For corporate-level matters, Audi of America operates within the Volkswagen Group of America structure, with U.S. headquarters operations based in Reston, Virginia.

Audi USA Headquarters Address in Reston

Audi of America is based in Reston, Virginia. Many readers search for Audi USA headquarters, Audi corporate office, Audi headquarters USA, Audi of America HQ, Audi North America headquarters, Audi US headquarters, Audi main office, or Audi corporate office USA when trying to find the correct address for written correspondence or escalation.

The older Herndon, Virginia address at 2200 Ferdinand Porsche Drive is still found on some older business listings and historical pages. For current U.S. corporate headquarters context, use the Reston, Virginia headquarters address connected to Volkswagen Group of America and Audi of America. For customer support, vehicle issues, warranty concerns, or dealer complaints, Audi’s official customer support route should be used first.

Audi Corporate Office vs. Audi Customer Service

The Audi corporate office is generally used for headquarters matters, executive-level correspondence, media inquiries, legal correspondence, corporate governance, investor or industry questions, and high-level unresolved concerns. Most ownership, service, warranty, recall, dealership, roadside, financing, lease, myAudi, Audi connect, or vehicle concerns should begin with Audi USA customer support, Audi Financial Services, Audi Roadside Assistance, or the authorized Audi dealer involved.

Audi customer support may ask for your vehicle identification number, model year, mileage, dealer name, repair order, service history, warranty status, recall notice, Audi Financial Services account details, myAudi account email, or previous case number. Do not post VINs, full account numbers, driver’s license details, payment information, home addresses, phone numbers, or private documents in public comment sections.

Choose the Correct Audi Support Route

  • Roadside assistance for select models: Call 1-866-478-3456 for A8, S8, R8, TT, e-tron GT, Audi Q6 e-tron, and 2026 Q3 owners.

  • Dealer service complaint: Contact the Audi dealer’s service manager first, then escalate to Audi USA customer support if needed.
  • Warranty or repair complaint: Keep service records and repair orders, then contact Audi customer support with the dealer name and case details.
  • myAudi or Audi connect issue: Use Audi USA customer support or the official myAudi / Audi connect support path.
  • Media inquiry: Use the Audi USA Newsroom and media contact route.
  • Corporate compliance or whistleblower concern: Use Audi’s compliance page only for appropriate misconduct or compliance reports, not ordinary product or service complaints.

  • Roadside assistance case number, tow record, or incident report, if relevant
  • Names of dealer managers or support representatives previously contacted

Do not post private information in public reviews or comment sections. Avoid sharing VINs, account numbers, full payment-card numbers, driver’s license information, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, insurance documents, lease documents, or private repair records.

How to Escalate an Audi Complaint

Start with the support route closest to the issue. For a repair, warranty, recall, or service complaint, contact the authorized Audi dealer involved and ask for the service manager. For a financing, lease, payment, or payoff issue, contact Audi Financial Services. For a breakdown, tow, or emergency ownership issue, use Audi Roadside Assistance. For vehicle or ownership concerns that are not resolved locally, contact Audi USA customer support.

If the issue remains unresolved, organize your complaint before contacting Audi corporate office or Audi USA customer support again. Include what happened, when it happened, the vehicle involved, the dealer involved, what Audi or the dealer already told you, and the specific resolution you are requesting. A clear complaint with dates, repair orders, photos, and written records is usually more effective than a long complaint without documentation.

For written corporate correspondence, use the current Audi of America / Volkswagen Group of America headquarters address in Reston, Virginia. Corporate correspondence is best used for unresolved or higher-level issues after normal Audi customer support, dealer, financial services, or roadside assistance routes have been attempted.

Common Reasons Customers Contact Audi Corporate Office

  • Finding the Audi corporate office or headquarters address
  • Looking for Audi USA headquarters or Audi of America HQ
  • Searching for Audi corporate phone number or Audi headquarters phone number
  • Trying to reach Audi customer support
  • Escalating an unresolved Audi dealer complaint
  • Warranty, repair, service, or parts availability concerns
  • Recall, campaign, or safety-related questions
  • Audi Financial Services lease, payment, payoff, or billing issues
  • Roadside assistance, towing, breakdown, or emergency support concerns
  • myAudi app, Audi connect, digital key, or connected services problems
  • Vehicle quality, lemon law, repeated repair, or buyback concerns
  • Certified pre-owned, new-vehicle delivery, or dealer sales complaints
  • Media, careers, compliance, supplier, or corporate questions

Audi Dealer, Warranty, and Repair Complaints

Audi dealer complaints may involve service appointments, repair delays, diagnostic fees, warranty coverage, parts availability, loaner vehicles, communication with the service department, repeated repairs, or disagreement over whether a concern is covered by warranty. Start with the dealer’s service advisor and service manager, then escalate to Audi USA customer support if the matter is not resolved.

Before escalating, collect all repair orders, diagnostic reports, warranty statements, photos, service advisor emails, and dates the vehicle was in the shop. If the issue involves a repeated repair, document each visit separately and keep copies of the mileage, complaint, repair attempt, and final invoice.

