect their employees? Kroger is not initiating anything, only following lead of others such as HEB! This is a disgrace!

I've already sent a long email (getting my blood pressure up) about why you don't deliver my meds at my Kroger location (Butler Creek Acworth Ga. I'mm 78. At this age everything is trouble! It will be trouble for me to change pharmacies, but guess I'll have to. I'm not walking into the store!!!!!! I have no family to pickup for me. I've been asking for over a year for a delivery service. Does Kroger not care about it's Senior customers? And these digital coupons? Discrimination of Seniors, as most of us don"t know how to get them!!!! Many of us just barely computer literate! Just put the lowest price on the product you can, do we all can get breaks!!!!
I know Kroger doesn't want a group of old people in wheel chairs and walkers with signs saying Discrimination!!! Not that we would have the energy to do that!! Please fix this!!!!!

thank you, Pat Tumlin

I have been a customer of Kroger in North Little Rock, AR for years. Recently, for some unknown reason, Kroger has changed the shape of the "Gallon" milk jugs.
This new shape is awful There is literally no way to pour milk from these new jugs without spilling some before it gets to the glass or cup. I now have to buy ilk elsewhere after buying 3 gallons at 3 different times at Kroger with this new jug design. PLEASE go back to your old jug. "If it ain't broke…don't fix it!" It wasn't broken. Thank you.

Today, Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at approx. 11:30 a.m., I experienced a disturbing situation at your Fayetteville, Georgia Banks Crossing store that I would like to bring to your attention for your review. Upon entering the store I headed towards the Pharmacy Section. A woman came out of the Customer Service area, whom at an earlier visit had been identified as a Manager, and handled another woman standing there blocking the aisle a gift basket. The woman asked "What am I suppose to do with that? Who am I going to give it to?" and the employee answered "I don't know." I stood there patiently while the two of them continued their friendly gathering blocking the aisle and, after realizing that they were going to continue to ignore me I asked "May I get by?" The employee gestured with her hand & answered "No. Just wait." I found this response annoying and responded "I have to wait here until you finish your conversation?" and she answered "Yes" & her companion replied "I'm a customer too!" I felt offended & disrespected by both their demeanors & tone of voices — especially the Manager's I would appreciate your viewing the video of this event & in the event you're in agreement with my assessment, take the necessary step to correct this type of customer/employee relationship behavior. I've noticed the Customer Service at this facility has deteriorated considerably in comparison to your Peachtree City, Georgia store & I feel that that should not be the case. Thank you for your attentiveness to my concern & I look forward to a more pleasant & courteous experience at Banks Crossing.

Hello,

This past weekend (27, 28 & 29), I visited your Kroger location on Interstate Drive in Horn Lake, MS for a simple money order to pay my February rent.

After 4 visits over 3 days, each time I went to their "Guest Services" counter, it was closed. Even though there is a sign posted stating they are open from 8am to 9pm.

Finally, on my 4th attempt, I asked a cashier to get that location's store manager. I did not get her name though.

A scowling lady came over & wanted to know what "my problem" was. I told her my situation & asked for a money order.

She told me (My room mate was with me & can verify that she said these following statements):

1) She was "too busy with other things" to take care of me.

2) She did not have anyone to keep at counter. Apparently they were doing something else more important than waiting on non-grocery customers. If she does not know how to properly do a work schedule for a store, she has no business being a manager.

3) She told us to "get a real bank account like normal people & write a check. We are a grocery store & not a bank".

To be clear. I have shopped several years at various Kroger locations around Memphis area & have always had positive to exceptional service from everyone in your family.

This is an isolated incident, however a person with her attitude DOES NOT have any business being in a job where she deals with public (Your source of income) on a regular basis & should be fired immediately. She reflects very poorly upon your Kroger name.

I have worked retail before & understand it can be stressful at times. However one rule which has always been adhered to is keeping one's mouth in check. I know that if I had EVER said anything like that to a customer, I would be fired without hesitation.

Thank you very much for reading this. I hope to hear positive news at your convenience.

Always shop at Kroger. On Dec 8th , stopped there to pick up one thing. LOL , you were having a sale. Buy 5 items that were in the kroger paper, and get them for .99
each. I love a good sale. Well I also bought two Thomas Bagels. Checked out and forgot to check my receipt. Saw it was not taken off, went back inside. OMG The girl at the counter clearly had no people skills. I had to go out in the rain to my car and bring everything inside.Told her to refund my money, after we went round and round. I could not buy the bagels, if I was buying the buy 5. I left the store feeling like I paid full price and treated like I stole something. No manager even though I asked. So I guess my Question is why did this happen?

I bought a frying pan from kroger on five mile in Livonia that was supposed to be stainless steel and when I tried to use it the oil turned black as soon as i poured it in the pan and no matter how many times i wash it when i dry it my dish towel gets black stains on it. I took it back to the store for a store credit since i did not have my receipt and the manager would not only not give me a credit he was very insulting. He also told me that they do not need mine or my daughter business that they have lots of customers who spend hundreds of dollars every week. I will never shop there again and my daughter has said the same. Bad business to lose two good customers over a 20 some dollar pan.
