Corporate Address and Phone Update

The Lexus corporate office address remains tied to Toyota Motor North America at 6565 Headquarters Drive, Plano, TX 75024. The corporate switchboard number commonly associated with Toyota’s Plano headquarters is 1-469-292-4000.

The old page listed 1-800-255-3987 as the Lexus headquarters phone number. That number is best described as the Lexus Brand Engagement Center, Lexus Customer Satisfaction, and roadside assistance route rather than the corporate headquarters switchboard. For most customer, warranty, dealer, recall, and vehicle questions, start with 1-800-255-3987 before writing to Lexus headquarters.

Choose the Correct Lexus Support Route

Before contacting Lexus headquarters, choose the route that best matches your issue. A dealer service complaint, warranty dispute, Lexus Financial issue, connected services problem, or recall concern may be handled faster through Lexus Customer Satisfaction, Lexus Financial Services, a dealer manager, or the official owner support route.

  • General Lexus customer service: Call the Lexus Brand Engagement Center at 1-800-255-3987.
  • Dealer complaint: Start with the dealership’s service manager or general manager, then contact Lexus if the dealer does not resolve the issue.
  • Warranty or repair dispute: Keep repair orders, mileage, diagnostic notes, photos, and the dealer’s written explanation.
  • L/Certified or pre-owned Lexus issue: Save the purchase paperwork, L/Certified inspection documents, service records, and dealer communications.
  • Recall or safety question: Use the Lexus recall lookup and contact Lexus Customer Satisfaction if you need help scheduling or escalating a recall repair.
  • Roadside assistance: Call 1-800-255-3987 and follow the roadside assistance prompts.
  • Lexus Financial Services account: Call 1-800-874-7050 for account, payment, payoff, lease, or billing questions.
  • Connected services, app, remote start, or subscription issue: Use Lexus support and keep app screenshots, account details, and subscription records private.
  • Corporate correspondence: Use the Lexus / Toyota Motor North America headquarters address in Plano, Texas or the Lexus Brand Engagement Center mailing address shown above.
  • Customer service number details: Visit the related CSN page for Lexus customer service numbers.

What to Have Before Contacting Lexus Corporate Office

Whether you are contacting Lexus Customer Satisfaction, Lexus Financial Services, a dealer, or the Lexus corporate office, your issue is easier to review when you provide clear records. Do not post private VINs, loan numbers, license plates, account numbers, addresses, phone numbers, or payment details in the public review section below.

  • Your vehicle year, model, trim, mileage, and VIN shared only with Lexus or the dealer privately
  • The Lexus dealer name, location, service advisor, and manager involved
  • Repair orders, warranty claim numbers, diagnostic reports, inspection notes, and service history
  • L/Certified or pre-owned paperwork if the issue involves a used Lexus purchase
  • Lexus case number, if one has already been opened
  • Lexus Financial Services account details shared only through secure official channels
  • Photos, videos, warning-light images, infotainment screenshots, or app screenshots when relevant
  • Dates and times of calls, dealer visits, towing, roadside assistance, or service appointments
  • A short timeline explaining what happened and the resolution you are requesting

How to Escalate a Lexus Complaint

If your issue has not been resolved by the dealer, Lexus Brand Engagement Center, Lexus Financial Services, or the warranty/recall process, escalate the complaint in a documented way. A concise written timeline with repair orders, dates, mileage, and the requested resolution is usually more effective than repeated calls without records.

  1. Start with the Lexus dealer. Ask for the service manager, general manager, or owner when the issue involves repair quality, warranty denial, parts delays, dealer service, or poor communication.
  2. Open a Lexus case. Call 1-800-255-3987 and ask for a case number.
  3. Save all records. Keep repair orders, photos, warranty decisions, call notes, tow receipts, diagnostic results, and emails.
  4. Ask for escalation. Request review by a Lexus Customer Satisfaction supervisor, regional service representative, warranty specialist, dealer relations contact, finance escalation team, or connected services specialist depending on the issue.
  5. Write to Lexus headquarters if needed. For unresolved U.S. corporate-level concerns, send written correspondence to Lexus / Toyota Motor North America, 6565 Headquarters Drive, Plano, TX 75024, or to the Lexus Brand Engagement Center mailing address.
  6. Use outside routes when appropriate. For safety defects, file a complaint with NHTSA. For financing or credit reporting issues, consider the CFPB. For lemon law or warranty disputes, review your state’s process or speak with a qualified attorney.