Audi Recalls, Safety Campaigns, and Vehicle Concern Complaints

Recall and safety complaints may involve recall notices, parts delays, dealer scheduling problems, campaign completion, warning lights, airbag notices, battery concerns, emissions-related updates, or safety-related vehicle behavior. Use Audi’s official recall lookup and contact an authorized Audi dealer or Audi customer support for the most current recall information.

If you believe a vehicle has a safety defect that is not being handled properly, keep documentation and consider reviewing official safety-reporting options such as the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. For public comments, describe the issue generally and avoid posting your VIN, plate number, insurance records, or personal identifying details.

Audi Financial Services, Lease, and Payment Complaints

Audi Financial Services complaints may involve payments, payoff quotes, lease-end inspections, excess wear charges, mileage charges, title issues, billing statements, autopay, account access, late fees, or vehicle purchase options. Start with Audi Financial Services at 1-888-237-2834 and keep payment confirmations, lease documents, inspection records, payoff letters, and account messages.

If your complaint involves a dealer sale, trade-in, lease return, or payoff issue, the dealer and Audi Financial Services may both be involved. Ask for written confirmation of the payoff, account status, mileage charges, inspection findings, or lease-end obligations before escalating.

myAudi App, Audi Connect, and Digital Services Complaints

myAudi and Audi connect complaints may involve account login, remote vehicle features, app pairing, subscription status, map updates, vehicle functions, digital key, connected services, charging tools, or communication between the vehicle and app. Start with Audi USA customer support and have your model year, VIN, phone type, app version, screenshots, and error messages available.

Because Audi digital services can vary by model year, vehicle equipment, subscription status, and software version, support may need detailed vehicle and account information. Do not post your VIN, app account email, password, or one-time passcode in public comments.

Audi Reviews and Complaints

Audi reviews vary by model, dealer, service department, support route, and ownership situation. Positive reviews often mention vehicle design, performance, quattro all-wheel drive, interior quality, technology, safety features, electric vehicle options, and dealership experiences. Complaints often involve dealer service, warranty decisions, repair delays, parts availability, Audi Financial Services, roadside assistance, myAudi app issues, recalls, and difficulty getting a clear escalation path.

If you leave an Audi review below, include the model, model year, dealer or support route used, whether the issue involved a sale, service visit, warranty, recall, repair, finance account, lease, roadside assistance, myAudi app, corporate office, or customer support, and whether the complaint was resolved. Do not include VINs, payment details, personal addresses, or private documents in a public comment.

Scam and Fake Audi Support Warning

When searching for Audi customer service, Audi corporate office, Audi USA headquarters, Audi corporate phone number, Audi Financial Services, or Audi roadside assistance, make sure you are using official AudiUSA.com pages, Audi Financial Services, your authorized Audi dealer, or trusted corporate-office resources. Be cautious with unofficial phone numbers, fake recall notices, fake warranty-extension offers, fake vehicle-shipping notices, and third-party pages asking for payment or personal information before providing support.

Do not provide passwords, one-time passcodes, full payment-card numbers, bank login details, driver’s license photos, VIN documents, wire transfers, gift card numbers, or remote access to anyone who contacts you unexpectedly claiming to represent Audi, a warranty department, a recall department, a finance department, or customer service. If unsure, go directly to AudiUSA.com, your myAudi account, Audi Financial Services, or the phone number printed in your official Audi documents.

Audi Arlington VA Disappointing Service Department

June 4, 2025

Audi, Arlington, Virginia Service Department. I took my car to Audi of Arlington for a recall repair because of its convenience, regarding location, and I had planned on making this my new go-to for my car services, despite most of the negative reviews that were already posted. However, this was a big mistake. Dropped my car off at 11:00 am for my scheduled appointment, and I called to see if my car was ready at 5:50 pm and was told by Johnathan in the service department that he was going to check with the techs and give me a call back. I called again at 6:00 pm because it shouldn’t take that long to get an answer back. Johnathan answered the phone and told me he was still waiting to get an answer from the service tech. I then told Johnathan that I was on my way to pick up my vehicle. Johnathan called me back at 6:09 pm and told me that my vehicle is not ready and it will be ready the next day at 9 am. This is unacceptable and a total inconvenience because it’s certainly not like I had a loaner vehicle. First of all, Audi is supposed to be considered a luxury brand, and the service tech’s job is to keep you abreast about the status of your vehicle. I shouldn’t have had to call to see if my car was ready. I purchased my Audi from Audi Ownings Mills, and their service was outstanding!! I definitely would have taken my car back to their service department if it weren’t for the distance. But oh well, lesson learned. I definitely won’t return to this dealership ever again. First impression is my last impression!!!

Audi Disappointing 2025 GPS Issues

May 19, 2025

Audi, I recently purchased a new 2025 A6 on April 25, 2025. While I’ve been very pleased with the quality of the ride—easily a 4.5 out of 5—the technology is a real letdown, which I’d rate at 1.5 out of 5. My primary concern is the inability to edit or rename saved navigation favorites, such as contacts for family and friends. This is a basic function that has existed in GPS systems for years, so I was shocked to find it missing—especially considering this navigation system is part of a $4,700 package. Even more frustrating, Audi’s promotional videos show this capability, which led me to believe it was included. Only after purchasing did I discover the fine print: features shown may not reflect actual functionality. I’ve reached out to Audi tech support three times and even visited the dealer’s service center—unfortunately, with no resolution. This seems like a simple software update, but my concern may not have reached the right person yet. I’ve attached two images: one from Audi’s marketing materials and one from my actual vehicle display. I sincerely hope this feedback reaches someone in a position to escalate the issue and prioritize a fix in a future software update. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Response from Corporate Office Headquarters

Is there any way to enable the ability to rename or edit saved navigation favorites in the 2025 Audi A6, either through settings or a future software update? If not currently available, is this feature being considered for rollout?

Audi Sewell North Houston TX Audi Disappointing

February 3, 2025

Audi, No reply. Dear corp Audi, Below is an email sent to my dealer, Sewell, North Houston Audi. No one has contacted me these issues. Can you please intervene on the issues. Thank you. Dear Mr. Hayward, I sent this reply through email January 15, 2025. My Husband brought my Q7 2018 in for service. The following email explains the issues. Thank you in advance for following up on the survey that was sent to my email address January 22,2025. Absolutely disappointed with the prices you offered to have the Q7 fix a faulty light . This issue has happened to the other front daylight. We were offered a courtesy discount on the prior work done on the first light. As you can note well in advance that the light issues is a fault in the manufacturing of the Audi vehicle. The video today shows a second wear and tear on how the lining of the lights which leads to a breakdown in coloration and a final failure in lighting. As this has happened before. Even lowering the price to fix the faulty headlights and the replacement of faulty window wipers squeaky brakes ( which has never happened to be a norm for Q7 Audi ) are consumer reports for the Audi Q7 2018! After today it seems that your dealership is not interested in the clients concerns for safety, we have been bringing the Audi 7 for over 7 years to your the Audi Dealer/ Sewell and a prior owner of the Infinity vehicle. Surely you will understand that safety is a priority for the buyer of a vehicle. Repairs are needed and as a customer I valued the service that your Sewell company has done in the previous years . The issue is when there is faulty issues along with the wear and tear of a 2018 Audi the idea that the customer is left with a higher price of car repairs. Why? The Faulty issues are disregarded and leaves the Audi owner with the knowledge that it does not matter that faults re occur . It leaves us as customers to second guess your product.

Audi Elk Grove Audi Sacramento CA

October 16, 2024

Audi, Elk Grove Audi in Sacramento. I’m a senior citizen of 74 years old. I wanted a luxury that is a luxury car. I got into that car a drove it a 2016 A6 2. ot. This car is marvelous. I had carbon monoxide poisoning. I have great memory loss. I wanted to get my own car on my own. I felt I was in good hands with Elk Grove Audi. So I would be in good hands with Elk Grove motors. When meeting with the first salesman we sat down. I told the salesman I’m going to pay cash for the car. He said could he run my credit. I told him no because I don’t have good enough credit to get the car. Thats why I’m paying cash. He said he had to run the credit. I knew a hard credit would even drop your score lower. The salesman took me to a womans name is Andrea . Don’t know last name. She the one that gave all the lies and telling things around circles. Andrea told me it had a Lo Jack in the Car. That will cost me an extra $1,500 . Then she told me I had Bright product on the car. That will be $25329 .I will have insurance of $2,5339 for damage windows. And if I scratch my car rims they will replace it. All these things were false. From window sticke of $14,300 close to that. The car was totaled with tax and license of $22,500. They wrote to DMV that my car was sold at $18,589 I paid $22,500. Now I have IRS fraud on the car. They didn’t give me a contract at all after 3mos. Because I forgot to get one. They should have given me one without asking after 3 month. I want compensation on what happened to me. Elk Grove should be punish financially. They kept my money for 3 mos. And it wasn’t like they wanted to give my money back they got caught with there hands in the cookie. I had to ask for my contract. That is what I saw that they done. I had no contract at all to look over. I’m going to do all my can to destroy there reputation. I ask them to just compensate me and to give me an apology for what Audi did. I’m so upset I was taken advantage of. I could have went to a side street auto shop and would have been treated better than that. I felt like and know they wanted to take my money,

Audi Pre Order Expected Delivery Issue

January 18, 2024

Poor service and communication!

Over the years I have purchased more than 15 Audi models. Most of these purchases were through Continental Audi in Naperville, IL.

In November of 2022 I put down a $3,000 deposit for a custom RS6 Avant. I was told it would take 8-12 months for delivery. In December 2023 I was told it was never built, nor would it be built.

I reordered a newer model in December yet no one can give me a satisfactory answer as to when I can expect delivery.

This is not the way to treat loyal Audi enthusiasts. Who can give me accurate updates?