Lexus Financial Services Address and Phone Number

Many customers search for Lexus Financial Services address or 1-800-874-7050 when they need help with payments, payoff, lease maturity, title release, late fees, credit reporting, account access, repossession, or end-of-lease charges. Lexus Financial Services is a finance support route, not the same as the Lexus corporate office switchboard.

  • Lexus Financial Services Customer Service: 1-800-874-7050
  • Lexus Financial Services General Correspondence: P.O. Box 22171, Tempe, AZ 85285
  • Vehicle Service Agreement / Prepaid Maintenance: 1-800-448-1505
  • Guaranteed Auto Protection: 1-800-255-8713
  • Excess Wear and Use Protection: 1-888-548-8821
  • Tire & Wheel / Key Replacement Protection: 1-855-999-0519
  • Lexus Financial Website: lexusfinancial.com

If you are mailing a payment, payoff, title document, or dispute, verify the exact address inside your Lexus Financial account before mailing funds. Payment addresses, payoff addresses, overnight addresses, and general correspondence addresses can be different.

Warranty, Repair and Dealer Complaints

Warranty and repair issues are common reasons customers search for Lexus headquarters USA or the Lexus corporate office phone number. Complaints may involve sunroof leaks, infotainment problems, hybrid battery replacement costs, head-up display defects, water leaks, remote start subscriptions, parts delays, diagnostic charges, or disagreement about whether a repair should be covered.

For warranty disputes, keep your repair orders, maintenance receipts, mileage records, inspection photos, dealer notes, and Lexus case number. If the dealer says Lexus denied coverage, ask for the reason in writing and ask whether the case can be reviewed by a Lexus regional service representative or warranty specialist.

Lexus Recalls, Safety and Lemon Law Issues

If your Lexus has a recall, safety concern, repeated repair issue, or serious defect, check your VIN using Lexus’ official recall lookup and NHTSA’s recall database. Recall eligibility depends on VIN, production date, campaign status, prior repairs, and the specific issue.

For unresolved safety defects, file a complaint with NHTSA. For repeated warranty repairs or potential lemon law issues, follow your state’s process. Keep every repair order, date, mileage, symptom, dealer response, and Lexus case number.

Lexus App, Connected Services and Remote Start Complaints

Lexus app, connected services, remote start, subscription, and infotainment concerns are increasingly common complaint topics. Customers may contact Lexus headquarters because a feature changed, a subscription is required, an app login fails, the vehicle screen does not behave as expected, or connected services do not work reliably.

Before escalating, collect screenshots, subscription emails, service terms, app version, vehicle software version, dealer notes, and the exact error message. Do not post app login information, account email addresses, passwords, VINs, or connected services details in public comments.

Roadside Assistance, Towing and Dealer Support

Lexus roadside assistance is commonly reached through 1-800-255-3987. Use roadside assistance for towing, lockout, flat tire, jump-start, fuel delivery, or disabled-vehicle help when covered. If a roadside event turns into a dealer or warranty dispute, keep the tow receipt, location, mileage, repair order, and the name of the towing provider.

If a dealer refuses to diagnose an issue, delays a repair, cannot provide parts, or disagrees about warranty coverage, ask for the service manager and request the reason in writing. Then open a Lexus case if the dealer-level response is not satisfactory.

Unfamiliar Lexus Charges and Scam Warnings

If you see an unfamiliar Lexus, Lexus Financial Services, Toyota, dealer, service, warranty, parts, roadside, app, subscription, or finance charge on your statement, compare it with your repair orders, finance account, lease account, dealer invoices, service contracts, connected services, or recent service visits. Contact the dealer, Lexus Financial Services, Lexus Customer Satisfaction, or your card issuer if you do not recognize the charge.

You can also use ChargeOnMyCard.com to research confusing auto, finance, dealer, or service charges. For fake Lexus recall notices, phishing texts, fake warranty calls, fake parts websites, car-shipping scams, or fake customer support numbers, visit ThinkItsAScam.com.

Lexus Reviews and Complaints

Current review themes on CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com include infotainment and split-screen complaints, sunroof leak frustration, head-up display warranty concerns, remote start subscription complaints, hybrid battery replacement cost questions, dealer follow-up issues, and disappointment from long-time Lexus owners who expected stronger manufacturer support.

These reviews are individual customer experiences and may not represent every Lexus dealer, service advisor, warranty claim, finance account, vehicle, or Customer Satisfaction interaction. When sharing a review, describe the general issue and outcome, but do not post private VINs, account numbers, license plates, phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, or payment details.

Lexus 2025 RX350h Split Screen Issue

April 8, 2025

Lexus, No split screen so I cannot review 2 events at once. I have asked the dealer and reviewed the manuals but I cannot find any reference to a split screen to view 2 events at once in my 2025 RX350h. We have found it once with Appleplay but nowhere else. I had a 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid, which had the internals of a Toyota and it had a split screen. Why would you not have it in the advanced vehicles especially with such a large screen. I bet it is an easy update with all the electronics already available.

Lexus 2025 350H Sunroof Leak Issue

February 1, 2025

Lexus, 2025 Lexus 350H. Very disappointed on how this repair was handled. I will attempt one more time before I reach out to the State for a full refund on this. My car is NEW and within moths I felt water was coming through the sunroof. I took it in and they said they adjusted some bolts, next this time I parked it in a different position at home and the car took in water. My car is suffering internal moist issues because they have not responded to my request to clear a time to drop off car. I spent $60k on this car I don’t need to be chasing vendor I am the customer.

Lexus Disappointing Issue

December 11, 2024

Lexus, Disheartened by Lexus loyalty to commitment to quality!! As a loyal Lexus owner for over 15 years, I’ve always admired the exceptional quality, innovation, and care the brand has brought to its vehicles and customer service. Having owned three Lexus vehicles, I’ve been proud to be part of the Lexus family, trusting in their commitment to excellence. Recently, I purchased a pre-owned LS 500 (38,000 miles) and discovered an issue with the Heads-Up Display—a hazy film across the windshield that impacts visibility, especially at night. This is not just a flaw; it’s a safety concern. When I learned it’s a known issue, I felt confident Lexus would stand behind their product to resolve it. I reached out to Lexus and was assigned a case manager. While Lexus generously offered $2,000 toward the $4,500 parts, I was left feeling disappointed. This partial coverage shifts a significant burden onto the customer for an issue I believe should be fully addressed by the manufacturer. My relationship with Lexus has always been built on trust, quality, and care. It saddens me to feel that trust shaken. I want to believe in a Lexus that stands firmly behind its products and protects the experience of its loyal customers. As someone who has always been dedicated to maintaining my vehicles at my local Lexus dealer and has shared immense pride in the brand, this experience is disheartening. I hope my story resonates with the values I know Lexus upholds and inspires further support for customers who, like me, continue to believe in the heart of the Lexus brand. With respect and hope.

Attn. Lexus HQ - Remote start disconnection on 2017 ES350

November 16, 2023

I purchased my 2017 ES350 as a CPO car in 2019. It has been a wonderful car. My problem is with the corporate greed of Lexus. After 2 years of ownership, I was informed that my remote starter would only work if I purchased a monthly subscription from Lexus. Needless to say, you will never get me to pay this extortion. But, also, you have made me so irritated, that I can assure you, in the future, I will NEVER consider purchasing another Lexus or any other car that tries to do this to a good customer. The cost of building in the remote starter was surely included in the purchase price, but now, something I paid for, can’t be used because of your greed. I can’t believe this is even legal. Do any attorneys out there ever consider this? What a great way to insult a fully satisfied customer. Just awful.

Lexus Complaint Department

December 13, 2022

Hi, I was on the advisory committee in the past, About Three Years ago I had to have my front bumper replaced by accident. The Lexus Dealership in Dallas, Sewell did the work, and within a year the Outer Paint peeled off in spots where it was painted, I talked to the Service adviser and we went and talked to the Body Shop Manager and he said the paint chipped off from Highway Rocks hitting it, It was obvious to Service advisor and me, but the Body shop Mgt. thought otherwise. I even talked to a fellow Body Shop Employee who used to work there and he said the work in Body Shop Area had gone downhill. I know it has been a few years but I thought I need to let you guys know. Disappointed with a Highly Valued Dealership
